I've worked with Rick Crowson on several matters and the experience has been amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty in many situations. Thank you for being so attentive to my needs, aggressive when the situation called for it, and for always being focused on our objectives in the most efficient ways possible.

If they do not want to represent you, they will not honor the free consultation they have on their website. I called them last week to inquire about the free consultation. A paralegal, Lauren, took my called. She emailed me and told me that the lawyer declined to represent me. I never met with a lawyer or anything at all. I gave them vague details and just wanted THEIR consultation because their website popped up on Google for government liability. I was hoping to hire them. In the email Lauren sent me, the subject line was Clayton County Sheriff Office, which has nothing to do at all with my inquiry; this leads me to believe they misunderstood my inquiry. So, I replied to her email for clarification. She never replied back. I called her to get a better understanding on why they would not do the free consultation and why they declined to represent despite not knowing the details on why representation is needed. She told me they do not handle criminal cases. I REPEATEDLY TOLD HER I AM NOT INQUIRING ABOUT A CRIMINAL CASE!!!! She refused to listen and seemed frustrated. In the end, she said she'll reach back out to the lawyer for more info. I felt dismissed and emailed her to disregard.

Mr. Bullman represented me in an : " ILLEGAL POLICE STRIP SEARCH " Where I was violated, humiliated and treated like pure trash. I was very terrified afterwards and did not know what to do or who to call to help me. (As I felt helpless) From the moment I called him, He immediately went into action. He is a Lawyer that actually listens to his clients in a very professional, patient and respectful manner. HE FIGHTS to WIN!!!! If you want a lawyer that has YOUR best interest in representation. Look no further. Because you won't regret it. Mr. Bullman DOES NOT PLAY!!! This is what he does and he does it EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. HE GETS JUSTICE. He is the voice for the people. He was very forthcoming and honest through out the entire process . He did exactly what he said he was going to do and got it done. I am most grateful for his representation. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend that you call Attorney Mark Bullman if you are looking for an attorney that gets desired results.

If you are looking for a great attorney that not only fights for you and your loved one but also takes the time to walk you through every step, keeps you informed, and gives you personalized care then you need to hire John and the Mabrey Firm. Through all of the issues that came up John not only kept me informed but also spent the time making sure I understood every aspect of the case. I felt reassured that we as a team were making the right decision at each phase of the case. I felt like John and his team truly cared about our situation and wanted to help my family bring some peace and justice to our situation. I know that we got the best outcome by having John and his team working on our case. The Mabrey firm may not be the largest is Georgia but I feel like it is the Best in Georgia. I've never won anything from a radio station and I had been navigating a rough patch in life. One day while Dashing I was listening to Majic and heard that Amy was giving away money for the new year. I'm like could it be a sign? I went ahead and explained what I could do with money like they asked and gave it to God. I was leaving an interview from getting a new job and moments later got the call that I won!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. I'm very thankful for Amy and whenever it's time to get the prize I hope that I can thank you in person. Well, I was very happy about the prize. But, now I feel like I haven't won anything and that I'm hassling people about something that they said they chose me for. Nobody has contacted me to tell me the next steps. The initial call and the video went well, but, now I'm getting silence. It's been 5 days so I guess I'll just wait. I got really excited because I really did need the money and I just knew that this was from God. I still had to rob Peter to pay Paul. If God is willing hopefully I hear something soon.

I can't say enough good things about The Church Law Firm, LLC. If you're looking for a lawyer who is aggressive to get things done, to being compassionate, treating the client like family and being there for the family of the client, then this is your lawyer. His paralegal Emily that helps with the initial interview is the sweetest, compassionate person to talk with and allows you all the time you need to talk. Attorney Church has a great knowledge of the law, he invest a lot of time in his cases, explains everything to your level, always responds to your questions/concerns. As a family member, I feel he went beyond what most lawyers would do. The family is very involved in the clients case and they have questions too that he always is willing to take time to answer. Attorney Church was very compassionate and encouraging when we felt at the bottom and always respond to us also. He is a fighter for your case to get you the best outcome possible and sees the good in the client. He respects the client no matter what they are charged with.

