Honestly, the best lawyer, I’ve had the experience of working with, & I’ve had quite a few! Very professional always there for you 100%, answers the phone unless he’s in court. Probably should have billed me for a therapist fee because while I was going through my tribulations he was always there for me to talk to, and vent to! Even came by my mom‘s house to meet my family and just check on me face-to-face, Not only is he a great lawyer he’s a great person with a great heart, Rare nowadays to find a lawyer with such passion about what he does and for his clients! Recommend 10 out of 10! Best lawyer in the state of Florida my personal opinion! Forever will feel indebted to him for helping me and seeing me through my court case. Thank you so much Jona!

atrick is an amazing attorney. He took on my husbands case. He managed to get a 20 year sentence down to really no jail time at all. He fought for us when no one else would. I would recommend him, if you want an honest guy he's your guy. Me and the kids thank you Mr. Leduc for everything you are doing for my family. Did not crumble under pressure by MSPB Judge or the Office of Personnel Management attorney’s. He was cool, calm and knowledgeable as he presented my case flawlessly to MSPB board. OPM attorney’s attempted to deny me of my retirement benefits which I worked so hard to achieve, but thanks to Mr . Maharaj’s knowledge and experience they were not successful. Erin Hardister is without a doubt, the brightest attorney out there. Because of her, My Boys will now have the opportunity to go to college. A simple "Thank you" to her in no way would suffice. She is VERY bright, and I Thank God that she's not like other attorneys out there who're just out to get a big lump sum of money and put no effort into it. She is not a 9 to 5'er like most that have represented me in this case that's dragged on for more than 7 years, and I've had some with more than 20 years under their belt, but that means nothing if you're scared to rebut the state and stand up and actually talk to the judge, versus being a scared puppet. I mean, what attorney would send you an email at 10:00pm, OR be willing to take your phone call? This case started in May of 2012. I've had several attorneys. I hired her mid April of 2019, and YESTERDAY, May 1st, she did what all those other attorneys didn't and couldn't do. My Boys are My Absolute EVERYTHING, and because of her, they now will have the Opportunity to go to college. I have no doubt that regardless of whether it was Family Law or Criminal Law, Erin would be on her game......I can truly see her one day being a judge, and a fair one at that, but I'd hope that she'd stay as an attorney so the smart ones that hire her can actually get the help and JUSTICE that they (and their kids if they are in a Family Law Case) deserve!!! In just a couple weeks she did what 3 others couldn't do in 7 years!!! God Blessed My Boys and I with finding and hiring her!! I mean He truly BLESSED My Boys and I cause as previously stated, she's not a 9 to 5'er........she's all in looking to and hitting home runs!!! My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. I would recommend him to any individual or business. He possesses a vast knowledge base and experience level in many different areas of the law.

One of the laziest law firms I've worked with. We are full time real estate investors. We use lawyers for probates, foreclosure help, guardianship, divorces, etc. I worked with RTR on two unimpressive closings in the past but they got the job done. I referred them a case for one family that required a guardianship and TWO probates. After months of not moving a case forward in the slightest, yet assuring us it would be closed very quickly, the lawyer handling our case has been unable to reply leading up to his long European vacation. Surprisingly, during his vacation no other lawyer in the firm handles that type of case so no one can give us an update or tell us if he's even filed the first documents. No one can process us a refund because they say he'll want to speak with us first. Oh and the kicker was "In his defense, he doesn't even have an assistant. he does it all himself". Crazy that a firm of this size cannot hire this man an assistant. Still hopeful I'll get a refund and be able to take this case to another lawyer.

First and foremost I want to say Mr. Wardell went above and beyond for me. Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns! I highly recommend this man without a doubt 10/10!! Thanks again Mr Wardell!!

Was referred by another vet but for some reason I was refused as a client and never given a reason why then received a letter from the VA with this firm identified as my attorney and when I contacted them they were extremely avoiding and sent me out a nice nasty letter stating that they didn't represent me as they had told me previously but nothing about how the VA got them on my case as the attorney representative on file.
