I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. She answered questions and concerns of mine whenever I had them I genuinely felt heard. She made sure she reached everyone involved at Family Court to do what was best for my case. I was really surprised at how great her communication was throughout this whole process. If I could hire her for any Court related problems I sure would. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. I retained David Steerman to represent me in a child custody matter in which I was wrongfully accused of various claims by my childs other parent. In what was an extremely difficult time in my life, David was thoughtful, diligent, and attentive to my case. In addition to being extremely thorough, detailed and knowledgable, David was understanding, compassionate and sensitive. Most importantly however, he listened. He did not push me into unnecessary litigation and listened to my unique requests. My divorce consisted of one meeting with both parties represented, and one follow up meeting to sign the paperwork. Divorce isn't a fun process, but Charlie Meyer's knowledge and approach to a difficult situation made it a little easier. Unlike other attorneys I consulted, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but instead what was a fair and likely outcome (even if it wasn't 100% in my favor). He has a very patient, encouraging, and casual manner that put me at ease. Charlie always got back to me even in my most hysterical moments, often early in the morning, often on weekends. I believe he has a good sense of personalities as well-- understanding how much information a client needs and wants and knowing, too, when to keep some of the unimportant nonsense quiet. Needless to say he has extensive knowledge of the laws in quite a few counties in and outside Philadelphia, and he seems to have a good rapport with lawyers/ masters/ judges in a courtroom setting.
If you're looking for a fair and balanced approach to your case--and for someone to put a lot of fight and effort into getting you what you deserve-- Charlie is a good choice.

I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Linda is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was very persistent about checking the footprint of the property during inspection and thank goodness as the deed of record was incorrect and needed to be amended. She kept everything else in check and is very responsive whatever the time of day.
It is obvious that Linda enjoys her work, but more importantly it is clear that she takes great pride in doing things to the very best of her ability. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by this law firm. I needed help with a custody/ visitation matter and the firm made the whole thing peaceful and painless. I requested Jennifer's services to help me respond to a divorce proceeding and determine jurisdiction for a case. You expect a basic level of client service form any attorney, but this was severely missing from Ms. Dumin. I never received a briefing anytime before our court date. She was not readily available over email, as I had to send multiple follow ups. She came to court wholly unprepared and very flustered. She could not even answer basic questions on my behalf leaving me stranded and embarrassed. I understand that you are the legal expert but your clients are not idiots and it is your duty to keep them informed and step up as a professional. This was a disgusting experience through and through. I am surprised she is not immediately disbarred. The firm also had the nerve to try and charge me full price for the judge appearance knowing that I did not receive a proper deposition. I had to advocate for decreased charges. Ms Dumin, please don't practice law ever again, or work on your client service especially with "diverse" clients. We're not all stupid and you are not this god that is above approach. Humble yourself.

I cannot begin to tell you how incredible Jennifer Dumin is, she gives lawyers a good name. She is both knowledgeable and has a heart of gold! She explained the legal terms so that I could grasp not only an understanding of what was going on in the court room, but she explained what my options would be. I have to say after a very very long drawn out divorce. With appeal after appeal. Linda was the constant professional dealing with an extremely difficult opposing counsel. Do not use this firm. They held money in escrow (in the $100s of thousands) for a domestic relations suit. However, they will now not releases the money according to the settlement Award and will not cooperate in distributing the funds. Now, I have to take further legal action against them to get my own money back. So unethical, unprofessional, and perhaps illegal....
