My case was a bogus stop by NY state trooper which stated that I had left my lane and crossed over the dashed lines without signaling when in fact I stood in my lane straight as an arrow, the police failed to bring about the video evidence of this stop in the court filings. Mr Fisher, during covid and while I was in crutches with a broken fibula was able to get this case dismissed with a $200 court fee after the judge ruled. I thank Mr. Fisher for his communication, his sharpness and his professionalism on this case. I recommend him a million times if you have the money to get a top notch lawyer!

Watching so many of William Mattar’s funny commercials, I never thought I’d be needing the assistance of his office. My son made the call for me as I lay in the trauma unit at Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital after a car crash close to my home on Christmas morning 2023. I had a difficult time communicating with Tracey. Specifically, I asked her to "clarify" why the final bill was more than "twice" the estimate she gave. Her response was "I will put down my pen" if you do not pay. No clarification. In fact her response is against the code of ethics for the New York Bar which advocates resolving disputes "amicably". Tracey was not resolving disputes "amicably" in this instance. In fact, she is often less than "amicable", and unprofessional, if she feels challenged.
As well, her office "makes mistakes". For example, I have the same documents notarized "twice" because they "expired". The reason they "expired" is because we were missing a Certificate of Death. I expect Tracey to be on top of required documentation and not come up "short" the last minute.
Bottom line, the transaction took six months because of Tracey's lack of attention to details (such as the missing Certificate of Death). To rub salt on the wound, she charged more than twice the estimate because it took "so long" to close.
Do not recommend.

Sean O Hara has no business in law, came off nice, seemingly, except he contradicted himself several times. Claiming he never heard from the company, but knew where they sent my w-2…Did nothing for nine months and when I gave him crucial information he tried to get money, completely unaware that I had another attorney related to this case. His terrible work caused me to go through their employees and that’s a no for me dog, all white men. Fired and replaced. Don’t waste your time, not my first rodeo, but apparently his. Mind you the case was easy, pictures, text messages and he blew it, lazy, lazy, lazy. Easily the most important client you’ll ever have too.

In September of 2024 I was arrested in NC after living there for 3 years by US Marshals being accused of a shooting that happened in New York in January of the same year. Being ridiculously obvious that I was not the suspect of the case John and his team including his assistant Gina not only poked the largest holes possible through their ridiculous case they obtained all the evidence to prove that I was over 800 miles away when the incident happened. They were very caring and curtious along the way to the point of not being angry at me when I was angry at the state of NY. I would absolutely recommend John Loturco to anybody facing a criminal matter most especially someone who is legitimately innocent, John has and will go far beyond what any other lawyer I have ever met will to win the case for his client.
