I attempted to work with attorney Da Silva on a post divorce, contempt of court case which ended up taking several months with no progress. Much of my retainer went towards her reading my msgs asking for an update, msgs trying to contact her after not hearing from her for more than a month, or callsdiscussing information I had already provided to her. Some of my emails received a response but many did not, although I received invoices for her reading of my msgs. Twice, I received invoices for the same actions that I had already paid for and had to contact the office to bring this to attention of her legal assistant. When calling her office in an attempt to contact Ms. Da Silva, I was often told she was on vacation. I was informed by my ex that his attorney also had difficulty making contact with attorney Da Silva. I contacted her office multiple times, in writing and by phone, asking that my case be reassigned to another attorney due to lack of progress. My case was not transferred and I was assured that Ms. Da Silva would attend to my case. ln the end, she provided me with information I already had and no progress was actually made. I was left to find a new attorney. Finallly, Ms. Da Silva and her legal assistant refused to provide me with a written statement of how my retainer was spent, although I made several requests for this information. My requests for any remaining funds from my retainer were also ignored.

My wife and I had a horrible experience using this law firm to prepare legal documents for us prior to our marriage. Their drafts are extremely sloppy with inaccurate data and misspellings all over the place. They likely offshore the preparation work because honestly who would misspell "Home Depot" or the name "Michael" multiple times in a legal document (and where is the review by a paralegal???). The most ridiculous part is they charge the clients for revisions to these careless mistakes. Sorry, but why are WE paying for YOUR mistakes??!?!?
After our legal documents were finalized we had to chase them around to get a refund of the retainer. Again they charged us for the time it took for them to email us back (again why are WE paying for YOUR internal issues?). FINALLY after 3 months of the documents being finalized we got the final refund and we are at the point where we don't even want to bother arguing with them over the frivolous charges.
We don't mind paying for high quality service, but their lack of quality and difficultly to deal with doesn't justify any price. STAY AWAY and watch your invoices because they will ROB you blind.

When you hire Anthony Rickman (and his firm)you feel like you're being represented by a good friend and that you're not just a client. I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

Lawyer Sanchez didn't stand by my side; he always supported the other party and made fun of my English pronunciation because it's not my first language. He significantly favored my husband and never provided any advice or assistance when I needed it. This caused more pressure on me; it felt like my husband had two lawyers. He did everything possible to make me feel frustrated. If you're a woman, don't let him handle your case, or else you'll regret it. I was forced to seek another lawyer and ended up losing the initial payment I gave him.

Although I did not have custody requirements my divorce was complicated and abusive. I was on the verge of obtaining my US citizenship, I was not permitted to reside at any of our properties (Resulting in me needing to move six times in 2023), We had several properties to liquidate in two countries (multiple provinces/states), There was domestic violence during the marriage and plenty of post separation abuse and abuse of everyone involved in the case, including realtors insurance companies, utility companies etc. Christina assigned my case to Jonathan Bodden (although she did maintain an oversight role) And they both definitely had to think outside the box in order to get all of this resolved while at the same time protecting my Citizenship process and personal safety. And as though things weren’t complicated enough, the governor reduced alimony requirements halfway through the case. Jonathan navigated these issues within a very broken system as best as he possibly could. They were both intensely concerned about my safety (At times it felt like they were the only ones) and all their recommendations made this a priority. Jonathan was always supremely professional in the face of extremely frustrating circumstances.
If you have a difficult or complicated divorce, I would highly recommend Anton Garcia Law To represent you. It still won’t be easy and they can’t make it all go away, but they are committed to representing and protecting their clients even in the worst circumstances.

I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

DO NOT RETAIN SHAZIA SPARKMAN OR SPARKMAN LAW TO REPRESENT YOU! I retained her on very short notice without doing my research AND BOY DID I PAY FOR IT. Her office is understaffed and her Legal Assistants turned over 3 times in less than a year. NEVER PRODUCED AN INVOICE, BUT ALWAYS ASKING FOR MORE MONEY. She was late to every meeting, in person or ZOOM. Her office filed incorrect Financial Affd. with the court, in short, I FIRED HER. My new Attorney has requested over and over for her office to release all of my information to no avail. Even the opposing attorney was disgusted with her lack of response and I am having to produce again. If I had the multitude of errors coming out of my office that she had come out of hers, I would be out of business. Only now am I seeing all the bad reviews about this law firm...hind site is 20/20...stay clear of this firm.