If I could give a 0 I would! Floredia is awful! The motto is everybody is somebody well by me! They wasted months on a time sensitive case that they took to wait months later to deny because I was being forced to seek mandatory additional care, which was not stated previously, I've lost my husband of 22yrs which I told Floredia but she doesn't care! I'm a nobody& my situation is irrelevant! I'm hurt beyond words for the inconsideration & I personally recommend Julian Sanders if you want results respect and a legal time that fights for you!

I would highly recommend Tonya Shy and the TS Law Firm to my family and friends. They work hard to give each client high-quality legal services and the personal attention they deserve. Attorney Shy was very honest from the beginning of my case. She and her staff always kept me in the loop of everything throughout my case. She showed me that there are still great attorneys out here that have your best interest. I’m so thankful to God that he directed me to her.

My name is Antonio Rogers and it is a honor to write this review for Attorney Tonya Shy who represented me. I'm from Louisiana and while visiting family I was involved in a auto accident where I was rear ended by another motorist and I was injured. I did my research on attorneys in Atlanta and after reading the positive reviews I selected Attorney Shy to handle my case. Throughout the entire process Attorney Shy and her team kept me well informed. Being a former claims adjuster and retired law-enforcement office I knew that attorney Shy was very knowledgeable and the right attorney to represent me. She was at all time very patient but diligent regarding my auto accident case. Attorney Shy and her team made me feel like family and she settled my claim and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Attorney Shy to anyone that needs representation because she is simply the best. Thank You Attorney Shy for all you do.

When a member of our immediate family called us from jail, we were completely bewildered and didn't know where to turn. Not only was this our first experience with the criminal justice system, but our family member was out of state. We didn't know any lawyers in Georgia, but after an exhaustive search, we were very fortunate to find Tom Church. Tom was with us every step of the way, beginning with successfully obtaining bail, and concluding with a positive result and no jail time. Needless to say, we are all relieved and grateful! Tom has an impressive courtroom presence. His defense in our case was well organized and compelling. We knew we were in good hands. On a personal level, Tom and his firm are a pleasure to work with. They answer all calls and emails promptly, which is important in a time of great anxiety. Tom explains the law in terms that are easy to comprehend. He is intelligent, witty, and compassionate...all traits that give much needed comfort and inspire confidence. We can't thank him enough!

Tom Church gave me my life back! I was convicted of a very serious crime almost four years ago that would have resulted in a lifelong hardship and very little chance of living a normal life of any kind. With little hope, I contacted Mr. Church to see if there was ANYTHING he could do to make my life just a little less painful. Without hesitation, he knew exactly how to handle my situation. Tom quickly wrote up a motion, set a hearing date, and successfully had my original conviction withdrawn and changed to a lesser charge. The new charge allowed me to have first offender, meaning after probation all charges would be expunged and my records sealed. Next, he filed a motion to have my probation sentence terminated early. Tom found a way to have my case heard virtually, even with the COVID restrictions. While in court, Tom knocked it out of the park. His outstanding work and line of questioning quickly convinced the judge to terminate my ten-year probation after serving less than four years. The judge and ADA were so impressed with his professionalism that they took a significant amount of time out of my hearing to personally thank him and even encouraged him to handle more cases in my county! Thanks to Tom I now have a promising future and a CLEAN RECORD. Tom answered every one of my emails promptly and truly cared about my case and my endless questions. Even after his work with me was done, Tom continued to help me with lingering issues that were far beyond the scope of our contract. You cannot do better than Tom Church if you find yourself in a hopeless legal situation. No need to keep searching for the right attorney, Tom is as good as it gets. He accomplished what seemed impossible, I can’t thank you enough for your diligence and dedication to my case.

