I am a professional musician and it was brought to my attention by a family member that someone was using an image that was copyrighted by the LLC that my band has established. We promptly contacted Mr. Thompson in regards to this matter. He acted swiftly and decisively and remedied the situation to our mutual satisfaction. The image in question was removed from the webstore that hosted the copyrighted picture and the perpetrators were cautioned to act more appropriately in the future. In the years since Mr. Thompson has proved himself to be a most trusted source of legal advice and expertise and has proven indispensable in the running of my small business.

I hired Ms. Tina Monshipour Foster to provide legal assistance in obtaining interpretive ruling from OFAC. She kept me abreast of every step of the process, provided advice and counsel regarding the content of application to OFAC, was very professional and courteous and provided an expeditious service that resulted in a quick, favorable response from OFAC. To make a long story short, a collaboration with a company to fabricate our design went sour. The collaboration ceased with said company, and our concern as Designers was the protection and confidentiality of our design concept and intellectual property. Michael Ronemus is everything you would want to find in an attorney. patient, knowlegeable, detailed, and caring. Mr. Ronemus represented me in a legal malpractice against my former personal injury attorney who mishandled a class action, product defect action. Mr. Ronemus, through appeals brought this action to a successful conclusion. I felt so comfortable with Mr. Ronemus that he even handled a trademark infringement action for my family and myself even though he did not specialize in such. This action was also brought to a successful conclusion.

Let's face reality-- having to call a criminal lawyer at 3:30AM on the 4th of July because someone got arrested is NO FUN. But, Richard picked up, was on the phone with me the entire holiday weekend, guided me through what is otherwise an awful & traumatic experience with true compassion and concern that no amount of money in the world can buy. I don't want to abuse it, but 7am, same day, at night, he answers. Because when you need an answer you don't want to wait. I've got to say I consider Richard more than our lawyer-- I consider him a friend. And, when facing criminal charges you want someone who actually cares about the outcome for you and your family. His legal expertise is wonderful. The Bail Bondsman referred by someone else knew his reputation and said, "he's amazing." I hope not to need Richard too much in the future. Hell, I wish to never NEED his services, but it's good to know now I do and he's there for me.

My husband and I hired Mrs. Devon Wilt through referral of our good friend who also just experienced her services.
We had a case involving an unjust landlord who did not properly sound proof his ceilings before letting a restaurant move into his unit. We lived directly above the restaurant and heard bass from their opening hours until end hours-for five months.
The landlord could not fix the issue and instead turned his problem on us by ending our four year lease to our home overnight. She was able to justify our case on our behalf and save us the monies the landlord he was trying to wrongfully withhold.
If it were not for Mrs. Wilt there is no way we would have received the large amount he owed us (that was ours to begin with) for the unexpected move.
Due to hiring her, he expensed $1,800 for the issue he never corrected, let us break our lease earlier, and returned our last month rent as well as security, $4,400 (all in which he had 0 intention of doing if it were not for her).
I was so stressed beyond belief and she took the burden off our shoulders and handled the situation completely with such high professionalism and care.
Beyond highly recommend.

Ms. Wilt is an excellent attorney. She is attentive during case proceedings. Answers all questions in a timely manner. She tells me exactly what is going on all the time. What is good with Ms.Wilt she helps with an umbrella of services. I had several issues I needed resolved and she's able to assist with all of them. I switch to her from another "top" attorney that didn't file any papers ,didn't answer any questions,gave no good advice. Devon was able to tell me exactly the proceedings and what needs to be done.
