Mr. Maldonado help me with a case where a carrier was charging my company a wrongful termination fraud that it did not go through our companies servers or IPs. The carrier threaten our small VoIP business to disconnect their service and leave our subscribers with no service. Mr. Maldonado was very persistent and determined to demonstrate the carrier the fraud was not from our company. After a 6 months of Mr. Maldonado 's meetings with the carrier and difficult negotiations he could prove the fraud was not from our company and the carrier took the fraud out of our account and the risk of loosing our business . I recommend Mr. Maldonado for solving any issues related to Telecommunication services , and I am grateful for his help.

Consulted him, as a friend on a labor matter. He said he would do the case pro-bono. I insisted on paying but he would not accept. Never did a thing. Due to time limitation expired, lost my ability to claim what was due me. No communication. Has not returned files provided to him after numerous requests. If this is the way he treated a friend, I feel sorry for any clients.....

People rely on lawyers and attorneys, usually, at points in their life that they'd rather not talk about. But, that's how it goes. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.

The worst Atterney I could have ever chosen in my life. He left on vacation when my hearing was set. Then sent someone that didn’t have a clue hat was going on with my case. Worst mistake of my life as far as picking an Atterney. Huge mistake. He left when I needed him and paid him for. Then never answered. Huge mistake choosing Manny a Perez. Huge mistake. I happen to be one of those people that have been convicted of something g I did not do because I chose the wrong Atterney. At the end Manny told me I could just switch to another Atterney if I want after he took my money. Horrible experience. Don’t hire this guy. Hey tried to pursue me for additional money after he didn’t show up at my hearing. Horrible experience. I totally made a huge mistake by hiring Many Perez. The worst thing is that my mistake will now follow me for the rest of my life, from something that I am innocent of. He had no interest in my case at all. He left on vacation and ignored me while I stood in court alone. But charged me for that. Again. Huge mistake.

Horrible ! Not once, with over a year fighting an insurance claim from hurricane IAN, did I get to speak with a lawyer (only a receptionist) it feels like there is misconduct malpractice going on ! I reported him to the bar association.. UPDATE** because of my review I also received a letter from HIS firm he will SUE me for defamation.. MY OWN feelings of his poor practice ethics if I do not remove my 1 star review. STAY AWAY, no DECENT business would ever threaten that to someone who just lost there whole home and life with a family.. protect your assets and do research with the Florida bar and check reviews before selecting a law firm!
