Mike has been the glue that bonded our family closer together.
I mean seriously without him and how hard he fights for his clients I wouldn't have my daughter today.
In the past year that Mike has spent with me, He has listened to not just me but also my family and everyone of our frustrations, and laid any fear, panic or disturbance to rest.

Cost 4k for one appearance. Needed help from out of state and got fleeced. So much so that I needed to contact the State Bar which is how I know I got fleeced. If he had helped you that's great. Don't give him that much money up front if you need help from out of state. The person I spoke with at the bar can't give legal advice only told me "yes what he did is wrong," Just be careful. You may get completely ripped off if you need help from out of town. I was told it cost 3k to drop his client as a client? He thought he could just hustle me out of over 3k. A good person doesn't do these things. If he can get you out of trouble is all you care about. Fair enough. If you want a good person look elsewhere. This is not a good person. He lied, he ripped off people desperate for help. We happened to have moved and are out of state and we're in need of help. HE RIPPED US OFF with no qualms about it. I'll leave it up to the general public. Does as decent human being do this?

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

Casandra has helped me with a case about a woman who has slandered, harassed and stalked me. Casandra has been so compassionate towards the circumstances I have gone through and kept her word above and beyond with my case. She is very prepared and listens well. A few years back I was confronted with a legal problem not of my doing. I received several referrals one of which was Steve Feder. Having never been in this situation before I was frightened, bewildered and angry. Steve helped me to better understand the situation, the court system and prepared me for the hearing. While this was my first time in court I had worked with many attorneys in the past primarily through my work as a compliance officer in financial services and as a business owner. The one thing that really stood out to me was that Steve listened and offered suggestions. Unfortunately, many prior dealings with attorneys I was too often told what I could not do, rather than what I could do. I found Steve to be fair, ethical and knowledgable. He went out of his way to make certain my wife and I knew what we were facing. The hearing was quickly dismissed by the judge.

Steve was recommended to me by an ex-SEC lawyer in private practice. Absolutely the best lawyer I could have had during the 2 years it took to grind through the process for a civil matter. He knew all the players in Denver and he knew how to respond to every game played by the other side. When he felt it was required, he had the contacts to bring other law firms to help with the case. When they went shopping for what they felt was a more favorable jurisdiction, he was prepared to travel across the country to defend my case. Shari has been my attorney since May 2020 and the probate case finally closed this March 2023! I don’t live in Colorado so having to handle this all on the phone or electronically isn’t the norm. She was instrumental in giving great advice on next steps and which way to handle all the legal roadblocks. She always explained the most cost effective way versus just trying to log billable hours. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney and would recommend her as a probate/estate attorney.

My mother passed away on January 6, 2005, and I was appointed the Personal Representative of her Estate on January 31, 2005. On April 4, 2005, the State of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing filed a claim against my Mother’s Estate in the amount of $22,000.00 for Medicaid services rendered while she was alive. She also had a couple of debt collectors attempting to get paid twice by the estate. My attorney at the time couldn’t handle a case this size so he backed out.
On September 8, 2005, I engaged Shari Caton as my attorney for my Mother’s Estate who helped me prove to the State of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing that I had received a disability on my back during active military service and that I was receiving disability compensation from the Veterans Administration. This was grounds for the State of Colorado to drop their claim against the estate and so they did. Thanks to Shari Caton and her high degree of legal professionalism, for blocking the State’s Claim against my Mother’s Estate and stopping a couple of money hungry thieves from getting paid twice.
Shari Caton is an excellent attorney with a vast knowledge of the legal system, a high degree of legal professionalism and works diligently in helping her clients win their cases. Shari is a great person as well as a great attorney who is second to none. A real WINNER!!! I very highly recommend her to anyone needing legal help.

I'm not one to write reviews, but Jay Reinan deserves one. Without going into details of my case, I'd like to commend Jay for his absolute grasp of fundamental legal issues, without the all-too-prevalent prescient grasp of potential clients' wallets. I admit to having been "down on attorneys," but this guy is actually restoring my faith in this much-denigrated profession.
If you have a good case, bring it to Jay. He'll tell you the truth about your case, quickly and succinctly. If you have an unusual case, you're in good hands - he isn't one to recoil in horror nor to dismiss a valid claim, substantiated by sufficient and relevant evidence, no matter how much the claim may raise the eyebrows of other less forward-thinking attorneys.

I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

Liz defended my son in sex assault case and in today’s climate about alleged sex assault and the me too movement is no easy task, as it seems accused are guilty until proven innocent.