We hired Ms. Simms to handle a child support issue for us in Florida as we reside in Arizona, and she did an amazing job! Ms. Simms went above and beyond for us not to mention her prices were great! We have used some of the top firms, and most expensive lawyers money could buy over the last three years in Florida and I would rehire Ms. Simms over any of those firms any day of the week! After an extensive search and consultations with almost 10 attorneys, I chose Lakeisha Simms to handle my Child Support Modification case. Modification petitions are usually straight forward but mine had a few complexities to it that Ms. Simms handled competently and admirably.
Nearly every one of her predictions regarding how long the process would take to resolution, what I could expect, etc., were all dead-on accurate.
Ms. Simms was professional, courteous, and usually responded quickly to any questions and concerns I had; all that in spite of losing one of their assistants during a very busy time.
Furthermore, the Coleman Law Groups' rates are VERY reasonable, their billing / invoicing procedures and reports are clear and easy to understand.
The level of service one receives for such reasonable rates holds a very high value proposition to me.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ms. Simms and the Coleman Law Group.

I contacted Mr Getzin to take care of my divorce, I got him all the information that he requested and the payment, everything was fine on the first 7 or 8 months, but then things just stop moving, I will contact him and he will apologice and justify the fact that he was busy and other things, he say that will contact the judge and arrange the court day and prepare this paper or this other paper and that he will let me know later and update me on the case, finally I ask for copies of the documentation that he send to court and everything so I can consult another lawyer because he was taking too long, he give me nothing and told me that he could not continue with my case and that he was going to tell a "friend" to take care of it, my case was dismissed by the judge because he as my legal representation stopped doing his job, wasted 2 years time, money and stress...

My fiance and I rented a place from a local property management company. We had some concerns while we rented but we did not expect what would happen when we moved out. The company attempted to charge us an insane amount of money and threatened to take us to court even though we satisfied the terms of our agreement upon vacating the property. Yet again the legal eagle prevails. I was forced into an unfortunate situation having to defend myself violently in my own home. Subsequently I was arrested for domestic battery against a male assailant. After Mr. Hajaistorn negotiated my Hasty release the legal team went to work. In a time of uncertainty, and the courts being far behind, Alex and his team were able to reduce my violent charges to disturbing the peace plus nominal fine.., also withheld from my record. He takes the time to carefully and meticulously go over the finite details of your case to provide the absolute best possible representation. No matter what your concern is, he takes the time to listen and more importantly doesn't sugarcoat the matter, he will tell you plainly and clearly what to expect and what the goals are, whether positive or negative, and when negative he absolutely takes ownership in order to tell you how to accomplish the best possible outcome. I am not a client of Solomon, but my ex-wife used their services. STAY AWAY if you want to save money.
They will just rack up your bill. My attorney fees were a fraction of what Solomon charges, and we only did our required Mandatory Disclosure and Financial Affadavit. They will spend hours and hours on what others could probably do in a fraction of the time. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
If you don't believe just read the other reviews that talk about the ridiculous charges they had to pay.

I called Alex’s office for a consultation when I was looking to retain counsel for a paternity suit. I had spoken with other reputable attorneys in town already and I was told by friends to call the Solomon Group. Alex was the lucky one to consult with me. Let me just start by saying, I’m not the easiest to deal with and I was going through some major life issues becoming a single mom with a demanding job and an ex that had been making life difficult. Alex took the time to answer my detailed questions and gave me examples of other cases where similar situations had happened. That showed me they had the experience to deal with my complex case and this wouldn’t be their first time. He did not rush me off the phone and he really took the time to understand my entire situation. I was even advised that I didn’t need to retain them until I was served since I wasn’t married, so that showed me they weren’t just trying to get a retainer out of me. I appreciated that approach as my job is in sales and I do not like to be “sold” something. The consultative approach was very much appreciated and I hired Alex and his group for my case. Alex and Matt were responsive to me throughout the entire case and when it came time for mediation, they were both by my side. I felt I had the best team defending me, my children and my home. This case involved real estate and Alex’s group was experienced enough to be able to handle both the family law and real estate portions.
