Hired Sarah. Witness call police and stated false accusations. There was a level of being innocent relative to the charges filed. Sarah worked through the situation and provided me the best results possible. For me its not about her wins, losses, or charges dropped. For me it was her guidance and providing me a path to work the situation. This is what I would like to acknowledge her for. She also told me in the most professional and polite way to shut up and let her do her job LOL. She proved her working relationships with the courts and DA to be another item she should be praised for. Especially where discovery video is concerned. What normally takes the average person 2 to 4 years to complete, I was done in a year, she also had a major charge dropped for me. I waited to provide a review until now, everything occurred in 2021 and as stated earlier I had everything wrapped up in a year because of Sarah...except one thing, which was beyond her and anyone's control. That is now done, and for complete closure concerning the situation I thought it would be good to do this review now. I greatly appreciated her as my attorney. I would recommend her to anyone immediately. My wife and I thank her for her time.

Simply put, Mr. Bedard collected all the information he needed to present a solid case for me. We faced a tough DA who wanted to throw the book at me. Tami Mitchell is a life saver!!! I can say that because she saved my life. I was falsely accused of numerous accounts of sexual assault in the military. I went to a courts-martial and was found guilty of several counts. Tami came recommended to handle my appeal. Once I spoke to her, I knew she was the lawyer for me. She read through the 1500+ page record of trial and presented a strong case for overturning my convictions. 18 months later, Tami’s excellent work paid off and my sexual assault convictions were overturned for factual insufficiency, which is the equivalent of an acquittal. I was able to get off the sex offender registration list. My initial wrongful convictions caused additional legal issues for me, but Tami remained by my side each step of the way, assisting my appointed military counsel and other attorneys who were not familiar with the military justice process. Finally, after more than 5 years since my wrongful convictions, my family and I can finally get a good night's sleep, knowing our ordeal has finally concluded with positive results. Tami's fees are very reasonable; she is worth every penny. Not only is Tami a great lawyer, she is a great person. As you can imagine, my life has been very stressful during this period. Tami was always available to talk, and she took the time to explain things to me in detail so that I understood. I went to Qusair and his partner regarding some very messy discrimination and retaliation issues I was facing with my employer a couple of years ago, and ended up hiring him to represent me. The entire experience from beginning to end was handled with extreme care and thoughtfulness. I was treated with respect and compassion, but most importantly realism and a proper sense of urgency. I felt confident that my overall best interests were always being protected and strongly advocated for. In my past experiences with attorneys, I walked away from the transactions feeling as though I could have accomplished all that they did for me, in less time, and with far less of a financial burden on my own. In this instance, I know unequivocally, I could not possibly have had such a positive outcome in my case without Qusair's help specifically. It's challenging to describe all of the reasons I would recommend Qusair in just a few words. Qusair has a very strategic mind, and is always thinking at least ten steps ahead of the present and considering all of the angles. The first lawyer we went through really dragged his feet on handling our case. When you make a decision to sue you want to make sure that you have a lawyer that is willing to stand behind you and support you. More than anything, it is important to have a lawyer that believes in your case. While working with Qusair and his colleagues we were informed and included in every decision. He was very diligent in making sure that there were open lines of communication and he made himself very available to us to answer any questions we had. I am an attorney who has used Whitney Traylor as a mediator, and he is a miracle worker. Both cases looked extremely unlikely to settle, even well into the mediation, because of very difficult parties. Whitney never gave up and worked very hard to help the parties reach a reasonable settlement. My clients felt heard and understood. Theresa went above and beyond for me. Even when the other side got underhanded and really dirty, she had confidence in me as a client and it made me feel safe and secure in situations where I might have doubted myself or been afraid, such as giving my deposition (which otherwise would have terrified me). She was communicative where I asked her to be, but also kept things private from me when I requested it due to the stress of my case. She was knowledgeable and helpful in all manners and was always good at educating me on areas that I was confused about. I can't imagine my case would have gone as well without her. She was patient, understanding, kind, and trustworthy. I was able to reach a settlement with her assistance and I couldn't be more grateful.

