I had an urgent legal matter that needed immediate attention. Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I don't know anything about law and he made sure to explain each phase and had multiple courses of actions so I always knew all my options and was fully involved in each decision.
