Not a good representation at all. Multiple conversations on the same topics uncountable times to milk your money. She take notes only not to have them later. To many phone calls a day asking one question then hanging you on the phone to lengthen the conversation then turn around and do the same thing again . Not to mention over charging me for the time.
When I called this tactic to her attention to ask all questions needed. The conversation was not pleasant.
I saw that the financial statement was only to see what the max you could pay. What attorney burns up your entire retainer balance in 3 hours.
I could go on, but enough said.

I used this law firm recently and am very satisfied with the results. This firm saved me money by keeping the case from going through the courthouse and an excellent mediator was used for litigation instead. My attorney was straight forward, knowledgeable of the law and thorough, which means you will be doing some work to win your case. I absolutely recommend this law firm because they will get you the result you want!

One of their biggest differentiators is their ability to understand that the words and approach to a legal agreement must also meet business needs -- it isn't all just boilerplate words. There is give and take to meet our needs and also the other party's needs -- some items are non-negotiable, others are. After my kids had been taken away from me and alienated from me, I was beginning to lose faith that I would ever see my kids again. Then in 2021, I found myself facing DSS regarding made up allegations of abuse fabricated by my ex-wife.
This office not only handled my case with DSS, they also helped me regain custody of my 4 children (some of whom had been allinated from me for over 7 years). My personal thanks goes out to Douglas Barker, Daryn Barker, and Andrew Brener. This mericle would not have been possible without them.

My particular case involved a child custody agreement, which normally is not an experience that I image anyone wishes to go through and I certainly was not looking forward to. However, as the title attempts to summarize based on my personal experience with Mr. Vitetta, these are the qualities that were most important to me. I was in need of a divorce attorney. This web site and a google search led me to Robert Reeves law firm and Mr. Cody Burgin. I come from a culturally different background and this would play a very important part in my divorce. Mr. Burgin was extremely professional and respected this making me feel understood and comfortable. He was always calm , very well prepared, honest and kept me grounded in my expectations regarding the outcome of the divorce. He never gave me any false hopes. He was very prompt in his responses to every one of my questions(believe me I had an expansive list ) at any given time of the day. My situation was very different in the sense that I was on the other side of the country, yet he worked with me very patiently with all the constraints.
I have heard of horror stories about people's experiences with divorce attorneys which made me very apprehensive. But Mr. Burgin never once gave me any instance to doubt him or his intentions with regards to my best interests as his client.
Two months after the divorce was finalized, I ran into a problem. I hesitantly(I was no longer his client) contacted Mr. Burgin to ask for his advice. For two days straight, he helped me through it and brought a swift end to the problem, which, without his help would have dragged on for a long time.
If, in the future, I ever find myself needing legal representation, I will choose Mr. Burgin at a moment's notice. I will also recommend him without any hesitation.

Jessica took my family case without hesitation because she knew that I was being wronged by my ex-wife and her attorney despite me having a run in with the law during the course of the divorce. She was aggressive throughout the entire case and is extremely knowledgeable In family law and criminal law. My case is now over and I’m so happy with the results. I’m the custodial parent of my two daughters and I couldn’t have done it without Jessica. It’s extremely rare that the father becomes the custodial parent in South Carolina. Jessica showed that I was the more responsible parent and I’m truly grateful for her. I hired Lora to help me with my divorce last year. She was fair and matter of fact. After I had attempted to try and negotiate a settlement with my now ex wife and was being stonewalled by her attorney, Lora stepped in and immediately negotiated a fair and equitable settlement. Jeremey Poindexter helped us with our case and I could not have asked for a better attorney. We had a situation in which our children were taken by DSS. Our son was placed with my mother but my daughter was a very complicated situation. Jeremey was very detailed with us and how he would handle it and what we should expect. There was a loop whole with how DSS had handled my daughter's situation and Jeremey was very aggressive and professional with her situation. We had gone to court and we were ready to abide by anything to get our children back. We were adviced by Jeremey why we should not accept the terms the court offered. They wanted to put us on the child neglect list and we denied to accept the terms. Jeremey was able to help us meet with DSS right after we got out of court and discuss the situation. They agreed not to have us put on the child neglect registry and we went back to court at that moment and we were able to have custody of our children. If Jeremey was not aggressive in the matter we would of been on the child neglect registry which would of affected us for the rest of our lives. I am greatful and thankful for Jeremey Poindexter advice and how he handled our case in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to any family.
