Mike Ziegler and his team are simply awesome! I was sued by a debt collector and didn't really know what to do. The first two lawyers I reached out to were "too busy to take on the case" but I finally made contact with Ziegler Diamond on the morning of my court appearance. He took over everything right away and went to court for me about 45 minutes after taking the case. In the end, he settled the debt for half of the total cost which is exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be more satisfied! I'm extremely impressed with the outcome and would definitely hire Ziegler Diamond again. I highly recommend Mike Ziegler and his firm for any debt or bankruptcy needs. The entire team is extremely professional and they will work on your behalf for the best resolution.

I'm glad I made the decision to hire Kaelyn. Between Kaelyn, Nathalie, and Crystal they have handled every aspect of this entire process of CH. 13 so much easier than I thought. After notifying my creditors of their representation in my case I was still contacted by some of the creditors, and they fought for my settlements against them for contacting me and have received some settlement checks already in my favor. I hired this law firm to get me out of my Royal holiday vacation club. I had been putting it off for so long and decided to pursue cancelling it. From beginning to end I have gotten fast responses annd they are so helpful. Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

I was recommended to Mr. Tam by a fellow co-worker which found him through the internet. Mr. Tam helped me with a garnishment, and also with my bankruptcy (ch 7). I owed over 24k, and for a fraction of the cost he got it done. Very professional, and he knows the system very well.
Just make sure you have your case number when you contact him if your being garnished.

Dan was amazing. He took on my case to quash a default judgement that I had received. The default judgement was received without proper process service and in the wrong venue.
Dan interviewed me, created an Affidavit and wrote a 24 page motion to dismiss. The motion was extremely well written. Within days of submitting to the court the judgment was vacated and the case dismissed.
Thanks Dan - you were great. I highly recommend using Daniel Tam.

Did you ever meet with a lawyer that gave you the shortest answers and minimum time, and when you left his office you felt even more confused?
Well this is not the case with David.
David will make sure you understand everything and gently explain all you need to know. You will never feel like you are taking his time.and you can ask as many questions as you need.
David was there for us just like a big brother. He made sure we completed all that needed and followed up with us in a very personal way.
I can only say that David is more than a lawyer for us. He is a true friend.

John reviewed all my landlord tenant dispute document (lease, county inspection, email and text correspondence, my narrative of the sequence of event) and gave me honest opinion that I'm at fault, advised me to settle with the tenants. It was a very emotional, frightening experience that really clouded my judgement. His honest opinion forced me to face the reality and make the right concession. I've used Omar for a couple of things and been very happy with his service. He's great about communicating, which not all lawyers are. His fees are reasonable, given the cost of legal issues these days. He gives things to you straight, but lets you make your own decision after laying out all the facts. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The initial consultation with Mrs. McDonald went well enough. But her assistant/husband was awful. His correspondence was slow and he was condescending. The final straw was when he told me to "get creative" when I asked for help figuring out a way to get tax transcripts from an ex. I found another lawyer which made me realize how bad this experience was. If you're on the fence wondering, I'd look elsewhere.
