Wow! We were in legal nightmare and were fortunate to find this amazing attorney, Sharen Ghatan, and her awesome team! We were struck by an Uber and had no idea what to do. The driver even ran from the scene but our lawyer found him, and fought the insurance company all the way. Our dear friend, our passenger, was so injured and we worried if he’d ever recover. I want to introduce myself by starting with Saying Douglas Miranda firm is the best law firm .Respectful and trustworthy. My name is David I'm a 2nd striker felon and I was fighting my 3rd strike 25 years. I didn't expect what Mr.Miranda got me after going back and forth and having him work extra for my freedom . My bail went up to 1 million and I was suppose to be arrested . Mr.Miranda got me house arrest and scram monitoring something that they don't give felons. I had hope and faith with him! fought the case for 10 months and Mr.Miranda got me the best deal something I was not expecting 5 years on probation . What a miracle I was thinking jail time or program but got me a better deal. Didn't see this coming and it's not the first time he beat my case its the second time. Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.
Sanaz and her team are the ones you want to represent you!!! Worth every dollar!!!

You would be naive to choose any other attorney in the state of
California. We worked with over a dozen different legal teams across California, and Stephen was the only “human” we had the pleasure working with. Rather than equip us with toxic ammunition to attack each other through the court process (I promise you every other law office will try and put you on the offensive against your ex), he found common ground where there was none in sight, he led us to peace when the violence/confrontation was at an all time high. I don’t write reviews, but given the weight of going through a divorce, I felt compelled to share this. So whoever reads this, knows they need not search any further for their divorce attorney. The process sucks but Stephen makes it bearable while being genuine and TRUSTWORTHY. It’s SoCal, not common in an attorney. Hope this helps someone going in to what I just came out of.

My experience was better than what I expected. Everything was done online. The team performed admirably. It is traumatic being in an accident. A vehicle travelling in the opposite direction turned 3 feet in front of me.
We crashed and then some. 55 years driving and I never even had a fender bender. Add to that, I suffered a concussion. Wait, there's more. I live out of state with nowhere to turn. I picked this team. Glad I did. They treated me well from start to finish. I highly recommend

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father.
