I have had the pleasure having Angela Enholm representing me for my family court case. She works around the clock ensuring that my money is spent where it counts! My Children! She fights in court, she will advise you on courses to take to be proactive, to have that next step completed before the courts advise what each family will have to do to gain custody, or to keep custody. Angela will take the time to prep before court. Angela also has an amazing staff, that is on top of all documents, and exhibits needed for filing! I will start from the beginning, Angela and her staff have always been professional first and for most but have that personal touch that makes a HUGE difference when dealing with family law matters. I simply do not recommend Jose as a lawyer to hire because he has done a very poor job with our case. He does not communicate well at all and does not have much experience with a civil lawsuit. He has missed deadlines and has forgot facts about the case. He has missed the deadline to respond to a motion and therefore lost the motion in the other parties favor which we did not agree to but it got our case throw out while the counterclaim is still active and ongoing. We have no leverage now. This was done to spite us as we have a flat fee arrangement. It feels like he is doing as little as possible because of the flat fee arrangement.

I cannot recommend Andrea Banks for Family law. I reached out to her for support to escape a narcissist and was inadequately represented and allowed my Now ex-husband was able to get away with not having to pay child support or anything. Additionally I'm not a huge fan of the parenting plan however I was not in the best condition to advocate for myself given the details surrounding My situation. I expected a better outcome but am grateful to be divorced.

A very good friend of mine had highly recommended Angela Duhon. As it turned out her case load was full and could not take my case.
I ended up being blessed with Kylie Huffman-shayeb. She is caring on top of the case and usually response to an email within the hour. She’s even responded on holidays or weekends when she really doesn’t have to.
The father’s attorney never showed up for court would always extend things and never had any of the paper work he needed in on time. It also seemed like his lawyer was using another vacation as an excuse to delay things. This attorney had a two star rating on google which answered a lot of my questions.
I looked at Kylie’s reviews and of Course they where perfect
I was very pleased with her. My first court case, my son was placed back into my custody after losing him to DCS. The father even abandoned his apartment and moved out of state so I couldn’t track him down . She was able to figure this all out for me. I didn’t really have anyone to help me. I had done all that I could, and I felt lost. She took care of everything. I definitely felt comfortable asking her anything she was always so kind and had a great point of view.
She really knows the ropes and most of my attorney fees were owed back to me.

I used Kylie Huffman-Shayeb for my divorce case involving three minor children. She is considerate and pays very close attention to detail. Her communication to the court on my behalf was very precise, detailed and accurate. She knew exactly what my needs and concerns were, and she expressed them to the court in the best manner possible. In the end, my case never went to trial because we settled it through mediation. Kylie helped me mediate with my ex-wife's side. I do sometimes regret making the decision to try and solve things amicably (it was never amicable with my ex-wife) so we can all move on with our lives, but I'm sure if I did decide to go to trial, Kylie would have represented me well.

My divorce wasnt a mutual one, so I had to hire an attorney post my ex had already looked around the part of town I live in. It was a blessing in disguise as I traveled farther away to find Deshon. I knew she would be perfect for me in this hard time in life in just one meeting. It wasnt only for her compassion but her advise. She didnt tell me what I wanted to hear but what I should hear.
Its always expensive to go through attorneys but if you employ one who is smart you get most out of your money. Her entire team is smart and paid a lot of attention to detail. It sometimes is hard to find time with Deshon but you will always get the right answer. I truly appreciated working with her entire team Staci, Sara, Natalie, Jessica, Lisa etc.
It took over an year to get the final judgement and all settlement with custody etc. and I have no complaints. I was really impressed with Deshon at the hearing, she was against another 10 rated lawyer in the town and the opponent was totally out of her element and Deshon was smart, poised and eloquent in her part of defense. I am glad i had her on my side. Thanks!

I would like to thank Jaburg Wilk Law Firm, specifically, David Uffens and Philomena Patino, for the incredible work they did handling my case. From the moment I retained them, there was an instant relief of stress lifted from my shoulders. They took the time to understand my situation, displayed genuine empathy, and helped me navigate one of the most stressful times in my life. We were able to come up with a separation agreement that addressed many of the significant issues in the beginning that I believe set me up for success later in the divorce. I've had 3 lawyers since I got divorced 10 years ago and this is the first one who actually did what she said and said what she did. I'll admit, it was a rocky road at first. Kristen is relaxed and hard to rattle, and that was new to me. She helped calm me down when things got dramatic and asked me to be patient with ththe process, and I'm glad I did. Before trial she explained exactly what to expect and when we went to trial she was calm, organized and assertive. Our ruling was in my favor and almost exactly what she predicted it would be. hopefully we don't go back to court again but if we do I'll call her in a heartbeat.

Choosing a good family lawyer is the difference between being able to be with my children or not. I was lucky enough to find what I feel is the best family lawyer in Arizona.
Kristen truly cares about what is right and wrong and proves that in her work.
I am also very pleased with the fact that she does a lot of her own work and doesn't rely on a paralegal, so she's always up to date on the proceedings. She is just a very genuine person that happens to be great with her job as well..

When I hired Kristen I was a wreck, scared I was going to lose my kids. She listened to me throughout the process and was very reassuring. She was thorough and fair in representing me and always worked to fix things instead of creating more conflict with me and my ex. Thanks to her we settled without having to go to a trial and I was happy with the terms we agreed to. Since then my ex and I have had a few issues and Kristen has always been willing to take her time and talk to me about how to best resolve the situation. Jack is a considerate and knowledgeable attorney with excellent integrity and character. He has done all the right things to build my confidence in him as an attorney. I did not hire Jack, only because a good friend referred me to a friend of hers who thought she would help me out. As the process has moved forward in my divorce, everything that Jack said when I met with him was spot on. He took the time to answer all my questions and let me know about the process. I hired Jack O'Connor to represent me for visitations of my daughter. Mr. O'Connor was very knowledgable and prepared for court. I had not seen my daughter over a year due to mother not allowing her to see me. I have been paying child support for four years and never missing one payment. I finally got fed up of it and hired a attorney. Mr O'Connor was able to get me every other weekend visitation and overnight stays. Mr. O'Connor also was able to prove to the judge that I was active in my daughters life previously despite what her mother attest to. Mr O'Connor proved to the court that mother was being very difficult and the judge awarded me compensated for attorney fees.
