Consultated with Mike about 5 years ago about being wronged by DCS here in Tucson, AZ. He decided this was a legitimate case of judicial deception and my civil rights were revoked in the actual removal of my child. I believe he did everything he could to get this case settled before going to court and I felt that he truly cared what happened to my child, who cannot speak for himself, and myself. I reached out to David through a referral from a friend. I was flustered since I had previously reached out to a lawyer, regarding my case, and there was very little communication to even begin. When I called David, he immediately gave me feedback on the strength of my case and told me his suggestions. He was extremely professional and ready to jump on the case. If you follow his advice,he wil kepp you out of trouble. IF you don't follow his advice, he will still do a tremendous job cleaning up your mess.
I have gone to 3 differnet companies since I first worked with him. Each company had another frirm representing them before I got there and switched to his firm. They contiued to use him after I left and have expressed there pleasure with his services on numerous occasions.
If you give him a try, you will see a big difference between him and attorney's that you ahve been using.

I want to give my highest recommendations to Attorney Courtney Werning and her paralegal Elizabeth Robertson of the Meyer Wilson law firm. Courtney has represented clients who are victims of investment service company and broker misconduct for 11 years, so she is experienced and knowledgeable; she knows the players and the playbook well.
In my case, nearly the entirety of my retirement savings were used to purchase two inappropriate investments that were definitely not in my best interest (a private equity fund worth virtually nothing now, and an annuity). As a result, I lost a sizeable portion of my retirement savings.
There are means to recover at least a part of your investment losses, which is particularly important if it is retirement savings, but the barriers to recovery can be formidable. If you are to have a chance of recovery, you need an attorney with the knowledge and experience that Courtney has shown.

We would like to take the opportunity to communicate the exceptional care Attorney Maddie Rettig extended to our family, both from a legal standpoint as well as a compassionate one. She saw us through a seemingly impossible situation. My husband had became disabled and his long term disability insurance company had stopped his benefits and we had no idea where to begin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I received a distracted driving citation. I was recommended to this law office by a company that seeks out stellar legal counsel. They set me up with this guy which was a big mistake. The court offered me a deal in which points and fees would be waived for a citation. The citation would still show up on my MVR after it was all said and done though. Since this is not what I wanted considering I am a CDL driver and overall this will looks very bad on my record, I seeked out legal counsel and was given this law office. What a mistake. He took on my case and ended up taking it to a pre-trial and got me the same deal I would have gotten if I went ahead and did this on my own. Worse case as well is that I can’t do anything about it. No lawyer says I can reopen this case, what’s done is done. I have family members who are an involved in law practice and they say that there were injustices in the way that he handled it but the biggest injustice here is that if he knew he couldn’t fight the case he should have never even taken it. He took my money and my emotional energy as well. I felt uncared for throughout the process, I’ve never even spoken to the attorney, only the secretaries. Even after I called multiple times with worries I had, they should have allowed the attorney to speak with me, but instead they gave no offer and I just felt extremely uncared for as an individual. Almost as if I was just a number to them. Not a human being. I sent a long email regarding the entire story of this case, which I was technically supposed to send to the secretaries only, but I found his email and sent it him directly, then carbon copied the secretaries. I told him what I needed for the trial, detailed so much of my concerns, and what I absolutely could not have happen as an outcome of the trial and LITERALLY all I received was an “ok, thank you”. Nothing else. And then he proceeded to take it to trial and get me exactly what I told him I absolutely couldn’t have happen. It makes me sick. I see real law practice within my family, taking DUI calls on Saturday and Sunday morning, telling these worried people how it’s going to be ok and that he’s going to help him take care of it. That’s real hard work and real leadership. Not this circus that took place at Yemc Law Offices.

Very bad attorney. Hired him 8 months before court. First court appearance he tells judge, “I haven’t had time to look over the case can we get another date”. He gets it. Every time I talked to him he would said “we have a good case”, and would never really talk to me about it. He would say, “you don’t question a pilot about flying a plane, well this is my plane”. Fast forward or the weekend before trial. He starts asking me questions that he should have asked months ago. He didn’t know the names of the witnesses we were suppose to use. He didn’t know the witnesses the other side had. Court date comes, right before they start he goes in the back with the judge and the other side. He comes out saying, “we are going to lose. You need to take this deal or you will get double.” How do you goto court with a lawyer that tells you that he can’t win after months of saying how good he is in court and how good the case is. DO NOT TRUST YOUR LIFE TO THIS FRAUD OF A LAWYER.
