Donna was great. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough. Her fees are reasonable and she is very comforting and down to Earth. She handled my dissolution, my personal will, and my parents final affairs. Ehen my dad past and she was very good in helping my mom change her will and consulted her well during the transfer of her estate.
She is caring and compassionate and inwill miss her. I will be sure to always refer her services to any family or friends in need.

We live in another state and she helped us get custody of my husbands son who was living in Ohio in a terrible living situation with his other parent. Thanks to Mrs. Statts persistently jumping the courts hurdles and ICPC hoops, never giving up or backing down, we did get custody & my stepson got to live out the rest of his childhood with us where he has absolutely thrived. He just graduated high school last week and has enlisted in the army to serve our country. Situation: My son lives in Columbus, & his minor son lives in Akron. My son got notice his son was in a bad situation with his mother, & he had to fight the maternal grandmother for custody. To be honest, I came about Ms. Staats phone number desperately trying to find a lawyer for my son on just a few days’ notice. We weren't local, and Ms. Staats was the ONLY lawyer not only to answer the phone herself, but to take the time and talk over the situation with me, AND agreed to be in court in just 3 days’ notice! Wow! She really came to bat for my son. While the other lawyer resorted to "Jerry Springer" type tactics in the court room, Ms. Staats countered every low blow statement and ridiculous motions with a professional attitude coupled with a mother tiger's ferociousness in protecting my son & his rights, and his son's best interest. Even the mother to my grandson said "I don't know where you found that lawyer, but WOW! She wouldn't let mom's lawyer get away with anything. She's impressive!"
Elisa was responsive to emails and calls when her scheduled allowed, and always got back with us. It took 10 LONG months for my son to get custody, several hearings, pretrials and motions, but really, we got every pennies’ worth of professional representation from Ms. Staats and her advice to follow during that time. When it came down to trial, she brought with her TWO of the biggest organized binders of categorized evidence and information, questions for witnesses etc.. And was VERY prepared to go to trial. Our family, & our son was extremely impressed at the detail of her work. We thank heavens that Elisa Staats was that one lawyer who answered my desperate call for help that day. Now my son has his son living with him again & they both are so very very happy!! (And so are we!) We feel Ms. Staats was overly fair in her cost, & she was always upfront on any fees or potential future fees/costs that could happen. We also feel that she did NOT "nickle and dime us" on everything, we got more than our money's worth hiring her to represent our son and his son's best interest. Elisa Staats was our angel for my son's case. Our family cannot say enough awesome things on Elisa's behalf. We were blessed to find her.

I think Denise Mirman is an excellent attorney. She was my attorney for 8 months this year. She came very highly recommended and with an excellent reputation. I know a number of people (including many people in the legal community) who know her, have worked with her in the past and came away with a positive experience. My divorce was just final almost a year ago. It was a difficult situation with our business involved. Denise ALWAYS looked out for me. I would get intimidated - just plain scared - and she would "talk me off the cliff"! This happened many times. She was always available - even at night and on weekends. I don't want to think about what my situation would be had I not hired Denise! She would often say to me: "I'm not your mother" but this is what I advise. There were many difficult decisions to be made and I learned that "leaning" on her was my best option. She truly cared about me and my health. She wanted me to be happy. Justin and I sat down originally once I decided to attempt shared parenting. He was very helpful with discussing the process that needed to be done and the proper steps in doing so. Him and I always kept an open communication during this process which made it easier to respond to certain steps during this. He was overall a Great Person to work with and Fought for what he felt was right for the children in the process. We received full custody.
Justin was knowledgeable, professional, but, most importantly he truly cared.
Justin listened to our input but was willing to stand his ground when he thought a different approach was in our best, overall interest.

