My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

This was my first experience with an American attorney, in fact with any attorney.
I researched the internet and consulted my American friends with legal background (two retired lawyers) before contacting Mr Dennin.
At the outset I was impressed by his approach, which was encouraging: rigor of his questions, logic in reasoning.
Later I learned one of his basic principle that "preparation is everything", which I particularly liked.
Mr Dennin spend enough time to research all relevant material of the case.
On that basis he was in a position to prepare legal papers that were comprehensive and specific and supplemented by facts and most relevant legal precedents.
He took time to outline and explain to me legal proceedings, and consulted with me - in person, on the phone, via e-mail - on all important matters.
He presented me with copies of legal papers which allowed me to follow rather lengthy development of the case.
Mr Dennin's legal strategy was realistic and results oriented. This was particularly evident during a mediation event.
He was always available for me if I wanted to contact him.
I think that we have established a very good communication.
Being represented by him made me fill assured and comfortable.
As a person, I have found him a pleasant, courteous and ready to listen.
As a professional, he has vast experience spread over many years and success in defending rights of his clients.
All in all I think that Mr Dennin is a kind of attorney which I would recommend with full conviction.

My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Gary engaged an audience of over 55 participants who were mostly 50+ and whose backgrounds ranged from middle to upper-level management. Gary received outstanding reviews for the program, with 96% stating that the program would be worth repeating in the future. Mr. Fenstermaker went above and beyond the call of duty in my appeal. When he uncovered withholding of exculpatory evidence (among other things), he could have pretended he never saw it like most lawyers. He told me about it, and went ahead to file the appropriate motions, which cost him many more hours than stipulated in the retainer. Needless to say, I lost my appeal due to the hideous corruption in Westchester County and the rubber stamping Court of Appeals. He's an absolute professional, and will work harder for you than anyone else I know. Unfortunately for me, just the polar opposite of my trial attorney.
