Mark met with us promptly when we called just after my accident. I was at a rehab facility. He explained what he would attempt to do for us. Mark answered our questions, did research on details, took care of the billing process and followed thru with all of his plans! He was courteous, professional and yet caring!! I knew I found the right attorney for my contentious divorce and custody case after my initial consultation with Mr. Sutton. I had another attorney at the time and while I was not displeased with their counsel, changing my representation was the best decision for me and my family. I have worked with many attorneys professionally and Jamie is a unique breed. He won’t just take a case because he knows he can make money, he has a conscience and truly believes in justice. He’s very intelligent, attentive, strategic, organized and will do his best to represent and support his clients to the best of his ability. He has always been completely transparent and forthcoming in every matter we’ve dealt with, even when I didn’t like the answer. Many attorneys will tell you what you want to hear just to keep the money coming in, not Jamie. If you need an attorney that will be your biggest advocate, he’s your man. In the interest of full disclosure, I want to say upfront that I do have a personal relationship with Mr. Sutton. We have been friends since we were undergraduates together at our alma mater.
I hired Mr. Sutton to help me with an ancestry and Irish citizenship matter. I was a little nervous, anticipating many bureaucratic hurdles and endless piles of paperwork. Lucky for me, the paperwork seemed to be mostly taken care of on Mr. Sutton‘s end. I have barely had to do anything other than ask questions and occasionally review and sign documents. Mr. Sutton, on the other hand, has kept me apprised of the ongoing actions within the process, gave me realistic expectations for what the process would be like, and continues to help me understand tangential legal issues. He excels at explaining a legal situation and possible solutions or outcomes (though he is really not a big fan of ‘what if’ questions. I guess most lawyers aren’t). He is also particularly gifted at strategic thinking and maintaining his calm collected rationale. Which is particularly great if you’re like me and have an aggressive form of anxiety that is constantly worrying. He is clearly intelligent, which you notice pretty much right away, and it is a huge relief to have someone this smart in my corner helping me navigate through what can be a truly Byzantine process. Do yourself a favor. Hire him.

Richard is a good lawyer, very knowledgeable and even helped sue a few companies on my behalf. He is willing to work with his clients and advocate with the trustee. The only bad thing is his office staff some need a course in business etiquette and some of them don't know what the other is doing however Richard himself is skilled and knowledgeable.

Issued a speeding violation in August 2019 on I-465 in Indy. 72/45 work zone/no workers present. State trooper was in traffic and did not use his radar. I disagreed I was driving that fast. I had automatic court date in Carmel, IN since I was over 25 mph above work zone speed limit. Reckless driving. I have a company issued car with very strict rules on moving violations. Had not had a ticket in 10 years. This would be a big deal with my company if not reduced. Secured Katie to help me. She was able to finalize this to a much lower violation and kept me from getting into trouble with my company. Thank you Katie. She can never make any promises up front but she took care of me. I would recommend her for any similar circumstance you encounter. Law firm employees very easy to work with and and above nice whenever I called. Again-- Thank you Katie.

I had one ticket with 2 offenses worth potentially 10 points. In the end, I paid fines but received no points. I never expected that kind of result, although I did feel there were mitigating circumstances. I would never have achieved that result on my own.

My concern for my grandchildren to have a secure and stable home was the reason I stepped up to become their legal guardian, since they were in the system from early on in their young lives. However, issues which placed their safety in jeopardy was the reason I decided to adopt them.
I knew the adoption would be bitterly contested, nevertheless, I placed the best interest of the children ahead of any concern I had about any objections, and proceeded to look for an attorney who could help me.
I do most things online, but this time I went to the yellow pages of the phone book, and as I thumbed through the pages of attorneys one firm stood out to me. I contacted their office and was met with a friendly greeting and very helpful person who relayed my concerns to the attorneys. They set up a free consultation with me that was very timely, and during that consultation the attorneys listened closely to my story. They were honest with me and explained that there was a chance that I would not win my case, and they explained clearly why this was. They also told me that with all the information we had, there was a very good chance that I would win. I was encouraged by the attention and professionalism displayed by this firm and by Attorney Chad Rayle who took my case.
Chad was prompt with supplying me with information and asked questions whenever he need to via phone, email, or by face to face meetings. He gave me the impression that he cared about my case and especially about my grandchildren, and I felt comfortable that he had a good grasp on the tasks at hand. He also had the advantage of the advice and experience of two very knowledgeable senior attorneys who seemed always available, although they are also very busy. This gave me the impression that they were very good at what they do, because many people come to them for legal help.
The fee was very reasonable, and I was kept affront of the financial aspect so that I had control, and they also worked with me considerably to help keep it affordable and I appreciated that.
From my perspective Attorney Chad Rayle picked up my case with authority and confidence. He researched, information which helped us strengthen the case and kept me informed and included. Chad always contacted me with information so that I could make informed decisions whenever it was necessary and then allowed me to make them. I felt that he always let me have control especially when it came to decision making, by the way he gave me information, explained what it meant and whenever I was unsure of what to do he explained what choices I had in a way that made it much easier. He also made me feel welcome to contact him whenever necessary.
I was struck by Attorney Rayle's positive attitude, focus, professionalism, and assertiveness. These are important qualities that I look for in a professional and because of these qualities, I felt that I could relax and allow Attorney Chad Rayle to handle my case, which was contested and a very difficult one I might add.
When I needed assurance, Chad gave me that assurance and I knew that I could trust him. I felt that Chad, as well as the entire staff at the firm handled me with dignity and respect from start to finish which was very valuable to me.
This case was truly "one for the books" because of it's delicate aspects, and when it was all said and done, the court ruled in my favor; Attorney Chad Rayle had won my case for me.
Because of my experience I have nothing but the deepest trust, admiration, and respect for Attorney Rayle because of how he handled me and my case, and because of his intelligence, knowledge of legal matters, and professionalism.
If I were ever to need an attorney again I will most certainly go to Attorney Chad Rayle, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
I am exceptionally satisfied with Attorney Rayle's services, and because of him my confidence in the legal system has been strengthened.

