Me and my husband are very happy with our decision hiring Jeffrey as our lawyer.
We had to deal with seller's non-disclosures and we didn't really know where to start. At first we had a consultation with different lawyer, who charged us 150$ for a 30 minutes talk, was very unprofessional and left us with more questions than we had before. After that we decided to get a free consultation with Jeffrey, and were so pleased that he spent over an hour with us and was able to explain everything in details, answered all of our questions and suggested the directions we should be taking to solve this case. So we had no doubts that he is the right person for our case.

I tried to retain Marta as my attorney in my divorce. I was unable to as my former husband visited several attorneys in the area so I would not be able to have them represent me.
I was able to retain Marta for what all that was not settled with the divorce including child support.
My former husband was very dishonest through the entire divorce process and child support. Marta was the one who brought years of dishonesty to light! Krebs vs. Krebs, that rewarded me thousands of dollars in arrears money and the maximum I could receive in alimony!

For someone who is from a foreign country and was in a domestic violence marriage living in a shelter for months… It was very important to trust in someone again. A friend who knows my soon to be ex husband and me recommended me Martha . I don’t regret working with her. This has been a very difficult time for me dealing with traumas and healing from my concussion. Martha has always advised me the best. She is very professional and smart. I am embarrassed that she has to deal with my soon to be ex husband because he lacks empathy and is very controlling and can be very scary and rude sometimes. I was scared of him when I saw the type of divorce he filed a fault divorce lying, but Martha is not scared of anyone and has always treated everyone with respect but always fighting for my rights . My husband passed away cutting my income into half & I was unable to pay my credit card bill. They were suing me for over $3200. I contacted Tadross Law. George was great. Angela took such good care of us. She worked with my wife and me through the adoption of our second child. Before I consulted Mr. Kolman, I did not believe that there was any recourse for my labor dispute situation. I had already spoken informally to a family friend who is an attorney and was told that there was nothing I could do. Having just moved to the area with my wife, I suddenly found myself without income or allies. My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. January 4th to February 5th is how long my boyfriend was in jail. One month, that's it! The bureaucracy thought they could try to take away my 2nd amendment rights because of some bogus charges brought against me due to local police trying to save themselves from embarrassment. Joshua was able to author a very specific and detailed letter to the state police that got my firearm rights restored. As far as I'm concerned there are no other 2A rights lawyers in the state that compare to Joshua and his staff. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me begin by saying that I had consulted previously with a place I found from googling "top sexual harassment lawyers" that told me I had no case (too bad for them!!). I thought I would give it another shot (believing I truly had a good case), and found Ginger here on Avvo. She gave me such a sense of relief after our first point of contact. Not only did she explain all of my options, including but not limited to the ones where she felt I could rectify my situation without a lawyer, but she did so unbiasedly. I never felt that she was trying to push me in one way or the other, and she made sure I had adequate time to think about any of my steps moving forward. After deciding on pursuing my case, she set up a two hour zoom meeting where she heard every aspect of my story. I never once felt judged, or belittled. I could tell she was thorough in asking me the types of questions in order to get information I wouldn't have even though of mentioning prior. The compilation of events was put together in an extremely professional well-written letter to the harasser. Throughout the time of negotiations, Ginger was always prompt to fill me in with any news, answer any questions I had, and always gave her honest opinion on given situations. Long story short, in about 4-5 months we reached a mutually satisfactory outcome. I could not be happier with her effectiveness and professionalism. I was charged with stealing a cell phone, the phone took a picture of me! The person then filed a case! However, the police didn't investigate, they just automatically filed charges! Mr. Spade presented all my evidencecas a landlord being retaliated against from an ex tenant! The DA withdrew all charges in 12 sec in the courtroom! The false accuser is now in prison!! Lampman Law did a great job with our case (possession of paraphernalia & driving on a suspended license). I cannot say enough about Attorney Leonard Gryskewicz, Jr. & his legal assistant, Carmen Santiago! Carmen kept us well informed, via text, and was always very quick with her responses. Atty. Gryskewicz, Jr. answered all of our questions about the process (it was all brand new to us) and made us feel confident in our case.
When our case was continued in November due to a family emergency of the charging officer, Carmen called the court in April asking for a new court date because no one from the Commonwealth had even attempted to place our case back on the docket, so that we could promptly address this matter. We were told exactly what information we needed to bring along to court to show that the license suspension was a clerical error. Being quite nervous about this entire situation, because it was something we had never been through before (and won’t be going through ever again), Atty Gryskewicz was very patient in explaining each step of the case, the potential outcomes, and the best case scenario. He did so without demeaning our lack of knowledge for the legal system while being empathetic to our situation & this case.
