Asked for time to meet and discuss a job, I agreed, then that time came and went with no call. I have no idea why I gave it another shot after that, but I did. I offered several times I was available over several days. We agreed to a day and time, then a day later I get a message claiming they double booked the time. Wait, what? I would strongly caution if you're trying to do business with this company. The recruiter is the first point of contact and first impressions are absolutely everything. After my mother paid him to represent me, he repeatedly missed court dates of mine, and it caused for the parole board to prolong my stay in prison, because Abdallah wasn’t showing up for the court dates for my case that resulted to my temporary parole violation.

In 2012, while I was incarcerated in prison, I had my family retain this attorney $5,000 to represent me for my criminal cases.
After being retained, this attorney refused to make a visit to the prison to discuss my case.
Furthermore, during a court hearing for my case, this attorney made defense arguments that the judge ruled to be outside the scope of the defense motion because Mr. Abdallah failed to insert those defense arguments in the motion.
Moreover, during examination this attorney failed to object to the question when the prosecutor asked me regarding my past hospitalization where records state I was unresponsive.
Ultimately, my motion was denied by the court.
On appeal, the appellate court found that this attorney failed to strictly comply with his obligations of S.Ct. Rule 604 (d) .

Used him as our real estate lawyer, he didn’t show up a few times, changed times and dates without letting us know ahead of time. Closing should have been months before it was, and didn’t get any money after closing. Dragged it on longer so everyone can make money of the situation except the homeowner.

When i first got in touch with her she said she could get my case resolved with no jail time, the day before my court date she told me i had to take my time or go to trial and lose, also 9 days after me having a daughter. She got me the same plea deal that a public defender was able to get me after i payed her 5000$ and “couldn’t get me anything less” She promised shed never had a client get denied for boot camp then after three months in a receiving center i was denied and my mom had to get in touch with the courts to get the paperwork fixed because a box wasn’t check marked and she didn’t pay enough attention to notice it. After i was supposed to do 120 days in boot camp i ended up doing 9 months all together. She did not answer one call from me the whole time i was incarcerated. She didn't even show me a motion of discovery to show me the evidence the courts had against me. Horrible service, DO NOT RECCOMEND!! I would give 0 stars if possible.

I hired Cheryl Whitley back in 2017. I had 6 counts of aggravated battery with a firearm and was facing up to 30 years in prison at 85%. I was in jail for 6 months and she only came to see me 3 times! She kept telling me if we went to trial I would be found guilty and given the max. My last court date the state had offered me 18 years at 85% and she wanted me to take it but I told her I wasn't and she asked me what would I take and I told her I'm not taking anything! She then asked would I take 15 years if she could talk them down and I told her no and I wanted to go to trial. So both the state and defense announced ready for trial! I called home the next day and found out all charges had been dismissed because they were having trouble locating the victim and witnesses weren't cooperating. She didn't even come to tell me any of this! Instead I had to call home to find this out. It was about 4 other guys in the jail I was being held in that fired her because she wasn't doing anything for them either. She might be good for traffic or misdemeanor cases but if you have a serious felony don't hire Cheryl Whiltey unless you want to go to prison!

Please be careful with the secretary! My father recently contacted this office and he did get his green card through here but the lady tried not once but twice to over charge him my father does not speak very good English and I would go with him I once caught the lady asking for over 500 dollars in a kiss translation from the lawyer the lawyer asked a for a certain number she added the 500 I immediately told my father in front of the lawyer that that was not what he said and corrected the translation then after that, I just thought it might’ve been a mistake from her part. Next thing the lawyer put in the application and we recieved this following letter from the DHS and my father called the lawyer she answered and said he had to pay another 700 because he did not pay everything but my father did! My father did not comply and asked to speak with the lawyer in an appointment! The lawyer verified jhe had paid everything and didn’t have to pay another cent so we left and realized the secretary was at fault at trying to charge my father more reason being we could only assume! Since my father was able to get his green card through here we recommended my grandfather because he wanted to get his citizenship so I would go with him just to be safe! Everything went smooth until right now we have received the same letter my father got saying he didn’t pay the DHS fee but for my grandfather, I’m about to call the office and I’m sure the secretary will again say the same he hasn’t paid everything! We’ll see how this goes and will leave an update!
Only reason I’m posting this is because I’m afraid it could happen to a family that’s not aware of this situation! I’m sure she has gotten a few before or else she wouldn’t try it!
Update: I did not mention this letter at all to the secretary and asked to speak privately with the lawyer and he said the reason we received this letter was due to my grandfather being a senior and having to pay a little less than he normally would, which is valid, but I would still recommend that if you were to receive a similar letter in the mail speak to the lawyer himself instead of letting the secretary know

Hello Ms. Meindock is very hard working and took both mine and my fiance's cases on probono.Ms. Meindock got my fiance out of a world of trouble at no charge to us and really worked very hard on the case as if we paid her good money, which was not the case cause she did it out of the goodness of her heart. Dot got right to work on my case and did everything she could on her part to get my lawsuit settled through GEICO insurance company but unfortunately I did not follow through on my part but GEICO did get back to Dot with an offer. I would email and call about my case but no response until at least a week later . But when time came for payment due I received it all , calls, text and email.