Casandra has helped me with a case about a woman who has slandered, harassed and stalked me. Casandra has been so compassionate towards the circumstances I have gone through and kept her word above and beyond with my case. She is very prepared and listens well. Having had an issue with my employer, I contacted numerous "big" firms in Denver. When I mentioned my employer, nobody wanted to assist but many recommended "small, independent" firms. Finally, I contacted Atty Rathod. He had me come in, and listened to my situation. He was matter of fact and said he would look into it and get back to me. Within two (2) weeks he called to say he would take the case, on a contingency basis. (This indicated he was thoughtful and believed in my case.) Some time later, he called to say he wished to bring in another law firm (The best for my particular situation -Sawaya.) Four (4) years later, the first of two (2) legal actions has been resolved in my favor. Atty Rathod and the firm Rathod Mohamedbhai LLC are there for people who have a case and need the best representation. This "small, independent" firm has grown in stature because they will represent the common man against whomever, large company or municipality. He investigates, does not sugar coat or paint rosey pictures. When necessary, they find the best to assist them, fees not being the motivator . Generous with his time, accessible and concerned. In the four (4) years since I first met Atty Rathod, he and his firm have had great success defending "the little man" in many cases (some rather high profile) in the Denver area. If Atty Rathod is not interested in your situation, quite possibly you don't have a case. I will be forever grateful to Atty Rathod for his willingness to listen.

I really liked talking with Euell. I Don't like dealing with legal issues at all I was very stressed out over my problem. Talking with Euell was calming and I felt Euell and the staff would stay on top of what needed to happen. Euell and the staff at livelihood law kept up regular communications with me. This was huge for making me feel at ease. Euell was easy to talk to and easy to understand. I felt like he would answer any question and I felt like he would take whatever time was needed. Ultimately the Government decided to make everything go away and I did not to proceed legally. Euell and the staff have been the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. I thought places like this did not exist any more. Thank you very much

Euell’s approach to my case, seamed outside the box to me, not being a lawyer. This was instrumental though, in setting outside of court. I’m leaving feeling vindicated, I’m a case that was an uphill battle. Although it’s never easy to lose a job. I was devastated to lose a job of 15 years, and second in seniority. Euell definitely gave me a since of not feeling hopeless. Yet was still being realistic with possible outcomes. In the end, Euell was able to provide a favorable outcome for me. By keeping pressure on the opposing counsel and my former employer. I would not play poker with this man!

I used Euell with a workplace harassment and retaliation case. With Euell's wonderful assistance I was able to negotiate an outcome that exceeded my expectations. My situation was unusual as I had not been terminated, but had an open EEOC/CCRC case and Euell was able to hop right in and assist me with my case. Even during the strange environment of the C-19 pandemic, Euell did an excellent job guiding me through the process related to resolving my claim through the virtual environment just as well as I believe he would have done in person.

I have never had to retain a lawyer before, so I wasn't sure what the experience would be like. When I had my first meeting with Kaitlin she was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. Kaitlin was able to help me tremendously with my pending case. She consider how everything affected me, and made me felt. She touched all the bases. I had the privilege of working alongside Lucy Martin at the New Hampshire Public Defender. She always fought hard for her clients. Lucy has mad trial skills, and commanded the courtroom. Skillful, knowledgeable, conscientious and hard working, Lucy had the respect of bench and bar, and her clients were always very pleased with the results she got for them. I was fortunate to work alongside Lucy at the NH Public Defender's Office. Lucy worked hard for her clients, and always went the extra mile. The legal system is a daunting and truly scary realm for most, but for those of us that live a law abiding life - ignorance can be detrimental when you find yourself a victim of false allegations. John is more than a lawyer, he is a counselor of the law, who focuses on the individual client and expects that you (the expert in your own life) take charge of your case with his guidance and thus fight alongside him and not just hide behind him. From the initial meeting, John showed me professionalism, respect and ethical behavior. These standards were prevalent throughout the handling of my case. Dedication is a very powerful word, but cannot truly describe John's targeted focus and tenacity. While I had never dealt with a lawyer before, I did call many who instead of offering their support via guidance of the law, belittled and terrified me. John was real, and from the beginning set high, but tangible expectations of what it takes to win or prove a case. He dedicated his life to me during the every step of the preparation of my case. He spent over 10 hours of his day with me prior to trial and was prepared for whatever came our way. I would highly recommend John to anyone seeking help in the most important decisions of your life. Do not place your trust or invest your money on just anyone, call him and get his guidance, you'll know right away that you can feel confident with him as an experienced attorney. I met with several attorneys prior to selecting John Pineau. John was by far the most understanding, straight forward and non-judgmental of them all. John Pineau is one of the best advocates for a client I have experienced in my legal career. There is no case too simple or none too complex for his representation. Mr Levy represented me in a Federal misdemeanor charge. He was very knowledgeable about Colorado and Federal law pertaining to my case. I was well informed through e-mail, phone calls and face to face throughout all of it. During court appearances Mr Levy was very professional, curtious, ambitious and ready to fight for me. This was a very stressful time as I could have lost my career license if I was charged, not to mention all the additional costs and classes I would have had to take. Mr Levy had a calming presence that was very reassuring. I feel he went above and beyond for the price he charged. He was able to get my Federal charges completely dropped!