John is a rare find. He has all of the legal skills you want in your attorney, but his business sense and personability make him unique. Most importantly, he is not afraid to give you his unvarnished opinion, which many lawyers will not do. I was at my "wit's end" after 16 months with the legal system having charged me with 4 criminal counts. I contacted Counts Law Group on Friday for HELP and Cynthia Counts agreed to meet with me on Saturday at 10:30 (Father's Day Weekend w/Family visiting) to evaluate my case. Come early Monday morning Cynthia and Family were siting on a Court room bench with me. She had taken a Good part of her Father's Day Weekend to prepare my case before the court and traveled two hours "early thirty" Monday to have the court to acknowledge her as my co-counsel and at noon to present a motion to dismiss all 4 charges. Because of her arguments before the court, ALL 4 charges were later dismissed! If the legal system had more Cynthia Counts, those condensing "lawyer" jokes would most likely disappear! Bottom Line - 16 Months of sleepless nights vs. a weekend

I was served in April '14 in GA; this was the only time I have been sued. It was a terribly stressful time because I was struggling to make ends meet and with two small babies in diapers, my wife and I did not know where to turn for help. I asked the lawyer of a colleague if he knew a good attorney to help me in a defamation lawsuit. Without any hesitation, he emphatically told me, “Cynthia Counts is the best there is for that type of case”. The fact that my colleague’s lawyer knew of Cynthia and was so adamant in stating her abilities immediately gave me confidence because the referring lawyer is a criminal defense attorney whose clientele and case load are in a different realm of law than what my case was, yet he knew of Cynthia Counts and her abilities. I immediately called Ms. Counts and let her know who referred me to her. We agreed to have an initial consultation to discuss the case. Not having any previous experience in legal matters, I was concerned about being kept in the loop and having a comprehensive understanding of what was taking place, as I tend to be somewhat of a micro-manager, which is a difficult thing to be in a subject for which I had no formal training. It became apparent to me immediately that there was an added benefit when I learned that Ms. Counts is an adjunct professor, as she was able to frame things for me in an easy-to-understand context. Her teaching experience was also an added benefit because when I expressed my desire to be able to assist in my own defense, she gladly provided me the opportunity and gave me specific research assignments and tasks to be performed in order to help myself. She would then take the time to explain the results, meaning and impact of my research while all the time continuously teaching me and citing other precedents and GA case law concerning defamation and Free Speech. She also provided an in-depth and invaluable education in Georgia’s Anti-SLAPP legislation, background and intent. Furthermore, once we entered the courtroom for the first time and found out that the Plaintiff’s attorney steered the intended purpose of the initial hearing from evidentiary to something else, I got to see what Ms. Counts was really made of. She basically walked into an ambush on that first day in court and we were not prepared at all for where the first day lead us because it was supposed to be an evidentiary hearing that ended up being bifurcated, for which the first part was never disclosed in advance by the Counsel for Plaintiff but for which he was fully prepared. So we started our first day in court with the deck stacked against us, but in the end it did not matter because Ms. Counts knew the law. Because of her vast knowledge and depth of understanding of Georgia law, Federal law, Constitutional Law and her intimate familiarity with the Georgia Anti-SLAPP statute and precedents, she was able to successfully ward off the attack by Counsel for Plaintiff not only that day but two days later when we continued. Her courtroom delivery over those two days resulted in turning an ambush, and potential disaster, into the Judge issuing an order that protected my speech and resulted in Plaintiff’s immediate dismissal of the case. Throughout all phases of the case, Ms. Counts was always available either in person or via proxy through one of her diligent and well-written associates. Even when time constraints and schedule conflicts would have prevented other people from making time to talk, she was available and responsive through holidays, weekends, as well as nights. She is passionate about her work, knowledgeable about the law and is one of few that still believes in the truth above all else. If you are being sued for defamation or other alleged First Amendment violations and you were right and you were just in your actions, Cynthia Counts is the lawyer for you. She is highly recommended by me; simply 'Google' Cynthia Counts and the results speak for themselves.

Cynthia worked on my trial on false criminal charges that stemmed from a civil rights violation. She has demonstrated a thorough and in-depth knowledge of First Amendment and other constitutional and civil rights case decisions and a willingness to think outside the box. I consider her to be a first-rate attorney, especially for media and free speech matters. When questioning one of the witnesses at my trial, Cynthia was matter-of-fact, calm, and professional in working inconsistencies out of the witness. When writing motions, she cited an extensive case law history that applied to my specific case - demonstrating to me that she works hard on her cases. Also, Cynthia is one of the most ethical and trustworthy attorneys I would recommend - her manner of speaking is very straightforward and her presentation skills are first-rate. She arrived early for my continuance sign-ins to avoid the huge waste of time that I've seen other defense attorneys put on their clients, and her court time was used efficiently and appropriately during trial. It was a truly healing experience being vindicated at trial. As a client, I have been treated with respect and dignity and was followed-up with promptly on questions. This is one lawyer I will always have on my short list to refer other people to, especially regarding civil rights matters.

