If they do not want to represent you, they will not honor the free consultation they have on their website. I called them last week to inquire about the free consultation. A paralegal, Lauren, took my called. She emailed me and told me that the lawyer declined to represent me. I never met with a lawyer or anything at all. I gave them vague details and just wanted THEIR consultation because their website popped up on Google for government liability. I was hoping to hire them.
In the email Lauren sent me, the subject line was Clayton County Sheriff Office, which has nothing to do at all with my inquiry; this leads me to believe they misunderstood my inquiry. So, I replied to her email for clarification.
She never replied back.
I called her to get a better understanding on why they would not do the free consultation and why they declined to represent despite not knowing the details on why representation is needed. She told me they do not handle criminal cases. I REPEATEDLY TOLD HER I AM NOT INQUIRING ABOUT A CRIMINAL CASE!!!! She refused to listen and seemed frustrated. In the end, she said she'll reach back out to the lawyer for more info.
I felt dismissed and emailed her to disregard.

Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

Words can't express the amount of gratitude I have for Mr. Burkhalter. He helped me out when I was at my lowest and passed no judgement. He did everything he said he would do plus more. He stuck it out with me the entire 2½ years it took to resolve the case and not only did he help me avoid 10 years in prison I received probation and some fines. Every lawyer I came across in my time of need was only interested in money the first thing he asked was how am doing then said let's get you out of here not to mention he came and saw me on a Sunday and was already working on my case before he arrived. My bond was denied by my initial judge he was able to get me a bond before I even received the court date for them to tell me if they would give me one again. There were a lot of ways things could have went sour but he always stay on the up and up and kept me a good spirits and I'm forever appreciative for it.

He took my case for a lawsuit for a student loan which was past statue of limitations and put up an excellent defense for me. He was on point for writing up legal correspondence to the courts. After being denied by the big dawgs because my case wasn’t profitable enough to be important to them, this law firm swooped in and was there for me every step of the way at any time of day to answer all questions. They aggressively pursued getting me all the help I needed and were relentless with negotiations getting me the best return possible. With me being active duty they were extremely helpful being able to talk to me at all hours of the night and via email when required. I've never won anything from a radio station and I had been navigating a rough patch in life. One day while Dashing I was listening to Majic and heard that Amy was giving away money for the new year. I'm like could it be a sign? I went ahead and explained what I could do with money like they asked and gave it to God. I was leaving an interview from getting a new job and moments later got the call that I won!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. I'm very thankful for Amy and whenever it's time to get the prize I hope that I can thank you in person.
Well, I was very happy about the prize. But, now I feel like I haven't won anything and that I'm hassling people about something that they said they chose me for. Nobody has contacted me to tell me the next steps. The initial call and the video went well, but, now I'm getting silence. It's been 5 days so I guess I'll just wait. I got really excited because I really did need the money and I just knew that this was from God. I still had to rob Peter to pay Paul. If God is willing hopefully I hear something soon.

I can't say enough good things about The Church Law Firm, LLC. If you're looking for a lawyer who is aggressive to get things done, to being compassionate, treating the client like family and being there for the family of the client, then this is your lawyer.
His paralegal Emily that helps with the initial interview is the sweetest, compassionate person to talk with and allows you all the time you need to talk.
Attorney Church has a great knowledge of the law, he invest a lot of time in his cases, explains everything to your level, always responds to your questions/concerns. As a family member, I feel he went beyond what most lawyers would do. The family is very involved in the clients case and they have questions too that he always is willing to take time to answer. Attorney Church was very compassionate and encouraging when we felt at the bottom and always respond to us also. (Beware) All the reviews are good but thats useless when Sean only showed up to 1 or 2 of my court dates in cherokee county and now a year later and over 20 times in court alone, now i have to find another lawyer to start all over. After paying sean almost $5k ive got nothing to show for it. No evidence no communication no lower plea deal not anything to show. Ill be filing comments to the state bar and hopefully save someone else from this horrible nightmare.

If I could give a 0 I would! Floredia is awful! The motto is everybody is somebody well by me! They wasted months on a time sensitive case that they took to wait months later to deny because I was being forced to seek mandatory additional care, which was not stated previously, I've lost my husband of 22yrs which I told Floredia but she doesn't care! I'm a nobody& my situation is irrelevant! I'm hurt beyond words for the inconsideration & I personally recommend Julian Sanders if you want results respect and a legal time that fights for you!

The days after my DUI left me hopeless and ashamed. The day I chose Mr. Cauble changed that. While being totally professional and knowledgeable, he understood my situation and provided me hope and reassurance. The current pandemic made the logistics difficult but that did not deter Mr. Cauble & his Firm from keeping me informed of the progress of my case and where things stood with the prosecutor. His advise throughout was spot on and by following it, ultimately the charges of DUI and open container were lessened and the fine greatly reduced. Hire Him!!! Jim is very professional, organized and a true fact finder. Now he’s not your therapist(which is for your best benefit), however he works extremely hard even after hours putting together the best presentation possible for your case. Jim helped me put out a very unnecessary fire storm created by my ex. As expected with any custody battle this was a very emotional time for me, however Jim didn’t allow me to feed into my emotions. After a pre- consultation with Mr. Head. He gave me free advice to help assist my Attorney. Upon realizing Mr. Head’s expertise. I decided to release my Attorney and hire him. You will not find a more experienced attorney who will get you the best possible outcome in your case than Bubba Head. A very well respected attorney in Atlanta referred me to him for my personal injury claim resulting from being rear ended in a car accident. My case was complicated and Bubba knew how to navigate through the multiple layers. Ultimately, Bubba wrote a masterful Holt demand letter that included all of the details of the incident and resulted in the company granting our full request. Besides being the most competent attorney you can hire he is the most compassionate attorney you will find. Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

When a member of our immediate family called us from jail, we were completely bewildered and didn't know where to turn. Tom Church gave me my life back! I was convicted of a very serious crime almost four years ago that would have resulted in a lifelong hardship and very little chance of living a normal life of any kind. With little hope, I contacted Mr. Church to see if there was ANYTHING he could do to make my life just a little less painful. Without hesitation, he knew exactly how to handle my situation. Tom quickly wrote up a motion, set a hearing date, and successfully had my original conviction withdrawn and changed to a lesser charge. The new charge allowed me to have first offender, meaning after probation all charges would be expunged and my records sealed. Next, he filed a motion to have my probation sentence terminated early. Tom found a way to have my case heard virtually, even with the COVID restrictions. While in court, Tom knocked it out of the park. His outstanding work and line of questioning quickly convinced the judge to terminate my ten-year probation after serving less than four years. The judge and ADA were so impressed with his professionalism that they took a significant amount of time out of my hearing to personally thank him and even encouraged him to handle more cases in my county! Thanks to Tom I now have a promising future and a CLEAN RECORD. Tom answered every one of my emails promptly and truly cared about my case and my endless questions.
