If you are looking for a wonderful attorney to handle a Family Law matter, I highly recommend Danielle Levy. She was great and helped me navigate through a difficult situation of a Child-Support issue with my ex and got the outcome that was fair and needed for myself and my children. I know as fathers coming into the divorce/shared-parenting/child-support process, we feel as though we are automatically fighting an up-hill battle and we feel we often get the short-end of everything in these processes. Danielle quickly made me feel confident that things would work out fairly and honestly, and her experience in these matters really shined throughout the process. Also, Danielle and her staff were very professional, courteous, and understanding where she showed a lot of compassion, was very responsive to my concerns, and was straight-forward with everything. In the end, I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome. I have to say a big thanks to Danielle and her staff! I have greatly appreciated everything she did with my case.

I am extremely grateful that Attorney Eric Skidmore agreed to step in to replace my original divorce counsel. The case had been ongoing several years when it was dropped by Summit County, and my husband then filed for divorce in another state. Eric had plenty of work to do. My husband had secured a divorce very much in his favor outside of Ohio. Eric filed on my behalf in the Ninth District Court of Appeals and fought successfully to allow my divorce case to reopen in Summit County. It was a battle, but after a total of 8.5 years of litigation, Eric secured a much more equitable divorce. He skillfully writes affidavits and is extremely well prepared for court. You will find Eric to be smart, hard working, and compassionate.

My fiancé and I originally contacted an attorney in Cincinnati to help with our K1 Visa process, however he seemed a bit…busy? Anyway, after the initial phone conversation and odd feeling, we were lucky enough to find Neil Fleischer.
Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.

I am so glad to have had Laura Thudium as an attorney as I entered the collaborative approach to a dissolution. She brought a network of professionals who have a depth of expertise to deal with the intricacies of sorting the end of a marriage. We were assisted by a financial advisor, a home loan facilitator, a pension fund expert, and a loan company versed in dissolution financing.
The legalities of a dissolution are deep and baffling. Laura was in constant contact while we worked through the process. When all the information was finalized our petition was accepted without a hitch. Laura was so efficient in the use of her time, that there was a pretty good chunk of my retainer left. Woohoo!

Was recommended to MGH by another heavy-hitting lawyer that retired. I asked for an aggressive men's rights lawyer, and that's what I got.
Melissa and her staff were very attentive and timely with everything. Email, phone, text, filing... all throughout my case, they were on top of it. They were incredibly honest with realistic expectations of outcomes - there was no sugar-coating. But where they really shine is knowledge. More than once, Ms Graham-Hurd and Ms Black had to correct and/or explain the law to the Magistrate/court staff/opposing counsel. Had they not been such rockstars, I would have been added to the long list of men getting "punished" by the courts.

I will admit that I am a difficult client. I am hard headed, quick tempered, fast to act, and I think I know better. Gary worked with me through my two plus year divorce even though I am that difficult client. He talked me through different issues, gave me options and sage advice. We got the result we were looking for. Gary is a smart, seasoned lawyer that will give you good advice in a timely manner. He put up with all my BS, but got me through my divorce. Mr. Gottfried handled my case for three years now. My son’s mom filed to reduce my time, which we had 50/50 for the last seven years before she filed. Meeting with Mr. Gottfried for the first time I knew he was my guy.
He is very prompt in returning calls and e-mails and I can say this promptness has not dropped the slightest over the last three years (even on his days off). He made sure when the trial date finally came that we had everything lined up to negate everything she filed plus things that could come up in trial so we were ready to present them to fight. He makes sure you are prepared for any questions and have evidence to back you up.
We have gone through a magistrate appeal and now seven more months later it is looking like she will appeal the judge’s decision. Not only did Mr Gottfried have a rebuttal for all of her bogus claims, we actually asked for an additional over night to which it was granted.
When this is dragged out over three years so far, there are times to which you question yourself. Mr Gottfried would reassure me and talk me down from those times. He is honest with you, some attorneys are there to collect a check, but not him. He gave me his opinion when I asked, based off his career in these cases, but also said it’s up to you Brad.
I cannot say enough about him or give him the praise he deserves. I have referred friends to him because he is the best…period!
If you are in need of an attorney for custody cases, call him. You will not be disappointed, trust me.

I know it's cliché, but I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Over a year back my father passed in a untimely manner. I was executor of his will & had never done anything like that. My father had a small & simple estate - but several companies along the way made the process extremely difficult. Sandra M. Kelly not only helped with the legal aspects of the estate with the state - but several company issues as well. Several financial entities finally moved forward with my fathers estate when she got involved. The entire process was extremely draining - but the staff at Roy Robison Law did everything anyone could ask to make it better.

I met with Todd Kotler to assist me with obtaining a Letter of Authority for the estate of my deceased spouse. I had explained what I needed by phone, prior to this meeting, and he said he could help with that. He was late and unprepared for our meeting, without apology. When he learned there were basically no personal assets to report, and I just needed the LOA to get the medical records of my deceased spouse, he asked if I was planning to file a wrongful death action. I explained I was having a medical lawyer review the records at this point. He then had a cryptic conversation with his paralegal about fees, then insisted that he would have to open and close probate, and coordinate that with the other attorney. He advised me to list $100,000 as personal assets for my deceased spouse, which is completely false, in anticipation of a lawsuit award that may not ever happen. He then claimed he would be entitled to 4% of any potential settlement for which he would have had no part in litigating. I ended the meeting at that point and consulted another estate attorney. He was shocked that Mr. Kotler would take advantage of someone in a tragic situation. He said there was a very simple way for me to obtain the medical records without unnecessarily opening probate, and explained exactly what to do, at no charge. How unethical and desperate do you have to be to exploit someone who is grieving? In my opinion, Todd Kotler is a very small, arrogant, unethical man, out to line his own pockets. If I decide to file a wrongful death action, I will certainly not hire Mr. Kotler to handle probate.

Told me what I wanted to hear to defend my case then when he showed up to court for me after I paid him a $500 deductible all he did was get my court extended and after I told him I had all the evidence to prove my innocence he just wanted me to plead down and then he dropped me as a client after he took my $500 I would never recommend this man to another person because he will not get you out of jail he will just plead you down

I have known Jimmy for a year now as he has handled all aspects of my divorce, one of the roughest I have experienced, winning the case with minimal damages at the end. He even keeps the other lawyer in check if they are on the opposing side, several times over the course of my divorce he swooped in like Zoro keeping things fair and professional. If you want to win the case or have minimal damages Jimmy is the lawyer to have in your corner. PERIOD!
I highly recommend if you are about to divorce hire Jimmy immediately don't hesitate. Very thorough and knows which way to advise you based on his many years of experience.

What can I not say about the guidance Jimmy provided me during my 4 year long debate/divorce. Things weren't going well in my marriage and a friend suggested I reach out to Jimmy and I did. We had previous history together, but not under these circumstances.
He invited me to his office and spent well over an hour with me explaining the entire process. Jimmy was patient, as I attempted to save my marriage time and time again, till I knew it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, as it takes 2 people to make a marriage work.
Jimmy offered to represent me and my interest and suggested for me to reach out to my wife to address all legal proceedings