Nathan was courteous and knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He also mentioned a few viewpoints that I hadn't considered. This was money very well spent. Thank you, Nathan!

I researched the web for a lawyer in a matter that was critical and timely. I took a chance and simply guessed that Nathan would be appropriate for my case. He performed very well and was successful in helping me and coincidentally I needed him for another case which he performed in the same stable manner and we were successful once again. From afar I lucked out in finding Nathan.

Mr. Tidwell handled a "slip and fall" case for us. We could not have made a better decision regarding attorney selection. We found him to be genuine, honest, ethical, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. We had hired an attorney previously, and he sat on our case for almost two years without ever contacting us, so it was great working with an attorney the caliber of Mr. Tidwell. He apprised us of potential pitfalls and possibilities relative to our case and was sincerely interested in our needs. He promptly returned phone calls, kept us up to date on every movement on our case. We felt comfortable with Mr. Tidwell, fully expecting to have to go to court. Just prior to our court date he suggested we go to mediation with the defendant, especially since it appeared they were anxious to settle out of court. We can't help but believe it was Mr. Tidwell's tenacity and willingness to go to trial that convinced the defendant to go to mediation. Prior to mediation he informed us what we could expect, the risk/reward scenario, etc. His projections proved to be dead on, and after a long day of playing that game, we felt we were victorious and were extremely pleased with the results.

Tony went above and beyond the call of duty. He was available 24/7 and would always respond to my questions very quickly. I was facing lengthy prison time, and thanks to Tony, I only got probation. Even though my case is over, Tony continues to check in and make sure I am complying with probation and he is there to answer my questions. He truly cares about his clients and it shows. By far the best attorney I have ever had.

Anthony was able to provide thoughtful insight and advice during one of the most difficult and trying times of my career. He was prompt in returning all of my phone calls and e-mails, and made the entire process as easy to understand as possible. I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, work ethic and superior writing abilities. Thanks to him, my situation was resolved very promptly, which saved me both time and money. While I hope to not require legal assistance in the future, I would definitely seek Anthony's assistance again should the situation arise.

I was priviledged to work with Jennifer Liotta for approximately one year. During that period she took the time to thoroughly understand the technology that I work with and the complicated concepts that I needed to use. She was always responsive and prompt and carefully and quickly explained the important legal aspects of patent law. She also provided clear legal advise for the best procedures to follow in developing our concept and product and she did an outstanding job to seek out perspective interest from potential licensing clients. In short, she knows what you are doing and how to best deal with the practical aspects of research as she acts as a bridge from academia and concepts to industry. In the 26 years that I have developed patents, Jennifer is one of the two best lawyers I have worked with.

Raina will always be my go to. Unfortunately I was involved in another car accident 6months after my first accident. I was 8months pregnant and in a Lyft as a passenger this time. Another terrible experience, but I came back to Raina law office and she did what she always do, made sure my family and I was in good hands, with all of my therapy and appointments. Raina is very informative, helpful, and my experience will forever be a 10/10. Thank you again!… Highly Recommend Law Office for your car accidents.

I am so grateful that I found Attorney Raina Spencer on social media! I was in an accident and didn’t know which direction to go in order to pursue filing a lawsuit for my bodily injuries! I came across her profile and knew immediately after reviewing a few posts that she was the one that I wanted to work with. She was very knowledgeable, she gave so much information in her posts, and I could tell that her personality and attitude would be a good fit for me! Working with her was flawless. She kept me updated on my case, and was available any time I reached out to her or had a question! Her assistants were amazing as well. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Her prompt attentiveness and hard work resulted in my case settling pretty fast! I settled and walked away with what I feel was a great and fair amount! I would recommend her to represent anyone with bodily injuries! I am so satisfied with my case, and it was a pleasure working with her, and her firm!

