Gartmen legal has been incredibly helpful and hardworking from the very beginning, and kind to the very end. Incredibly professional, personal, and just all around awesome. In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

The death of my mother was very hard in many ways, but the loss of my stepfather/ Dad of 30yrs was devastating to say the least. I truly thought nothing could be worse. Then my step siblings and his ex-wife decided to try to make me and my nephew into thief's and horrible people.
I never would have believed that the court's would have allowed this whole thing to go as far as it did. Allegations and blatant lies, not proof, but it did.
If it hadn't been for Davis and Doug I honestly think they might have gotten away with it, since I'm a step daughter, FYI: Stepdaughter I found to be something of a "bad thing" automatically.
Thank you for listening and fighting for us. Thank you for not allowing my dad to be misrepresented as well, even though that was a byproduct, I know he would be thankful as well.

I was thankful enough to have the pleasure of being able to sit down and meet with stephen benedetto after being assaulted at a club in old town Scottsdale and being unlawfully arrested while sustaining broken bones. I was very upset at what had transpired and knew i was in for a battle going up against a multi million dollar club. Lynn came highly recommended to me by a priest in the Traditional Catholic Faith. I had medical power of attorney for a gentleman who was in need of receiving the last sacraments of his church. He was not dying at the time. The hospital had a terrible policy in which they would not allow your clergy in unless a person was actively dying. Lynn was able to send letters to the appropriate hospital administration personnel. In doing so, she was able get the hospital to allow the patient's priest to give him the sacraments. She also was instrumental in assisting with the Palliative Care Department which had an issue/misunderstanding in what was appropriate care for this person and how it was being handled.
She is exceedingly kind, caring and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable when assisting her client's needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good lawyer.
