Tracy and Joelle by far is the best team! Have been in my crazy battle for 4 years now, with my previous lawyer he did an okay job, but after hiring Tracy and her team, I am finally making progress. Arja was aggressive with my case and I am so pleased with the outcome! I was charged with a hit and run extreme DUI. Arja was able to get me 4 days house arrest, 1 day of jail, Interlock, $1,500 in fines and two classes. Mind you I have priors and I've been to prison once before and that was my biggest fear was going back and losing my job. This is the best outcome that could have possibly happened because of Arja and her team. Lizette was always very knowledgeable and informative and always responded to my many questions. Without them I probably would be back in prison or serving time in jail. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and fighting for my case.

My family retains strong moral values, tempered with traditional family beliefs. Where a man is only as good as his word.
Knowing nothing in this world is free. If you want it you earn it.
I fell short of the grace of god so I thought. Last year 2023 I faced my first legal trouble to date. I searched online for a replicable legal council. Endless hours to find what appeared to be a plausible representative of the courts.
This registered state bar attorney reviews were all good. To know avail the deception that followed. Before retaining this attorneys services his sales pitch much like a used car salesman was impeccable. He claimed to be a formal state prosecutor. He described a few high profile cases he was involved with, he shared pictures of him and an institutionalized client of his that killed family. Im not sure why anyone would want to associate with anyone that killed his family but this Attorney was bragging as if he was proud to know this man.
This attorney charged me $500 an hour, I paid him $40,000 in monthly payments. From the time of payment. his first court room analogy (defense) metaphorically orchestrated "young bull and a old bull was on top of a hill looking down through the meadow, young bull said to old bull, lets run down their and screw a cow, the old bull said no lets walk down and screw them all" Jason said this implying he will walk all over them in trial, and that his strategy will be to let the state lay their cards down then he will walk all over them so its not a back and forth battle. Well little did I know is this was just a plot for him to make himself appear as if he was working on my case while I was making payments towards the $40,000. The only thing Jason did in court was continuances until he was paid. Once Jason Lamm was paid he completely went 180.
Then this attorney manuscripts a three page essay on why I should take a plea for 3.5-7 years in prison, when it was just a month prior before that, BEFORE Jason was paid. Jason said and I quote "They just expect you lay down and take this plea (scoffs), we are running out of resources though so you need to finish your payments" In this three page essay Jason wrote to me he described everything I did wrong as if he was the prosecutor for the state and not my lawyer that already knew the facts of my case. I explained everything I told the police, he my attorney used that against me, contacted my victim and sided with the victim and prosecution.
My attorney met me and said "I was to say I was in fear of my life" when I discharged the gun. This statement was all prior to the $40,000 payment. Once paid he blatantly said I think you acted out of anger. My attorney only spoke to the district attorney inviting her to a brunch (coffee date) the District Attorney declined the "coffee date" Jason then said the response was "if you want to talk we can talk through email, thank you."
This so called Defense Attorney rolled his eyes conveying the message to me. With no conscience, to no avail he affords no plausible resolution.
This real life synopsis of Ineffective assistance of council State Bar Attorney Jason Lamm is under Judiciary review (probation for State Bar Attorneys) he conveys professional representation. Jason Lamm has violated his very own oath, his commission to the great people of this land, he has fabricated a painted picture (metaphorically) giving you hope all while his ploy, his character intent was money motivated.
Mr Jason Lamm, acted outside his official capacity labeled, registered as a state m bar attorney. The difference between my character and intent and Mr Jason Lamm is integrity. On my word I shaked his hand agree to the service cost and fees.
Mr Jason Lamm did not live up to his word or his oath of office and commission to the great people of this land.

I was thankful enough to have the pleasure of being able to sit down and meet with stephen benedetto after being assaulted at a club in old town Scottsdale and being unlawfully arrested while sustaining broken bones. I was very upset at what had transpired and knew i was in for a battle going up against a multi million dollar club. My first impression of stephen was that he was kind and trust worthy i also noticed very quickly how knowledgeable he was at his job and the laws specifically in connection with my case. He fought day in and day out for close to a year to make sure i was taken care of in a way i would feel best with not just to put some money into his firms pocket i am and always will be grateful for everything he did for me and not only consider him a great lawyer but an even better friend. Lynn came highly recommended to me by a priest in the Traditional Catholic Faith. I had medical power of attorney for a gentleman who was in need of receiving the last sacraments of his church. He was not dying at the time. The hospital had a terrible policy in which they would not allow your clergy in unless a person was actively dying. Lynn was able to send letters to the appropriate hospital administration personnel. In doing so, she was able get the hospital to allow the patient's priest to give him the sacraments. She also was instrumental in assisting with the Palliative Care Department which had an issue/misunderstanding in what was appropriate care for this person and how it was being handled.
She is exceedingly kind, caring and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable when assisting her client's needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

My experience was awful with this law group I could never get ahold of my so called attorney Gabriel Anderson and when I did it was like a brush off answer. It took a year for them to settle my case and I was told I would make more money than them that turned out to be false out of a 18500. Settlement I ended up with only 7000. I was told that they had to send my Settlement to there finance company for review and that was another charge. And yes they still have some money that belongs to me now I'm being told they need a letter from my medical insurance company they also had other charges that the insurance company should have been responsible for but told me I had to pay, and they never paid off my car either leaving me with a 5k bill on that I could go on and on but all I can say is stay away from this law group, and Brandi Raffi were do you get these attorneys or are you telling them to keep more money than the clients. You can call me anytime with your answers I want the money that is still due to me.