I’m so grateful to Kim Law for guiding me through such a tough time after my car accident. From the very beginning, they were patient, supportive, and truly cared about my well-being. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything in a way I could understand, and always checked in to see how I was doing—not just about the case, but personally too. What really stood out was how they made the process so much smoother by connecting me with their network of doctors. This allowed me to focus on my recovery instead of stressing over the complicated insurance and claims process. Their dedication, compassion, and expertise turned a dark time into a manageable one, and I’ll always be thankful for their help. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely has your back, I highly recommend Kim Law!

Megan was simply amazing! She was responsive to our questions and concerns regarding our son's IEP not being followed properly. She worked alongside us to formulate a plan before the meeting, and spoke intelligently about laws and procedures during the meeting. Megan was easy to communicate with, did not have intentions that went beyond what we wanted, and was not one of those stereotypical "bulldog" attorneys that work against you in meetings. What a Civil Rights Lawyer Can Do for You

A civil rights lawyer focuses on protecting individuals whose constitutional rights have been violated by government authorities, employers, or private organizations. These lawyers specialize in cases involving discrimination, police misconduct, freedom of speech, and other fundamental rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution and civil rights laws, such as the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Housing Act.

Whether you've been discriminated against due to race, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics, or you believe your civil rights have been violated by a government entity, a civil rights lawyer can help you seek justice, hold wrongdoers accountable, and secure compensation for any harm you've suffered.

When Should I Hire a Civil Rights Lawyer?

You should hire a civil rights lawyer when your constitutional rights or other protected rights have been violated, and you need legal assistance to seek justice. Some key situations in which you may need a civil rights lawyer include:

  • Employment discrimination: If you have faced discrimination at work based on race, gender, age, religion, national origin, or disability, a civil rights lawyer can help you file claims under laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act or the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Police misconduct or brutality: If you were the victim of police brutality, unlawful arrest, racial profiling, or other forms of misconduct, a lawyer can help you file a lawsuit for violations of your Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
  • Freedom of speech or assembly violations: If your First Amendment rights to free speech or peaceful assembly have been restricted by the government, a civil rights lawyer can represent you in challenging the violation.
  • Housing discrimination: If you’ve been denied housing or faced unfair treatment due to your race, ethnicity, gender, or disability, a lawyer can help you file a complaint under the Fair Housing Act.
  • Voter rights violations: If you believe your right to vote has been unfairly suppressed or you’ve faced discrimination in the voting process, a civil rights lawyer can help you fight for your rights.
  • Disability rights violations: If you’ve faced discrimination in accessing public spaces, employment, or services due to a disability, a lawyer can help enforce your rights under the ADA.
  • LGBTQ+ rights violations: If you've experienced discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in employment, housing, or public services, a civil rights lawyer can help you pursue legal remedies.

Hiring a lawyer early on can help you understand your legal options and build a strong case to protect your rights.

What Does a Civil Rights Lawyer Do?

A civil rights lawyer provides legal representation and advocacy to individuals whose rights have been violated. Their work can include:

  • Filing lawsuits: A civil rights lawyer can represent you in court by filing lawsuits against individuals, businesses, or government entities that violated your rights.
  • Advocating for policy changes: Civil rights lawyers often engage in advocacy work, pushing for reforms to laws and policies that infringe upon people's rights.
  • Representing clients in discrimination claims: These lawyers help clients file claims with federal or state agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
  • Negotiating settlements: In many cases, civil rights lawyers work to negotiate settlements for their clients before a case goes to trial, securing compensation for damages such as lost wages, emotional distress, or legal fees.
  • Defending freedom of expression: Lawyers may represent clients whose rights to free speech, assembly, or protest were violated by government restrictions or other actions.
  • Handling appeals: If your civil rights case has been decided but you wish to appeal the ruling, a civil rights lawyer can help you through the appeals process.

How Are Civil Rights Lawyers Paid?

