Attorney Thomasian provided an exceptionally smooth experience. I reached out to him as soon as I could which unfortunately for me was not a weekday during normal business hours. To my surorise though, he was able to reach back out to me and listen to my problem. He let me get as much off my chest as I wanted. The man really listened. (I apologized a few times when I had realized how long I had been talking but he had no problem at all with it.)
He told me calmly and confidently what he would be able to do for me should I retain him to represent me. At various stages of the process he continued to calmly and confidently reaffirm what he would be able to do for me. Being treated like a member of humanity really helps people hold it together when they are going through tribulations. I felt that Attorney Thomasian was gifted in such a personality trait.
The outcome of the services provided reinforced what he had been telling me from the very beginning and I thank the Lord for helping me find Attorney Thomasian.

Ms. Saideman represented both of my high functioning Autistic sons' in their individual SSI cases. This is after, other, bigger, law firms turned us down. She worked tirelessly to help them through their cases. My wife and I were very pleased with her efforts throughout this experience. She patiently answered our questions, set expectations, and addressed our fears as well as each of the boy's. In each case I was very impressed with her competence in the courtroom as she methodically addressed the expert testimony and the judge's questions. My Son and and I met Ellen Saideman due to a Plan drawn up at his high school, by his Teacher and the school Therapist. This Plan stated that due to my Autistic Sons' stress level and social anxieties, that he be limited in attending class functions such as field trips, and outings where he could be taught to interact in social situations. This Plan excluded him from such activities by denying him to go on all day activities outside of the school, by suggesting that he remain at home on said day or if it was raining or snowing, he was not to attend school on those days, as he had anxiety on those days. As we know, this drawn up an between Teacher and Therapist was unacceptable and unlawful. Attorney Saideman assured this school and it's faculty that it was indeed against the law and against Special Needs groups to have such a Plan in place.
Attorney Saideman, my Son, certain members of school faculty and myself, sat down to a meeting of what was and was not acceptable and all that it entailed in this situation and all was resolved.
Ellen Saideman was also instrumental in taking the time to get to know my Son by reading all school records and by including him in our meetings.
We were both appreciative in the assistance and guidance that was offered us by Ellen. She is very knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to the needs of those who cannot speak for themselves.
I would without hesitation, recommend Ellen Saideman in her representation of others in need of her services.

I have said this once and will say it again. This is the best law firm in the state. Have a felony case? Hire their attorneys, they have your best interest in heart. Esp Lauren Iannelli , have a domestic case? Hire Al Georgio. No matter who you choose you will always be satisfied. Lauren has a heart of gold and Al Georgio will not back down and speak the truth. I hate law at all costs never thought I would have needed them, but 3 attorney cases in 2024, all handled by Lauren or Al. The desk clerk is interesting to say the least! But he knows my name now! Client for life, and I cannot thank them enough.

I had a long standing issue with unemployment here in RI and my back was really against the wall and nary a hand from anyone due to the deluge of UE cases the state is handling. I finally resorted to contacting an attorney. I was at my wit's end and dispirited as was my wife. Worried indeed. I mention my circumstances to him but even then I'm doubting anything will do it but a full on lawsuit. Well he listened, giving me all the room I needed to explain, grief included. He never cut me off! Then with the calm of a skilled professional he mentioned a few points to consider and as much some solutions that may be available. He told me he'd look into it and thanked for his time awaiting a call later on. Folks, he fully resolved this. I don't know what, how or whichever but there I was an hour later having this problem ironed out with another person on the phone correcting the log jam that to that point was immovable. Now, flashback to just prior to my call to Sinapi and the other attorneys I had called first. Apparently I am supposed to wait until tomorrow for call back. Who's got time for that. Attorney Richard Sinapi slam dunked it and moreover really LISTENED to my circumstances before acting. I knew he understood me. Oh the other attorneys and their tomorrow call backs? Now I can laugh at that notion. I found my lawyer. And it's simple, the guy just gives a damn and he's easily accessible. Thanks so much Rich!

I wish I found this law firm before I used the one that I did. Mr Lefefvre reviewed my case afterwards and not only gave me all the time it would take to explain the pain staking review of my prior case, but only 10 minutes into the conversation I knew he and his firm is whom I wish I had. I had 2 attorneys basically working on my case and the details and errors, Mr Lefebvre pointed out to me that my attorneys missed or never thought of was disheartening. Mr Lefebvres knowledge and ability to explain things to you piece by piece, helps you understand the entire process. You feel COMFORTABLE instantly and that alone helps with the process. I’ve hired Attorney Verri a couple of times from auto accidents ~ I was Hit twice, on the drivers side, different times of course and he gave me suggestions of physical therapy doctors which helped a lot. Attorney Thomasian provided an exceptionally smooth experience. I reached out to him as soon as I could which unfortunately for me was not a weekday during normal business hours. To my surorise though, he was able to reach back out to me and listen to my problem. He let me get as much off my chest as I wanted. The man really listened. (I apologized a few times when I had realized how long I had been talking but he had no problem at all with it.)
He told me calmly and confidently what he would be able to do for me should I retain him to represent me. At various stages of the process he continued to calmly and confidently reaffirm what he would be able to do for me. Being treated like a member of humanity really helps people hold it together when they are going through tribulations. I felt that Attorney Thomasian was gifted in such a personality trait.