Prior to my initial meeting with Mr. Kaufman, I had discussed my situation with two other attorneys neither of which felt they could handle my case. Due to the difficulties of the case, they recommended I seek other counsel. In dealing with counsel on a different issue, Mr. Kaufman was highly recommended and I pursued making contact with him. While the divorce itself was an unpleasant experience, Mr. Kaufman was very thorough, compassionate, understanding, and made an exerted effort to protect my interests through his due diligence. This required spending much time understanding all the facts leading to the divorce which were quite convulated.. This also involved coordinating efforts with other legal counsel representing me on other issues related to these proceedings. The collabration, coordination, and communication between the legal counsel led to a determination with a favorable outcome in the divorce . I was very pleased with the communication and interaction with Mr. Kaufman throughout this process and would highly recommend him. Mr. D'Amico has been advising me on various issues regarding shared parenting with my ex-husband, and has recently represented me in a court hearing for such a matter. I met with Tom for a free initial consultation. Not only did he spend significantly more time with me than was necessary...but, he actually referred me to another law firm local to my proceedings. He felt that my needs could be better served with local counsel. I was so impressed with Tom's skill set & competencies that I would have easily retained his services. Attorney James Kirkland exceeded in all areas throughout the duration of my custody case. I'm an Ohio native, but relocated to Western Massachusetts, my sons lived in Ohio, but yearn to be with me. Although me residing out of State made the case complicated alone, Attorney Kirkland listened to my story and accepted the challenge. He was very organized, focus and reviewed every single detail and aspect that went into the case. I usually never write a review or give excellent ratings unless it well worth it. I am not the type of guy that logs on and reviews product or services. This, however, is my exception.
I was in the Marine Corps when Mr. Kirkland took my divorce case in 2012. I needed a lawyer to represent me in court because I could not attend any hearings, due to my military obligations. Mr. Kirkland not only took my case (and even though we didn't have a chance to meet face to face) he was able to fully complete my divorce decree in court.
Fast forward two years later. I had another crazy summons by the ex-wife (figures). Once again I need a lawyer and decided to go back to Mr. Kirkland for legal advice. Not only did he remember me after two years, but he once again took my case and fought for me.
Mr. Kirkland is an excellent lawyer at a reasonable price, and I think the most important part is that, he is military friendly. He always gets back to you and keeps you informed throughout the whole proceedings. To all my military friends out there, I highly recommend him.

I have been very pleased w/the Kirkland atty firm. The entire staff is very helpful, courteous and understanding while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Mr Kirkland himself is very open and straight forward. He answers questions in a timely manner, explains when necessary, prepares in advance and is very thorough.

While you can hire any domestic attorney to represent you and be billed for services, Harvey is well-known and respected in the community, his fees were reasonable, and he listened to my wishes to remain amicable or hold the line as necessitated. Harvey was a life saver! I found him using Avvo and consulted with him regarding moving a child support case from MD to OH. He was responsive, and provided great advice! When an emergency happened with my kids, he called me back right away, listened to what I had to say and provided a list of attorney's that could help immediately, since he was busy for the emergency hearing. I would hire him in an instant if the situation were changed just a little bit! When I first spoke with Attorney Rini my wife and I were in a tough place. We did not understand what had just happened with our case and thought it was going to be possible to lose custody of a child we had raised for over 3 years.
Attorney Rini helped us understand the law as it applied to our situation, showed great patience with us and was tenacious for our case.
At the time my wife and I had just moved out of the state and we're forced into a legal battle due to a previous negligent attorney. Attorney Rini came in and quickly cleaned up the mess that was left and began to turn the case in our favor. She wrote exceptional briefs that articulated sound arguments to the court.
During the process, she was always accessible. She responded to our questions, often within hours and kept us updated on the process. This was much different than what we were used to. I always felt that we were in great hands with her in our corner.
I cannot recommend Attorney Rini more highly! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I also must emphasize how important it is to hire an attorney who actively practices within the area of law you need. We needed her expertise in Family Law, specifically a custody issue. She was able to navigate us through what we thought was murky waters while being aggressive towards our opponent.

Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism are just three adjectives I would use to describe the entire team at Zoller/Biacsi. I was already a year into me divorce process and was extremely frustrated when I hired them to take on my case as it was not progressing. Hiring them was most definitely the best decision I made! I had a very complex case and a very uncooperative ex which made it difficult to get anything accomplished. The entire staff at Zoller/Biasci took off running on getting the information we needed to build our case. They helped me stay focused on the goal as the stress levels were off the charts. I think that for most of us, making that final decision to file for divorce can be very scary and you feel very alone. From our first consultation, I knew right away that they would always have my back which was a huge comfort and load off of my shoulders.
