I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension.
I couldn’t be any happier with the level of support and ultimate resolution I received relative to the cost of Alex’s services.

Sally and her office were all extremely helpful in setting up the estate when my mother passed away only a few weeks after my brother . They all made a very difficult time much easier for me . When everything was settled, I also hired Sally to do my husband and my wills, Poa’s and health directives. She guided us based on our needs and I am happy it is completed. I have been trying to get my special needs cousin on Medicaid for 7 months. I had a zoom meeting with Sally Schoffstall on the afternnon of Jan. 21. On Jan. 25 I received an e-mail from her stating she is now on Medicaid and I will be receiving a confirmation letter soon! Literally 4 days! And 2 of those days were weekend days! She is amazing! I would use her services again in a heartbeat! BEST ATTORNEY EVER!

I'm a little late to the party here (March 2019), but Daniel did an excellent job for me on a case for speeding in Radnor. He knew of the cop involved (his reputation) and his overly aggressive enforcement. Daniel called the local magistrate's office and all was handled (fine, no points) without having to go to court. He was well worth his fee. I've moved to NJ 13 months ago, but if I'm ever stopped again in PA, I'll be sure to contact him.

I was looking at 7 points and $1700 in fines which is bad for a tractor trailer driver. My attorney Mr. Daniel Hanifin was able to negotiate on my behalf and got things down to NO POINTS and $900 in fines and was able to get me a payment plan. WOW talk about getting the job done! Recognizing that my debt was growing for a number of reasons I was left to deal and seek out solutions. I have enlisted the services of Esquire Christopher Carr on multiple occasions.
Every time Chris has been very efficient and successfully completed the tasks.
Chris takes the extra time to communicate and collaborate with me making sure I am
satisfied with his work.
One example is that I had an offer from an agency to purchase my timeshare that I no longer
wanted. The offer was presented very professionally and appeared to legitimate. Chris and
I collaborated together on investigating the agency. Chris spent considerable time and
research and was able to determine that the agency was not legitimate and was an elaborate
scam. This saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration had I done this alone.
Another example of Chris's expertise was getting all my and my fiancee's wills and power of attorney
documents completed in a timely fashion.
Most recently Chris assisted me in getting my Property Tax re-assessment completed.

I had a concern about a credit card issue that a judgement for it was issued that was never brought to our attention. I google subject to find out options and came across Greg's info. I sent an email to him asking for advise. Not only did he give advise but took it upon himself to investigate further and was able to come up with a solution. He did this on his own time and did not accept compensation. What attorneys today do that? Speaks volumes.

I sent a request to Mr. Artim over a weekend and he actually emailed me back!! I have never had a lawyer contact me on a weekend when they are supposed to be enjoying their time off. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the specific company I had an issue with and was able to resolve my problem within 10 days. I cannot stress that if you have any issues with a debt collector whether it’s your debt or not yours Mr. Artim is the go to guy. If I ever have an issue again he will be the first person I contact. Hello,
My name is Michele Calp. I am the Power of Attorney for my sister who is in a nursing home. My niece and I were in the terrible position of having to find a nursing home for my sister who has dementia. We were not in the position to pay privately for her nursing care, which meant we we would have to apply for Medicaid. We attended a seminar on Elder Care Planning that Bellomo was holding. We set up a meeting and from that point decided to have them work with us. And we are glad we did. The work that is involved in getting the paper work together to apply is daunting. We cant explain how good this process was, bought a new truck and the issue with it was huge. We thought we would be out of luck since we have had a few other vehicles lemon lawed by other attorneys....NOPE, Timothys law firm was on it and within 3 weeks we were wrapping up with WAYYYYY more $$$ in our pocket and he even got the MFG to let us keep the vehicle! Recommended to anyone in debt over their head!! Emily is the best for many reasons. 1. She charges a flat rate. Many attorneys charge for a percent of the debt. In my case this would have costed me thousands more than what I paid Emily. 2 She is the most knowledgeable person I know and I've spoken to other attorneys who understand the rules but not as good as Emily. 3 she's gotten me much more than I can ever imagine on cases where I owed debt. Because of her knowledge of the law and rules against the way certain letters are worded, she has gotten me money on these cases. Lampman Law did a great job with our case (possession of paraphernalia & driving on a suspended license). I cannot say enough about Attorney Leonard Gryskewicz, Jr. & his legal assistant, Carmen Santiago! Carmen kept us well informed, via text, and was always very quick with her responses. Atty. Gryskewicz, Jr. answered all of our questions about the process (it was all brand new to us) and made us feel confident in our case.
When our case was continued in November due to a family emergency of the charging officer, Carmen called the court in April asking for a new court date because no one from the Commonwealth had even attempted to place our case back on the docket, so that we could promptly address this matter. We were told exactly what information we needed to bring along to court to show that the license suspension was a clerical error. Being quite nervous about this entire situation, because it was something we had never been through before (and won’t be going through ever again), Atty Gryskewicz was very patient in explaining each step of the case, the potential outcomes, and the best case scenario. He did so without demeaning our lack of knowledge for the legal system while being empathetic to our situation & this case.
Thankfully, on the day of the preliminary hearing, everything was dismissed by the Commonwealth. However, having Lampman Law representing us gave us the peace of mind that we would have gotten the best possible outcome, had our case not been dismissed entirely.
Lastly, I truly appreciated knowing upfront what each step of our representation would cost should we have needed to go beyond the preliminary hearing. The fees charged were entirely manageable and not exorbitant by any stretch of the situation.

Sometimes you have to go outside of your own living area, I contacted Attorney Lenny Gryskewicz, we spoke for about 10 minutes, I retained him, I had a hearing on Wednesday this call took place on Monday. I initially was unsure weather or not hire an attorney to represent me in my support and custody case. The first few hearings I spoke on my own behalf and it was horrible! My wife and I heard of this great firm through a lawyer at my union. We met with her in Media in 2017 and had a complete set of Elder Wills, POA/Executor and Living Wills created. Apparently some people have different priorities in life such as cruises and sports games. We feel that it is wise to really examine our retirement years, where our assets will go and to have this Elder Will Kit for the eventual healthcare and finally our physical repose all set-up. This firm is not inexpensive. Nothing of value in life is. One saves to be able to have work done by this award winning firm.
