I had met David almost 15 years ago when he worked on our case which was quite complicated and involved international group of people. Mr. Kevin Hernandez took the time to explain to me my options regarding my difficult situation. He gave me a short free consultation and, it was evident that I cannot use his services at this time as my previous contract is binding. He still gave me his time and attention and patiently explained to me details I needed to understand about my legal problem. I am always looking for professionals who "have a heart" and are not entirely money driven. I can only say great things about Mr. pariente. Last July I was accused of a crime I did not commit. Mr. Pariente made sure these charges were dropped. He was always very professional, he provided me with his direct cell phone and I was able to get in contact with him at all times. He was always very straight forward and explained every step of the process with great detail. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a criminal defense lawyer. He is the best in Las Vegas for sure.

Pariente Law Firm was fantastic through my legal experience. I found them easily on Google, and I chose them over all the others because they were down to earth, friendly, and the most informative.

Made a choice I immediately regretted while in Las Vegas. Went through the BBB and saw the high ratings that the O’Grady Law Group had. Called them first thing the next morning. My call was returned right away by Len Julian who was very understanding and very friendly, he answered all my questions and handled everything very professionally and everything was handled over the phone. I am usually very on top of everything and while going through this i was a very nervous basket case. Mr. Julian and Mr. O’Grady both handled my situation with the Time Share very quickly and sent certified letters out the same day I spoke to them and made me feel at ease that they were on it. A week later I was free from the contract! I am so glad I picked this law firm and would recommend them to anyone who needs to get out from under a time share! They are wonderful!!! My husband wanted to sell his house in Las Vegas, and it was a sticking situation with a family member. Although the house was owned by my husband, he needed to get an eviction to get this immediate family member out. The family member was less than eager to move and it became somewhat volatile. The members of this firm from the first call to the end were always available, before we hired the attorney, an assistant took our calls repeatedly making us feel important and that our case mattered. That's why we hired Mr. O'Grady. So, with all the great people working in this law firm, we had a resolution within a short time, they assisted us in finding realtors who could help after and just made our lives easier as we reside outside of Nevada. This is a firm I would recommend to anyone in pickle.

I don't usually leave recommendation but just want to give my great thanks to a great Attorney that left me with NO doubts about what was going to occur when it came to my taxes. I never thought I would be rid of this problem. Attorney Robert Grossman put me at ease from the first meeting.
Adjectives that encompassed my experience: Professional, Prompt (he personally called me back whenever I had a question), No-Nonsense, Kind, Knowledgeable, Locally-Owned Business.
I didn’t want to go to a ‘Tax Mill’ and be treated like a number. His expertise in the field and prior IRS experience makes him the man for the job.
I paid less than 9 cents on the dollar for what was a ‘nightmare on my street’ for sure.

Bob and his team are the best. There is a small group of top-tier attorneys that handle tax issues in Las Vegas. Bob is among the best. The IRS knows him and trusts him, which is key. I was able to get an installment agreement; no big breaks because of my income. But, without Bob, the process was starting to get scary. Aaron helped me to gain ownership of my home after the seller of my house tried to dispute the transaction 4 years later! Apparently, we did not prepare the paperwork right, but Aaron won our lawsuit!
I decided to sell the property and Aaron got me a check for $60,000! He did not charge me a dime. Aaron is a great attorney and I cannot recommend him more.

I can only speak to his ability in a question I had that he consulted with me on and unfortunately not to his ability under retainer or in court, however I was so impressed by our very short and informal interaction I would recommend him to anyone seeking counsel.
What impressed me most was that he met me at my level of expertise, not being overly vague or overly complicated, and the advice he gave was solid and was in my best interest. I have such respect for an attorney who will give you advice that is to your benefit rather than always defaulting to retain counsel when it may be much more cost effective not to. While I hope I never need an attorney’s service if the need arrises in his area of practice this will be who I go to.

Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call or text him anytime. I was surprised he answered, and when he couldn’t answer right away, he had one of his other attorneys contact me. Living in Vegas 2024, I was there for work. It was an experience. In August, I had fallen at a property that had no markings of “ Beware of broken curb”. I did fall and fractured my ankles, out of work and no one there to help me. I knew this was not a fault of mine. I just searched on my search engine and took my gut feeling. The Fletcher Firm was listed and I called spoke to Maysoun. She was so calming, understood my situation. I didn’t know what to do. She was concerned on my health and I decided to accept Maysoun as my attorney. Through the whole ordeal, she was always there for me with answers. I felt comfortable, no pressure and reassurance. I can’t thank Russell Gubler enough for going above and beyond. Russell helped us get a frivolous contractor lien taken off our property. He handled this seamlessly. Fast forward, Several months, and the property is under contract. The title company couldn’t discern whether a previous, unrelated lien, was still on the property. This lien was generated years earlier during the Bohmer scandal here in Vegas. I called Russell, not realizing it was the previous unscrupulous contractors lien, and he handled everything. He got directly on the phone, and contacted the title company, and then walked the title company representative through the paperwork. It turns out, it was a filing error on the part of the recorder.