Civil rights lawyers typically charge for their services based on the complexity of the case and the type of legal work involved. Common payment structures include:

  • Contingency fee: Many civil rights lawyers work on a contingency basis, meaning they only get paid if they win your case. Their fee is typically a percentage (usually 25% to 40%) of the settlement or damages awarded.
  • Hourly rate: For cases that require extensive legal research or litigation, some lawyers charge by the hour, with rates ranging from $150 to $500 or more, depending on the lawyer’s experience and location.
  • Pro bono or sliding scale: Some civil rights lawyers or organizations may work on a pro bono (free) basis or use a sliding fee scale for clients who cannot afford typical legal fees.
  • Flat fee: In specific cases, a lawyer may charge a flat fee for services like drafting legal documents or filing a complaint.

It’s important to clarify the fee structure during your initial consultation to avoid unexpected costs.

How Much Does a Civil Rights Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a civil rights lawyer varies depending on the complexity of the case, the lawyer’s experience, and the type of legal issue. General cost estimates include:

  • Contingency fee cases: For cases taken on a contingency basis, the lawyer’s fee will typically range from 25% to 40% of the settlement or judgment awarded.
  • Hourly rates: Many civil rights lawyers charge hourly rates ranging from $150 to $500 or more, depending on their experience and the complexity of the case.
  • Flat fees: For straightforward legal tasks, such as filing a complaint with a government agency or drafting legal documents, flat fees may range from $1,000 to $5,000.
  • Pro bono work: Some civil rights lawyers or nonprofit organizations provide free legal representation in certain cases involving important constitutional or civil rights issues.

Be sure to ask for a detailed estimate of costs during your consultation to understand the financial commitment involved.

Top Questions to Ask a Civil Rights Lawyer

Before hiring a civil rights lawyer, it’s important to ask the right questions to ensure they are the best fit for your case. Key questions to ask include:

  1. What experience do you have with civil rights cases?
Ensure the lawyer has experience handling cases similar to yours, whether it’s employment discrimination, police misconduct, or First Amendment violations.
  2. How do you charge for your services?
Clarify whether the lawyer works on a contingency fee basis, hourly rate, or flat fee, and ask for an estimate of the total cost of your case.
  3. What is the likelihood of success for my case?
Ask the lawyer to provide an honest assessment of your case, including the strengths, weaknesses, and potential outcomes.
  4. Have you handled cases like mine before?
Inquire about the lawyer’s experience in cases with similar facts and legal issues.
  5. What is the timeline for resolving my case?
While exact timelines can vary, ask for an estimate of how long your case may take, from filing to resolution.
  6. Will you handle my case personally?
In larger firms, junior attorneys or paralegals may work on parts of your case, so it’s important to know who will handle your legal matter directly.

How to Check the Credibility of a Civil Rights Lawyer

To ensure you are hiring a reputable civil rights lawyer, take the following steps to verify their credentials and track record:

  • Verify their state bar license: Check with your state bar association to confirm that the lawyer is licensed to practice and has no disciplinary actions against them.
  • Look for specific civil rights experience: Review the lawyer’s website or professional profile to ensure they specialize in civil rights law and have a history of handling cases like yours.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Look for client reviews on platforms like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, or Google to see what previous clients have said about the lawyer’s professionalism and success rate.
  • Ask for references: A credible lawyer should be able to provide references from past clients who can speak to their experience with civil rights cases.
  • Check for advocacy or nonprofit work: Lawyers involved with civil rights organizations, such as the ACLU or NAACP Legal Defense Fund, may have a strong reputation in the civil rights legal community.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To get the most out of your first consultation with a civil rights lawyer, it’s important to come prepared with relevant documents and information. Here’s what you should bring:

  • A detailed account of the violation: Provide a written summary of the events, including dates, times, and any people involved in the violation of your rights.
  • Documentation and evidence: Bring any supporting documentation, such as emails, letters, photos, or video footage that may help prove the violation of your rights.
  • Records of complaints or reports: If you’ve filed complaints with a government agency or reported the violation, bring copies of those documents.
  • List of questions: Write down any questions you have about the legal process, costs, and potential outcomes of your case.
  • Information on damages or harm: Be prepared to discuss the harm you’ve suffered due to the violation, such as emotional distress, financial loss, or physical injury.

By preparing thoroughly for your consultation, you can help the lawyer assess your case more effectively and get the best possible legal advice on how to proceed.
