Attorney Hughes is awesome!
I initially hired and attorney from a big name Law Firm to represent me in a child custody case. The attorney sold me a dream, got paid then basically told me the best she could do for me is get me standard visitation with a very high monthly child support payment. I replaced that attorney and hired Attorney Hughes, now I have custody and the mother has standard visitation.
Your case is only as strong as your representation . If you're looking for a attorney that will fight for you, Attorney Hughes is your lady. The little lady with big standing.

Attorney Hughes is wonderful, great! A perfect example of our great judicial system. Mr Summers is a fantastic Lawyer and very kind. He listened intently to everything I said each time we spoke. He went out of his way to meet with me, talk over the phone and email me to stay in contact with me during my case. I appreciated him talking about my case to me on my level and in terms I could understand. He always made sure I understood what was going on with my case and a time frame things would take place.

When we came to Mr. Summers another lawyer was handling my slip and fall case FOR 5 YEARS. The paperwork associated with our case was a mess and the previous atty. had given up on our case. Mr. Summers hit the ground running, was very patient with me and kept in constant contact with us like we were his only case. CASE CLOSED in about 6 months. ZERO STARS! This firm has the absolute worse communication ever! In the beginning it wasn’t that good but atleast they’d get back to me after a few calls and voice messages, now they don’t bother at all. I haven’t heard from them in months! I have to beg for case updates and it’s only gotten worse now that the case is settled. My experience has been horrible and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Only hire Thomas Mondelli if you want a professional, best possible outcome and as much patience and hand holding as you need. I've hired several attorneys over the yrs and have been treated like dirt, humiliated. Start to finish 2.5 yrs later,Thomas Mondelli stayed attentive and up to date on my case. I really don’t make many recommendations or even post opinions on social media very often. But the experience that I had with Attorney Thomas Mondelli is nothing short of exceptional. At my age, I’ve had a few attorneys in my life, but none of them and I mean none of them did the job that Mr. Mondelli did for me. I never had an attorney who listened to comprehend what I was telling them, and didn’t ask me was I sure of the injustice that was done to me. An attorney who not only understood the injustice that was done, but told me exactly how he would right the wrong & then followed through. To be clear, the young lady who answers the phone is very polite, courteous, and professional, but the assistant Lane Ryan is a disgrace to the legal field. She is extremely rude and extremely Unprofessional! If not for the fact that I do not want to take off and go to court I would not deal with this law office. She not only got loud with me, but she accused me of being loud with her
She then hung up the phone on me. When I called back and asked to speak to an attorney, a Mr. John Swann picked up the phone and had a smug tone as well. I wish that we were able to give this law firm negative stars!!! I wonder if they're not just a bunch of ambulance chasers. They must be the bottom of the barrel!

Horrible experience with this attorney! Constantly cancelling appointments, wanting to meet up at my home rather than his office, and never gave us a copy of any of my husbands immigration paperwork and everything we signed. Had to request payment receipts multiple times and he wanted to be paid cash. Serial texting me rants back to back after he changes the fee schedule at 6am. What attorney does this? I had to actually threaten him with harassment and block him. Not sure if he has a bad habit or not. I will be filing a complaint with the state of Georgia and Louisiana. I’ve given him more than enough time to correct what he did. I have kept screenshot proof of all inappropriate communication from him.

I called in about four to five weeks ago and spoke with a Cassandra in reference to the loss of function in my great toe due to a doctors negligence. Cassandra laughed at me when I explained to her my situation, Cassandra also explained to me that it’s “all about money” when it comes to the business. A few days after I posted my review on Google Mr.Malone reached out to me condemning her actions and explaining to me how it works, and essentially it is about the money because it can cost almost 500k to get your case started. After talking with him I removed my review from google because he seemed sincere. However I just want someone to understand for me it’s the principle and not about the money. I sent all my records over to Mr.Malone around 06/04/2024 and sent an email on 06/22/2024 for an update. Mr.Malone informed me that he would look over my files and get back with me in about a week and if he couldnt help he would refer me to someone who possibly would be able to. I have not heard back, and I’m done, basically if you didn’t lose a limb your case will not be taken seriously and the doctor can do anything to you with no consequences. It’s really sad that everytime I’ve needed a workplace enviorment lawyer or a negligence lawyer this is the energy I have gotten. If you only signed up for the more lucrative cases you’re already doing it wrong. I’m just going to leave this firm to itself. I am leaving my review up and cutting contact. Hopefully I can find someone who is willing to do it for the right reasons. This has been very traumatic for me and I just want someone that is doing it for the right reasons.
