I used Kevin back in 2004 for an accident case out of Sarasota County. The trial in case took quite a while but that’s expected. Kevin was absolutely amazing and did an in-depth thorough job. He kept me updated all along the way and it all paid off in the end, literally, I highly recommend Kevin Woods for any type of Cases that he practices. I really don’t think you could find a better attorney anywhere around in Southwest Florida, including Morgan and Morgan. Yet again the legal eagle prevails. I was forced into an unfortunate situation having to defend myself violently in my own home. Subsequently I was arrested for domestic battery against a male assailant. After Mr. Hajaistorn negotiated my Hasty release the legal team went to work. I didn't have the displeasure of hiring Mr Mclymont, I actually went with a firm with a little more experience. From what I witnessed he had a very hard time maintaining relevance and reached to the point where he totally lost it for himself and his client. He also seems as if he doesn't move his lips when he talks which distorts alot of the questions he asks. I would think twice before hiring this guy for defense in a case that involves family law and would strongly consider a more experienced firm. Jeremy has shown why 2 years practicing law is just not enough to gamble your chances at timeshare or anything closely related. Better luck next time..

Mr. Rhoton came to us after a major loss on a case that should have never happened. I looked into alot of lawyers for my daughter’s case. Most of them said nothing could be done or tried to charge huge amounts of money to take the case. I spoke with Loren Rhoton because the women at my daughter’s prison said that he is the best post conviction lawyer in Florida. I talked to Loren Rhoton and he really knew his stuff. His fees weren’t cheap, but I guess that’s okay because I wasn’t looking to save money, I was looking to save my daughter. Mr. Rhoton was aggressive in court and was eventually able to negotiate a better sentence for my daughter. I hope I never have to speak with an attorney again, but if I do, I will be calling Mr. Rhoton.

I wish I could give him a zero! I needed someone to help me with a severe case of harassment from a very large company and thought Mr. Howard could help. I called his office over 10 times I actually lost count. At the very least I should have gotten a call back. Take my case not take my case it doesn't matter. Mr. Howard please have the decency to simply return my call. He is the opposite of professional. I've unfortunately needed serval attorneys in my life. I've never experienced anything even close to this!

This will be my first and most likely last review I will ever make online. I never even check reviews but I decided it would serve the world a favor by taking my time to write this message. Mr. Hayes is the WORST lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He is an angry fellow with very poor social skills. I hired him for a case and terminated him shortly after hire since he was doing a terrible job. His knowledge about law is poor and the only time Mr. Hayes would call me was to collect an advanced payment. Before you even consider hiring him please just google search and do some research on this attorney. He once had to be subdued in the courtroom by a taser gun after he assaulted a deputy when he was on a losing end of a case. He has no professional skills and I am confused on why he still possesses a license to practice. He will take as much money as he can from you, making you sign a contract which guarantees a large payment even if only proves he worked for just one hour on your case.
