I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Absolutely disgusted with how he dealt with me . Very rude called me in the middle of a shift and had an attitude because I couldn’t talk once I could talk. He basically started talking at me and not to me. Very passive aggressive. It’s absolutely unprofessional. I did not feel like my issue could be resolved from the first 30 seconds I spoke to him.

The Shrager law office gave my case to Heather Kelly. Do NOT hire Shrager... they talked down to me, like I had no brain, yelled at me for following up when they told me to, treated me like I was a criminal and the office smelled of ego. I had no choice. So glad they "sold" the case to Kelly. She treated me the EXACT opposite. Took my phone call, listened to me (every time I needed her too), treated me like an innocent (I was) human being! My case was not complicated and the end result 95% would have been the same without her but Im so pleased she was there by my side. She has a calming presence about her.

I got to work hand in hand with Jessie over the course of my case and there wasn’t a time I didn’t feel secure in the advice and recommendations that she gave me. Started off promising the case he was hired for was simple and straight forward. Communication was non existent no response to emails or phone messages. 90% of the time there was no answer from anyone at his office. In the end had to hire another lawyer.

I was fighting a losing battle against my mother for custody back of my son she had them for quite a few years and I had not the best background and it seemed like I was getting nowhere and there was no light at the end of the tunnel but then I found Salah Blaik and he helped me to finally reach the end of that tunnel and see the light. It took a little time and yes he is expensive but he is very much so worth every penny he takes the time out to get to know his clients their situation their family everything and is very honest with you and keeps you informed about everything covers all bases and puts the care and effort in to helping you. He got me custody back of my son and I couldn't be more ecstatic and grateful! If I could give 0 stars I would. I was going to file bankruptcy and was told I had to pay them $1,500 upfront, that was fine and I paid. I had other things come up that were not so good so I did tell them to hold off on processing papers. At this time nothing was done on their end, all I did was send papers in and they received them. I decided to not file for bankruptcy at this time. I reached out to them and let them know that and the first thing I was told was “no problem we will refund your money back”.. It has been over 4 months and i still have not received anything. I’ve called multiple times, I either cannot get ahold of anyone and nobody calls me back or I do get ahold of someone and they tell me they will find out what is going on but never do. I am disabled and have been waiting for my money back for months I think that is a ridiculous way to run a business you are supposed to have trust in. My advice is if you are going through hardships, and or need to file for bankruptcy please put your trust elsewhere!!!!

I was in a very bad situation and needed more help than just the Debt relief people. I wanted someone who I knew I could trust and that would not only help me but would give me support through the whole process. Elizabeth Molnar advised me to address my criminal case by initiating a PFA case. I spent $$$ for a paragraph and sat an entire day in court to submit it. They appeared with me on the scheduled hearing date, knowing it would be postponed, and charged me another $$$.
She told me I needed to hire a criminal lawyer 2 days before my case because they didn’t have one to send, that was another $$$$. But that firm showed up, exceeded the desired expectations THIS firm requested to win the PFA, and did it with one court visit that lasted 30 minutes.
The PFA hearing was postponed again, another full day in court, then wasn’t given clear billing expectations moving forward. She handed off the case to Meghan Zupanic. An emergency arises, there’s a PFA violation, Elizabeth was on vacation, Meghan took 2 days to respond, the lack of action resulted in a PFA being filed against me.
Told them I planned to change firms, Elizabeth offered me a lower flat fee, promised to address my concerns about lack of urgency or communication, I paid them another $$$$. They made no effort to communicate or keep me informed, likely because they weren’t doing anything to prepare or ensure the desired outcome for the cases.
I did the investigative research that Elizabeth suggested, said she would do, and then didn’t. I researched claims and accusations, pointed out lyes, and provided evidential proofs that could be used in my case. Meghan was so ill prepared for the case that the judge was genuinely frustrated. While my character was being ripped to shreds, the JUDGE asked why she wasn’t objecting. She had dates wrong, hadn’t reviewed crucial parts of the case. The conclusion? Another full day in court. My case for the PFA violation was dismissed and a Temp PFA was granted against me.
They have negated any validation I had of being a victim from the criminal trial. I relived all my trauma to provide them the resources to protect me from being fearful of them ever happening again. He got to walk away smiling, calling himself the victim, while I have to live with the perpetual fear of being arrested if he sees me somewhere.
While I hate to leave such a terrible review, its impact will pale in comparison to how their terrible service has impacted me. They refused to provide me any billing details. They couldn’t speak to a single reason or cause for their negligence other than blaming the JUDGE. They dwindled the possibility of a partial refund so I could seek new counsel, they suggested they would take action to try and remedy part of the outcome, but what they really did was just exhaust any legal window I had for recourse.
The negligence, the lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, blame shifting, failure to honor the terms of the retention contract that was signed, is all just absolutely appalling. As they’ve made zero effort to remedy any of this, and have in fact made it worse, I will be filing complaints with all the necessary legal entities. I implore anyone seeking genuine help to look elsewhere.

