SaraEllen Hutchinson is an excellent lawyer in consumer protection. I was trying to handle a problem myself with one of the credit reporting agencies. It was going on for 7 months, and not only was I getting nowhere, it was actually getting worse. I was scared, angry, and completely locked out of my credit report, while ID thieves were in. I called SaraEllen's office on a Friday at 5:00 pm. She emailed me the same evening, and by Monday morning she was handling my case. She has a strong working relationship with other lawyers, and within 2 months she had everything corrected. She represented me and handled everything with professionalism, and her knowledge of the credit protection laws. Dan is the Man (as an Attorney)! Plain and simple. I had two city charges (DV and Resisting Arrest) against me that was ongoing with another defense Attorney. The prosecution was absolutely stagnant for nearly 2 years, and I did not believe our initial Attorney was a good fit anymore to get the job done. A family member recommended Dan Fiorito instead. I switched to Dan mid-prosecution. He took over and shortly thereafter got the DV charge officially dismissed. I then took the Resisting Arrest charge to trial and Dan won my case after a full 3-day trial. His courtroom skill was levels above that of the City Prosecutor. The Jury unanimously acquitted me, believing in Dan's convincing arguments over our opposition. I plan to seek Dan's help in pursuing a Civil action against the city as well. To say Dan was the right choice as my Attorney is an understatement. He was the perfect choice. His demeanour is caring, professional, and very pragmatic. My family and I highly recommend anyone choosing Dan as their Attorney for both Criminal and Civil matters. You will feel like you have the best representation in a crowded courtroom. I did!

In our situation Katie assisted with a very complex employment discrimination matter with a lot of moving parts. While driving south on I-5 in Tacoma, an underinsured motorist sideswiped a dump-truck causing it to spin around and go north in the southbound lanes and hitting us head-on. We were crushed between the spinning dump-truck, the car that caused the accident and the car that rear-ended us. We hired Schroeter Goldmark & Bender to represent us. The insurance carrier for the underinsured motorist paid us the limits under their policy. Our own insurance company basically made an offer of zero to cover life-altering and permanent injuries. Our team at SGB of Sergio Garcidueñas-Sease, Lindsay Halm, Adam Berger and Alder Burgess took over for us. One of the most important things they did was to shield us from the stone-walling, delaying tactics of our own insurance company to whom we had paid premiums for more than 30 years. From the beginning they handled the case as if it would end up in litigation. You need attorneys like SGB that have your back and are not afraid to go to court if that is what it takes. They had the added challenge of doing this during Covid. Thank goodness for Zoom conferences. We ultimately got a court date. Two months prior to our court date, we went to mediation, via Zoom. We didn't hold out much hope for mediation, but we were willing to make an attempt. What a surprise when the insurance company came to mediation finally willing to negotiate. After a full day of the mediator going back and forth between Zoom rooms, we came to a fair monetary settlement. We are convinced that the insurance company, even then, was only willing to negotiate because Sergio and the rest of his team were well prepared bulldogs willing to go to court if mediation failed. As they like to say "This was not their first rodeo". A car accident is horrible. You need the best attorneys you can find to protect your interests. Besides being professional and knowing the law inside and out, Sergio and the rest of the team are compassionate and truly care about their clients. We strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Without Sergio and SGB our insurance company would have paid us nothing.

My case was very complicated and hard to establish what was medically wrong with me when I met Travis. Travis was the third lawyer I had engaged and the only lawyer that truly had a medical understanding of how to best move forward with the case. It took four years from the date of the accident before my case was settled which made my case very frustrating and emotional for me. I wrote to Lorna at the end of my 2.5-year custody battle - "Words are inadequate to express my gratefulness", and it's true. Lorna has been on my side for that long, not only as my counsel, but to me, also a friend, and a mentor. I remember talking to a dozen attorneys who all turned down my case because of its complexity - a divorce that invovled domestic violence, dependency, immigration, and relocation - yet Lorna was the only attorney that took genuine interest in my case, and she did not even charge me for our first 2-hour consultation. She actually read through over 3000 pages of my dependency case. She always responds promptly, sometimes even after office hours, she is thorough and detailed, insightful and empathic. She remained a delightful spirit despite my ex's constant threats, harassment, and accusation directed at her. Even though I could not continue to afford her representation toward the end of my case, and chose to represent myself in a 3-day trial, she guided me through every step to make sure I was prepared and capable. And I won, even with some extra icing on the cake I did not expect. The judge said he has not seen anyone go pro-se without an attorney and could carry out the whole trial like I did in his 14 years of experience, but I credited Lorna for her guidance. I couldn't have done it without her. She encouraged me and believed in me even when I doubted myself - unlike those lawyers on Avvo who always tell you that you are screwed if you're going to trial alone. I hired Mr Weinzierl for help with long term payment issues and child support for my son about to go to college. I am nearly 10 years post divorce with an abuser who will not stop for nothing. Rob is really calming when the ex triggers the PTSD. He knows things are upsetting but he guides with what feels like a bit of love and logic. If you have ever dealt with a truly pathological person you know how crazy they can make a legal case. There is almost nobody who understands the abuse dynamics in family law. I hired Lori for a modification after having a different attorney for my original divorce. I wish Lori had represented me from the beginning - I would have saved a lot of money and a lot of frustration. Lori listened to me and helped me clarify my goals. Lori worked my divorce case a few years back and was fantastic. Not only is she a great lawyer, but she is genuine, trustworthy, honest and is always thinking of your needs first. My father retained Mrs. Johnston for a juvenile criminal matter. Mrs. Johnston was skillful and persuaded judge to try me (a first time offender) and co-defendant (who had a considerable amount of criminal history) separately. A class "A" charge, carrying a 2-5 year sentence was dismissed and I entered a plea on a remaining charge that was a class "C" offense. Lawyers tend to get a bad wrap yes even defense attorneys. Braden represented me on two overlapping cases and never made me feel any kind of way. He probably could tell from my face that i already felt the full embarrassing weight of having to come to him with the added burden of another case whilst litigating the first....despite us not seeing eye to eye politically he still defended my second amendment rights and even got my firearm returned to me. Which i thought would never happen and was very satisfying to go down to city hall and receive my gun back. Even though the crooked Marysville cops still have my magazine and holster for some very strange reason I'm proud to say my firearm remains in my possession. Braden, throughout the two years he represented me always made sure i was on time and informed about what time and where I needed to be and despite not having seen an end to my Marysville drama still give Mr. Pence a 5 star review. He's a great guy and so extremely well respected in the community that if you pick him for some reason get priority treatment from even the worst judges/prosecutors and never have to worry about sitting and waiting for your name to get called in alphabetical order. i'm sure many lawyers are granted that respect its just a really cool feeling to know that you are being represented by a winner like Braden one of the best. Also just so its known just because I couldn't jump through the ridiculous b/s that the Marysville court requires of a person that is gainfully employed and living an otherwise productive tax paying lifestyle doesn't take away from the great job he will do for anyone he represents. Braden Pence successfully represented me on a charge by the Seattle Police Department of "Excessive Use of Horn". The charge was related to my honking my car's horn in a display of approval of the Occupy Seattle encampment as I drove by it. Braden was able to convince the prosecutor to drop the charge, prior to trial, on the basis that my 1st Amendment free speech rights had been violated by the SPD.

