Having had an issue with my employer, I contacted numerous "big" firms in Denver. When I mentioned my employer, nobody wanted to assist but many recommended "small, independent" firms. Finally, I contacted Atty Rathod. He had me come in, and listened to my situation. He was matter of fact and said he would look into it and get back to me. Within two (2) weeks he called to say he would take the case, on a contingency basis. (This indicated he was thoughtful and believed in my case.) Some time later, he called to say he wished to bring in another law firm (The best for my particular situation -Sawaya.) Four (4) years later, the first of two (2) legal actions has been resolved in my favor.
Atty Rathod and the firm Rathod Mohamedbhai LLC are there for people who have a case and need the best representation. This "small, independent" firm has grown in stature because they will represent the common man against whomever, large company or municipality. He investigates, does not sugar coat or paint rosey pictures. When necessary, they find the best to assist them, fees not being the motivator .
Generous with his time, accessible and concerned. In the four (4) years since I first met Atty Rathod, he and his firm have had great success defending "the little man" in many cases (some rather high profile) in the Denver area. If Atty Rathod is not interested in your situation, quite possibly you don't have a case.

Mr. Holland took the case of my Mother's nursing home death when no one else would even talk to us. He was caring and concerned about our family, always took my calls, even on weekends or evenings. I really liked talking with Euell. I Don't like dealing with legal issues at all I was very stressed out over my problem. Talking with Euell was calming and I felt Euell and the staff would stay on top of what needed to happen. Euell and the staff at livelihood law kept up regular communications with me. This was huge for making me feel at ease. Euell was easy to talk to and easy to understand. I felt like he would answer any question and I felt like he would take whatever time was needed. Euell’s approach to my case, seamed outside the box to me, not being a lawyer. This was instrumental though, in setting outside of court. I’m leaving feeling vindicated, I’m a case that was an uphill battle.
Although it’s never easy to lose a job. I was devastated to lose a job of 15 years, and second in seniority. Euell definitely gave me a since of not feeling hopeless. Yet was still being realistic with possible outcomes.
In the end, Euell was able to provide a favorable outcome for me. By keeping pressure on the opposing counsel and my former employer. I would not play poker with this man!

I used Euell with a workplace harassment and retaliation case. With Euell's wonderful assistance I was able to negotiate an outcome that exceeded my expectations. My situation was unusual as I had not been terminated, but had an open EEOC/CCRC case and Euell was able to hop right in and assist me with my case.
Even during the strange environment of the C-19 pandemic, Euell did an excellent job guiding me through the process related to resolving my claim through the virtual environment just as well as I believe he would have done in person.

The legal system is a daunting and truly scary realm for most, but for those of us that live a law abiding life - ignorance can be detrimental when you find yourself a victim of false allegations. John is more than a lawyer, he is a counselor of the law, who focuses on the individual client and expects that you (the expert in your own life) take charge of your case with his guidance and thus fight alongside him and not just hide behind him. From the initial meeting, John showed me professionalism, respect and ethical behavior. These standards were prevalent throughout the handling of my case.
Dedication is a very powerful word, but cannot truly describe John's targeted focus and tenacity. While I had never dealt with a lawyer before, I did call many who instead of offering their support via guidance of the law, belittled and terrified me. John was real, and from the beginning set high, but tangible expectations of what it takes to win or prove a case. He dedicated his life to me during the every step of the preparation of my case. He spent over 10 hours of his day with me prior to trial and was prepared for whatever came our way.

Mr Levy represented me in a Federal misdemeanor charge. He was very knowledgeable about Colorado and Federal law pertaining to my case. I was well informed through e-mail, phone calls and face to face throughout all of it. During court appearances Mr Levy was very professional, curtious, ambitious and ready to fight for me. This was a very stressful time as I could have lost my career license if I was charged, not to mention all the additional costs and classes I would have had to take. Mr Levy had a calming presence that was very reassuring. I feel he went above and beyond for the price he charged. He was able to get my Federal charges completely dropped! I had hired Raja to handle my civil suit regarding overtime pay with my ex-employer. He was prompt with his followup, answered all my questions and listened patiently while I at times "vented". Like most who need their services, we came to them during extremely difficult circumstances after a wrongful death, a death that left behind 5 children. Anna and Erica were our champions. I suffered a spine injury as the result of a T-bone car crash, the other driver at fault. We got nothing but gutter-ball offers from her insurance company. What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

I found myself in a terrible situation at my workplace with serious accusations. I knew being a man of color, I was already the underdog in the fight but Diane took my case.
