My husband passed away cutting my income into half & I was unable to pay my credit card bill. They were suing me for over $3200. I contacted Tadross Law. George was great. Tadross Law deals with Midland Credit regularly and he was able to successfully win the case for me. I didn't have to be there which took a lot of the stress off of me. Initially great experience working with Lydia to draft custody doc quickly. But it’s worth noting that she does not have experience with domestic violence or cross jurisdictional custody. Really key items were left out of the custody document which I didn’t realize until almost two years later. When I reached out to her about it, she didn’t respond. There was no way for me to know these items needed to be included— that was her job. This is the type of mistake that means my child will grow up without knowing my family. It’s pretty serious and will cost me a lot of money to fix. If you’re looking for someone with experience protecting you and your family from a high conflict ex, I would recommend paying for a more experienced attorney who will go to bat for you.

I had a loan reporting as "included in bankruptcy." It must have been a clerical error on the part of the credit bureaus because I have never been involved in any bankruptcy. As silly an error as it was, it was keeping me from refinancing my home! I hired Brent and he got it fixed quickly. I happened to call Nancy looking for a female lawyer to help me with a medical malpractice case. She wouldn't take the case on personally, because she felt my specific case required someone with expertise in the area. However, she spent the next year finding me the best lawyers to talk to, she fought for my records and gave me the emotional and psychological support that was well beyond any call of duty. Nancy is smart, knowledgeable of the law and very personable. She is tough and fights for your rights. I went all over Doylestown trying to find an attorney who would accept my case after my house was wrongly sold in a tax sale. When the other attorneys said to me you will never win and there was only one case where they overturned a tax sale. I really wish I could give 18 times the number of stars! Larry is congenial, engaging, accessible, and incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of elder law. He and his very personable staff are efficient and responsive, and Larry personally works with every client. Larry was extremely helpful to me and my daughter when my husband died suddenly seven yeas ago. He took care of settling the estate and then creating my will and living will so that my daughter would not have to deal with any uncertainties in the future when I died or became incapacitated. Larry is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand. He gave us his undivided attention, took his time, and I never felt rushed. He and everyone in the office were warm and caring. Definitely not the stereotyped stuffed suit law firm. He and his staff were easily available, retuning phone calls promptly and most of the time answering live. A rarity in this day and age of computerized robotic menus. The office is so responsive that they were able see me and take care of changes to my will within 24 hours of my last minute phone call requesting to change something prior to my surgery that was three days later.
I have nothing but high regard for Larry and the staff and recommend them without reservation.

Mr Gray is very pleasant. He listens to concerns completely & focused on the matter at hand with a plan to back it up. When I talked to him, he discussed different view points & tactics. My case was very difficult and I had so many attorneys decline my case but they would tell me to contact Ms. Speyer, so she’s very well respected with her colleagues they said she would help move things along in my case. Another review said she’s not coddling which she isn’t and that’s needed in order to get things done and keep clients on task it helped me so much. She’s very well respected with the court systems especially Phila Register of Wills and that helps when your trying to get information or get something done. She did a great job of keeping me on task and not letting me get bothered by irrelevant information especially the hatred coming from the other side, so her not allowing me to get emotional showed me she knew what I needed at the time to keep things moving along. My recommendation for anyone using her is to calm down and let her handle things it will take so much of the stress out, you know you hired the best, trust that decision. Ms. Speyer helped me so much and I appreciate her and would and will be recommending her to anyone going through a similar situation.

As executor for both my father and sister's estates, I found myself out-of-my-league in completing the numerous court documents and deadlines needed to meet the State's requirement. Additionally, I was steering this during recovery from a heart transplant. Debra was invaluable to me, working closely to complete the inheritance tax requirements, determine the disbursement of funds to their heirs and nursing me along to submit the required documents needed for closeout.

The fear one feels when in deep with the IRS is beyond words. “It’s all your fault”, you tell yourself and so do others without batting an eye. You change the station every time a “tax forgiveness” ad comes on the radio or TV. At one point I was turning off the song Somebody’s Watching Me by Rockwell with its infamous line “I wonder who’s watching me now, who? The IRS? I would do anything to avoid thinking of the IRS. If you’re reading this then you know exactly what I’m talking about. Get help, call Greg. He understands and he’s a nice guy that will sit down and speak to you like a normal and concerned person. I promise that you will feel some relief after you’ve met with him. I wish you the best in your struggle.

As a previous client of Amy Ginsburg I could not say enough about my experience. At first I was so nervous about beginning a claim as anyone would be since it is a legal matter. If you are a nurse/nursing student with any kind of legal issue at all you need to call this man. Not only did I get my nursing license before some of my peers, its unrestricted and I did not have to enter into any monitoring program. We had an initial consultation on a Saturday morning over the phone and he explained exactly what was going to happen and what I had to do. I'm not sure if Rich ever sleeps, he was sending emails to the board for me at 5 in the morning. He texts back almost immediately and makes himself available to take calls anytime. I would have lost the job I had lined up and my career would have been significantly impacted had I not hired Rich. I can't thank him and Jessica enough.

After getting into some legal trouble - the nursing board wanted to suspend my license. I reached out to Rich immediately the day of and he held my hand through the whole process.
Rich was always responsive the same day usually within 2 hours or less. Communication is everything and I never felt I was left hanging for answers. I felt supported through the whole process.
With Rich's leadership, I am happy to say I have my license today. I could not have done it without him.

I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