Chris handled our unusual family law case with intelligence, needed flexibility, and legal expertise (which is not to be assumed for any lawyer). He showed real skill at legal argument, in briefs and on his feet in court. He also demonstrated the judgment regarding larger, non-legal issues to warrant our trust in his choices and recommendations for overall approach. I am convinced that if our case had not been reassigned to the worst, most lawless judge in King County Superior Court, we would have had a satisfactory solution. Fortunately, on appeal, the issues were well preserved so that success appears likely at the higher court, (a court of law), and we have Chris to thank for that.

In the late 90s, I was an organizer during the WTO Protests where I was shot in the face by a nonlethal weapon. Fred Diamondstone stood by my side as I sued the Seattle Police Department for police brutality. Fred made what could have been a laborious and anxiety-ridden process simple. He was meticulous while being a counselor in the truest sense. His work changed my life. I was getting nowhere trying to fight my case in the system myself. Workers comp and social security. Then came rondi. She is very knowledgeable in all sides of the system. She is very sweet and personable and truly cares about the right thing but she also met any controversy during my case head on and with complete confidence. I highly recommend Josh for IP projects. We worked together on a collaboration agreement, a nondisclosure, and a US trademark registration. All of his work was excellent. Working with Josh versus a big firm was particularly enjoyable. He responded quickly and it was always easy to get in touch with him directly. Also, I believe that he has been able to keep his fees very reasonable because he does not have the fancy office space or big staff of a large firm.

Will and his colleagues are outstanding. My mother was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon after being forced to defend herself from an attacker in her home. Will, Steve and their team could not have been more thorough in the time and attention spent on her case. During the actual trial, Steve and Will performed excellently. They had the prosecutor on her heels the entire time. All charges have since been dismissed without prejudice and my mother is home free instead of serving the long prison sentence she was facing. The first time I used him was for a criminal offense in the 2000's that is now perfectly legal statewide (we all know what I'm talking about). Peter was honest and clear with me about fighting this. He tolld me it was a coin flip. I was willing to flip. Long story short, after I turned down 5 plea bargains, all no time but had to take a felony, the prosecuting attorney decided to ad an enhancement (that's called malicious prosecution and is illegal). Mr. Connick is a phenomenal, intimidating and well prepared trial attorney. I claim prosecutors fear facing him. I had two members of the front court come up to me to tell me it was one of the most fascinating cases they have ever heard. They hear cases every day. That to me is the ultimate compliment to Mr. Peter Connick. The second time was a family issue that Peter won for me. All my siblings and their attorneys lost. To this day none of them can believe it. Probably because I paid AT LEAST half on fees that they did. If your willing to fight, Peter is your man.

Big Pete defended me in a very ugly domestic violence case.The day of trial he had it all taken care of and credit for time served and a fine. I thought screw it lets go to trial.And Again pete Had A Great Deal but my big mouth got me found guilty at trial.Had i done what i was told by my Mr Connick i would of walked so the trust thing this is a guy you can trust 100% and compared to any attorney in this state pete would be the choice and do what he tells you even if you dont agree with it

Pete is truly the best. He saved me 25 years of my life at 24 years old. He then again represented me in the the small town of Ellensburg Washington on bogus Assault charges. He is an animal in trial. I have recommended him to many people and he has always won their cases. I trust him with my life as he has saved my *** many times. He is fair and affordable and I always asked him why he didn't charge thousands of dollars to clients, he said that if he did...a lot of people wouldn't get the help they need, including me. Ken and Terry Venneberg went up against one of the most formidable Corporations in the world, Morgan Stanley. No other attorney firms had the "guts" to take them on.
