This lawyer changed the course of my life and I am tremendously grateful to him. My personal downfall was a moving target where the universe was laughing at me but it was no match for Mr. Frank Hollander. He is a pit bull clawing at the ground for justice and be warned he does not like bullies. My defendant mocked me and laughed out loud when I talked but Mr. Hollander shut him down. One could never be sure but it later caused the downfall of a corrupt organization that imploded. When anyone is asking me to do business, I have several checkpoints and one is my God given intuition. But when it comes to the letter of the law, it is this man right here Mr. Frank Hollander. He and my gut intuition are on point and work together. I find it interesting that Frank has the same name as Frank Sinatra and St. Francis, the Patron Saint of Lost Causes for a reason. I have a case related to a car accident that has been called both "interesting" and "vexatious" by everyone(legal and insurance) I've contacted for help. The discussions I had with Mr. Hollander shed invaluable light on the situation. He was spot on.
I was waiting on a response from my insurance company about providing legal representation and getting very worried as a court date approached. I needed an attorney and searched here on Avvo.com. I found Mr. Hollander and then looked at at his reviews and website. So I sent him an email with some info(case number, brief explanation) about my case.
He got back to me relatively quickly and had already looked at the complaint. We discussed the case details and he predicted everything that has happened thus far. He then dug further in and found out a bunch more stuff.
We had a second discussion where he said the insurance company will have to provide me with legal representation(they did). We then talked about my case for about an hour and his thoughts and explanations on it have helped me immensely. He also turned up a document that might end my case quickly. The insurance company attorneys jumped on it as soon as I mentioned it. I forwarded them the same file he sent me.

I had retained Renier for my case. And in over 1 yr as him being my attorney he never did anything for my case. He only took my money and wanted more money and he had not even done 1 deposition. What was the money for since he had not done anything for my case. He is someone you can't trust. He will take your money and not do anything for your case. Even my judge on the case said on the record that it was ashame that Renier hadn't done anything on the case in over 1 yr. And no supposedly he is running to be a judge. That is so laughable. Please don't hire this attorney, he is the definition of unethical , untrustworthy, unreliable and simply a bad human being .

This attorney is the epitome of incompetence. Lacking essential skills, her strategy relies on your inaction, allowing her to file baseless claims and secure default judgments. Her representation of debt collectors reflects a complete disregard for legal standing. During a court session, I requested a brief extension from the judge to hire a lawyer for my defense. Bill is just above and beyond all other attorneys I've seen. I have hired attorneys in the past, at least four, and only one of them comes even close to the service and overall results Bill got me. I am a business professional who was charged with a felony (it was BS, I didn't even do it lol). Bill did a great job of understanding the stakes involved given my professional licenses, reputation in my professional community, etc. Other attorney told me to take the state's plea offer. Bill fought fought and fought until the state dismissed the charge. I know he's not cheap, but given the fact that he has not only saved my freedom but also saved my ability to make a living makes it worth every penny!

Jennifer, there is nothing to tell me you're welcome for because you did nothing. You literally scammed us out of $2,000 dollars. All you did was agree to the original terms of opposing counsel (with a few emails) which is what I could have done myself and settled in less than one week since you feel time is so relevant.
You are rude, unprofessional and full of yourself. By far the worst "nose up in the air, I'm better than everyone else" attitude I've seen from anyone.
Under two months is completely irrelevant. Time has nothing to do with the issue(s) at hand. That's just noise to distract from the facts in play.
Pointing out the fact that my wife retained you is also completely irrelevant. If you'd like, I can ask her to write a review as well if that makes it more relevant.
Yes, you did point out that you are foreclosure only, but you also said that someone else can be retained to deal with the HOA issues. Any competent attorney that actually takes the time to read emails, listen to the client and do some forward thinking would realize that settling the foreclosure would have made it difficult or impossible (impossible in our case) to pursue further action against the HOA.
It is pretty easy for me to see the scam you have going here by spamming public records with your $1,500 retainer (non refundable) and $500 monthly fee, and quite frankly I wonder if it's borderline illegal/unethical from the perspective of The Florida Bar.
Anyone reading this ought to search you on the other legal sites to see that you have mostly negative reviews with most of them pointing out how rude and unprofessional you are with your clients.
I guess the joke is on us since my wife and I were busy traveling and did not have the time to vet you out.

Jennifer is an incompetent and unethical attorney. She advertised her services by targeting individuals facing foreclosure through public records. Our HOA, known for its underhanded tactics, pushed us into foreclosure, leading us to hire Jennifer.
Jennifer's primary focus was to take our money without providing adequate service. We paid her a $1,500 retainer and $500 monthly for a fixed-rate arrangement, yet she performed only a couple of hours of billable work.
Despite providing extensive details about our situation, Jennifer ignored them.
During our consultation, we expressed our desire to take action against the HOA. She claimed this would be possible after addressing the foreclosure. Later, we discovered that the HOA became judgment-proof with the foreclosure resolution, making further action impossible—something she knew from the start.
Her consistent failure to read and comprehend emails resulted in additional court filings.
When the settlement deadline approached, she sent a one-line email saying, "I guess you're going to lose your home now," despite us already wiring the money and instructing her to accept the deal. She failed to read and understand our communication.
When we demanded a refund for the majority of the payments made, she simply ignored us.
In short, Jennifer is unresponsive, uncommunicative, and solely interested in taking your money.

I hired Brian for a SIM Swap case that was from what other lawyers told me was a clear-cut case. Months into the partnership Brian's team was terrible at communicating what was going on, what they were doing and the timeline of expected results.
Over a year later, they notified me my hearing wouldn't be for another year. They then proceeded to drop me from their services after requesting information as to what was happening and why it was so delayed.
Avoid if possible, there are better people out there that will at least give you the time of day to discuss your case.
