I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Mike Zicolello is one of the most professional and competent attorney's I've ever met. Mike works very hard all hours of the day and night including weekends to assure that his clients are well represented. After being wronged by a government agency you feel very vulnerable and as we all know government officials often push people around and overstep their boundaries but what can the average joe due to defend themselves. You can hire Zicolello because if you were wronged, he will make it right. Mike was extremely responsive, supportive, hard working, always made me feel like I was his only client and set the wrongs right with a six figure settlement in just over a year from the filing date. Mike also has a solid team of professionals that work with him. Including Kyle Rude, who is an outstanding hard working attorney. Everyone from the front desk to the law firms owner were professional, polite and willing to help in any way. Then he assisted us in selling our house. I worked with Goldsmith & Ogrodowski, LLC. for a few years. Even after a few years, I had to go check and make sure I had the name of their Law Firm correct. I know them by their first names, Fred, Rich and Heather. My 5 year nightmare started while working on a towboat as a deckhand, I was severely injured. After surgery and about 6 months, I tried going back to work. I didn't like where things were headed. I just wasn't able to do the same work as before. I still had so many issues. At the time, I had never had to call an attorney. I didn't know which way to go. It took a lot of time and thought before I finally made that decision. I now know that it was the right decision. My case was very complicated and took many years. Fred was my attorney, He worked tirelessly on my case. It felt as if I was his only client. It also felt like I was a part of his family.
They even treated my fiancée and kids like family.
I've had Fred call me at 8-9 p.m. and he was still working on my case. I could call or text any time with questions or concerns and he always responded quickly. It was never an issue. The amount of experience in this firm is amazing. Fred and Rich are the best at what they do. Very knowledgeable. This injury changed my life, forever. Fred understood that. I had hundreds of doctors appointments, a couple thousands pages of medical records. Fred knew every single detail. Fred and co. helped my mother first, then my brother and I as co-executors, hold a large company responsible for damages to our family-built riverside property. Fred extended absolute professionalism in all endeavors relating to our situation. He was attentive, prompt and most of all, completely competent in every action executed. Me and my husband are very happy with our decision hiring Jeffrey as our lawyer.
We had to deal with seller's non-disclosures and we didn't really know where to start. At first we had a consultation with different lawyer, who charged us 150$ for a 30 minutes talk, was very unprofessional and left us with more questions than we had before. After that we decided to get a free consultation with Jeffrey, and were so pleased that he spent over an hour with us and was able to explain everything in details, answered all of our questions and suggested the directions we should be taking to solve this case. I tried to retain Marta as my attorney in my divorce. I was unable to as my former husband visited several attorneys in the area so I would not be able to have them represent me.
I was able to retain Marta for what all that was not settled with the divorce including child support.
My former husband was very dishonest through the entire divorce process and child support. Marta was the one who brought years of dishonesty to light! Krebs vs. Krebs, that rewarded me thousands of dollars in arrears money and the maximum I could receive in alimony!

For someone who is from a foreign country and was in a domestic violence marriage living in a shelter for months… It was very important to trust in someone again. A friend who knows my soon to be ex husband and me recommended me Martha . I don’t regret working with her. This has been a very difficult time for me dealing with traumas and healing from my concussion. Martha has always advised me the best. She is very professional and smart. I am embarrassed that she has to deal with my soon to be ex husband because he lacks empathy and is very controlling and can be very scary and rude sometimes. I was lucky enough to get Guy to represent me in a Complicated MVA. I have had other attorney’s. Guy could run circles around them. If you can hire this firm I highly suggest it! January 4th to February 5th is how long my boyfriend was in jail. One month, that's it! The bureaucracy thought they could try to take away my 2nd amendment rights because of some bogus charges brought against me due to local police trying to save themselves from embarrassment. Joshua was able to author a very specific and detailed letter to the state police that got my firearm rights restored. As far as I'm concerned there are no other 2A rights lawyers in the state that compare to Joshua and his staff. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was dumbfounded how quick and easy it was to make an appointment as well; other lawyers I called didn't even answer nor return my call after leaving a voicemail. I only wish we had lawyers with as much experience and proficiency on my side of the state.

I was charged with stealing a cell phone, the phone took a picture of me! The person then filed a case! However, the police didn't investigate, they just automatically filed charges! Mr. Spade presented all my evidencecas a landlord being retaliated against from an ex tenant! The DA withdrew all charges in 12 sec in the courtroom! The false accuser is now in prison!! He is not only a good lawyer, but after 11 years of knowing him, i consider him a friend!!

I am ending a legal issue in which Mr. Spade represented me. He was quick to meet with me to review my case. Within a very short time he contacted me to explain the situation and what he could accomplish. This issue could have been career damaging and Mr Spade had the case withdrawn and expunged. Lisa Matukaitis operates a small, highly-focused law firm specializing in employment law and civil rights. She provided excellent service for me during a case involving sex discrimination and disability discrimination. Her expertise is extensive but she offers detailed personal attention. Lisa provided us with excellent legal representation and helped us win our case against a large public employer. We didn't have the cash on hand to retain her services, so she kindly allowed us to pay on a contingency basis, where we would only have to pay her in full once the case was won. Lisa always kept us updated and answered our questions in a very timely manner, and she was a strong and confident advocate. She took on 7 corporate big-shot lawyers and beat them hands down, so effectively that they settled out of court at our very first meeting! I could not have asked for a better attorney then Attorney Matukaitis. I had a contract and was discharged prior to my contract expiring. Attorney Matukaitis helped me understand my rights and what could be done. Lampman Law did a great job with our case (possession of paraphernalia & driving on a suspended license). I cannot say enough about Attorney Leonard Gryskewicz, Jr. & his legal assistant, Carmen Santiago! Carmen kept us well informed, via text, and was always very quick with her responses. Atty. Gryskewicz, Jr. answered all of our questions about the process (it was all brand new to us) and made us feel confident in our case.
When our case was continued in November due to a family emergency of the charging officer, Carmen called the court in April asking for a new court date because no one from the Commonwealth had even attempted to place our case back on the docket, so that we could promptly address this matter. We were told exactly what information we needed to bring along to court to show that the license suspension was a clerical error. Being quite nervous about this entire situation, because it was something we had never been through before (and won’t be going through ever again), Atty Gryskewicz was very patient in explaining each step of the case, the potential outcomes, and the best case scenario. He did so without demeaning our lack of knowledge for the legal system while being empathetic to our situation & this case.
Thankfully, on the day of the preliminary hearing, everything was dismissed by the Commonwealth. However, having Lampman Law representing us gave us the peace of mind that we would have gotten the best possible outcome, had our case not been dismissed entirely.
Lastly, I truly appreciated knowing upfront what each step of our representation would cost should we have needed to go beyond the preliminary hearing. The fees charged were entirely manageable and not exorbitant by any stretch of the situation.

I was badly injured and hospitalized two years ago, which shortly after leaving the military (12 years of active duty). Jim Swetz represented me in a high profile, complex, and convoluted case that spanned several years. Jim Swetz was recommended to our family when my brother was killed by a drunk driver almost 5 years ago. He has had nothing but our family's best interest in heart since the beginning.