Mr. Hofer didn't tell me what I was hoping to hear, but he was quick to respond and to ask for information--on a Sunday, even! He spoke to me for awhile, long enough to make me feel "heard" and comfortable-- as opposed to the "I'm really busy; please hurry" atmosphere you find quite often these days.
Now, did I agree with what he had to say? NO...but he was straight forward on where he thought I stood and what the law was/is as he saw it. He was as compassionate as one could get if you these stories over and over...which is a sad thing, because in my case the person who took off with my money is a repeat offender in the construction business and is once again allowed to prey on the innocent over and over again. The laws are protecting the criminal while the victim suffers emotionally and financially when trying to obtain justice. The criminal? ...a public defender and off scott free for most of us can't afford the pursuit of justice. A thank you goes out to Mr. Hofer for sharing his time and expertise with me in a very timely fashion and that is commendable!

Anna May Howard is a most personable Elder Law attorney who looked after her clients well. She does not speak in legalese and takes the needed time to explain various actions that can be taken (with the pros and cons to consider) in making decisions we felt were right for our mother's situation.
We found Anna well qualified with her training and experience to guide us, to follow up, and address any problems or answer any questions in a very timely manner. Anna had the needed information about the institutions and agencies (and their laws) with which we would be dealing. Anna's patience was one of her many attributes. I recommend her very highly.

I hired Mrs. Campbell a couple years ago. I was embroiled in a post divorce decree situation whereas my ex spouse was underpaying child support by 250%, avoiding changes I was attepting though the courts, and using her lawyer to help delay and exacerbate the problem so that she was able to escape responsibility. Mrs. Campbell stepped in on my behalf, was calm, patient, professional, and proceeded in an exceptional manner that brought fairness and closure to this issue. I felt, being a dad and having my 4 children most of the year that my case didn't receive the attention it would have if I were the mother. I have to say my ex spouse's attorney was known for being relentless, feisty and he was even intimidating. But to Mrs. Campbell, she was not fazed at all and used her knowledge and exceptional negotiating skills to make things happen and bring things to an end through mediation. I was pleased with the way she treated me as a person and was confident the entire process. And I was pleased at the outcome. I definitely recommend her services to anybody in need. I was so happy that actually I came back recently and I am having her draw up a last will and testament for me.

Syed Ali is currently working with my family in a case to help my son with autism in addition to many families of children with autism. My son attends an ABA center in which he is learning skills specifically tailored to his needs and level of cognitive understanding. His insurance company, which is mandated to cover ABA since our state has an autism mandate and ABA is considered an effective methodology for children with autism, is not covering the hours of ABA therapy that my son needs based on doctor and ABA specialist recommendations. Basically, our insurance company is breaking the law by making their own recommendations and cutting hours rather than covering the therapy based on expert recommendations. Syed Ali is trying to help my son receive the ABA hours that he so desperately needs and to maximize his ability to learn new skills and quality of life. Syed is a genuine attorney who is trying to help my son along with all children with autism who are of school age to receive the ABA hours that they need. While the insurance company believes that my son belongs in public school and should be receiving the services there, I personally know that this will not happen any time soon and that ABA centers exist for the very purpose of teaching skills to children like my son in a very specialized setting in which trained experts in behavior are working with my son one:one. He is learning skills, and this is the only documented method that has ever shown progress toward learning and attaining skills for my son. I know that Syed Ali is working toward making this a reality for my son as well as many other children who are similar to my son. He is a kind, empathetic, and understanding individual who truly cares about my family and my son.