Ana Lisa Petrella is an extremely efficient, compassionate, and knowledgeable attorney. She got me through the very important process of dealing with child support successfully. Will you be charged for phone calls and emails? Of course. But her rates are reasonable and her experience is extensive, so she will not waste your time, or hers for that matter. When you reach out, she responds within the day, sometimes the hour if you catch her between hearings. She is a warm soul that clearly wants to help her clients get what they deserve. As a woman, I wanted a woman representing me through this process. She gave me the confidence to ask for what I needed, and to not give in to my natural instincts to roll over. Amazing attention to detail and clear communication! I was represented by Sadie Marak in the case of my divorce which took over two years to process. Sadie demonstrated a thorough understanding of the law and made the right choices through a lot of twists and turns; knowing when to compromise and when to hold her ground. Absolute disregard for clients time and money, 4 years and Nothing done for divorce. The only thing I’ve found this firm responsible for is making sure their “Bill gets delivered on time to our home in a timely fashion”

Did not answer required pre trial statements therefore, was unable to present evidence at custody trial. He contacted me personally by phone to tell me to take my review down. I hired Robert in October to file a simple motion to switch child support over from Ohio to Pennsylvania. I paid him upfront and afterwards I received nothing but the run-around. I text and called to no avail. Do not waste your money on the so called lawyer.

These folks were honest and worked hard to get my grandchildren back with their mom where they belong.He and his staff worked hard for nearly a year on my daughters case and were always there when we had questions.They really did care both Robert and his wonderful wife Andrea were always there with support for us all and understood that we were a family fighting for the children's best interest.I would tell anyone if you want a truly hard working lawyer Robert Colaizzi is definitely worth a call . Melanie Rothey served as a master on my divorce case. I don’t know where to begin, I don’t know if she’s stupid or lazy. She’s certainly incompetent! She most definitely did not follow the Pa state guide lines. My biggest concern was that my assets were taxable, while my wife’s were tax free. The law states that this needs to be considered when dividing assets. Instead of calculating the differences to make things even she just gave the assets to my wife. Was this due to stupidity, being lazy or maybe just arrogance? I don’t know, but she also used wrong figures on several large assets. So I don’t know what her problem is,perhaps an addiction of some kind. But the end result is incompetence , the bottom line is I wouldn’t let her walk my dog. In fact the only thing my wife and I have agreed on in the last four years is Melaine Rotheys incompetence!

I felt Gail was more sympathetic to my ex-spouse's situation, and not as much as mine or my child's plight! During our support negotiation, she didn't "fight" for my son, and instead, advised me to settle for a payment BELOW the minimum recommended payment! I went back later on my own (after she charged me for a very expensive fee to let the court know she no longer represented me) and got more money. I did more on my own without paying her very expensive fees!

Gail was never able to really listen to me, nor did she advocate for me as I thought a true "Super" attorney would. At the end of my two year QDRO case, I wrote Gail, and her two partners, a letter outlining 5 areas in which I was dissatisfied with Gail's work. No one ever answered me. Gail and her firm are very expensive. I would never recommend her. Use someone else who may really listen to you, work for you, and not cost as much.
