I had the privilege of getting Noah as a public defender back in 2014 I knew from the first time we talked that I had found my future attorney if need be and yes I ended up hiring him in 2021. I’m almost 43 and my younger adult years i racked up a ridiculous criminal history which by no means am I proud of at all I have a attempted murder, felonious assaults, participating in a criminal gang. So what I’m trying to get at is with a record like mine it’s pretty safe to say that if I catch any cases that the state of Ohio for the most part has a cell with my name on it. With a “big dogg” attorney like Noah on your side I never once felt as if I was going to prison he was always upfront and honest even if he may of thought it was something I may not of wanted to hear. Don malarcik jr. Has worked incredibly hard on my case. With it still pending I can't get into details but he is worth every penny and then some. He knows the ins and outs of law like no one I've ever seen. He's a gentleman and a scholar in the courtroom but it is very clear to see the other attorneys admire and respect him when he walks in the room. He approaches the case like a chess genius moving 10 moves ahead and out thinking everyone around him. I hope after this case I never have to use them again but he definitely will be on retainer because I can't think of another person I'd rather have walk me through the legal process. Not only does he teach trial School in Wyoming but he's six and oh at getting folks off of the death penalty. His views from what I understand that even though someone may be guilty and they deserve to spend their life in prison we as human beings do not have the power to dictate who lives and dies. They will be judged by God and properly sentenced per God's decision.

I retained Mr. Martin when my former attorney was ineffective. He and staff were able to help me obtain custody of my child. The courts are partial to mothers but, he was able to convince the judge that the father was actually the more stable parent. I will forever be indebted to Mr. Martin. If I had to speculate I would go as far as to say that any less than stellar review was more than likely posted by one of the parties on the receiving end of his litigation.

I'm from Houston, TX. I was driving through Missouri late one evening on my way to Michigan. I was pulled over and received a speeding ticket. I hired a different law firm in Missouri to handle the ticket. I paid them and the fines and the informed me that it was all taken care of. A few years later I attempted to renew TX DL and was informed that my TX DL had been revoked for a traffic violation by the state of Missouri. Houston was hit by Hurricane Harvey, and my house was flooded. I lost all my records in the flood. The TX Department of motor vehicles was useless, they could not tell me what municipality in Missouri the ticket was from. All they would say was to contact Missouri. When I attempted to contact Missouri, all I could get was the automated phone options that would always leave me on hold for hours and hours. I gave up and hired an attorney in Houston to figure it out for me. The attorney Houston took my $500 and several months later informed me that he was unable to find out anything helpful, but he could do more research for another $500.
Finally, I did a search for traffic attorney in Jefferson City, MO and came across Dodson & Waters. Nancy Hanks answered the phone, and I gave her brief description of my problem. Within 5 minutes Nancy had searched the public records and found the original ticket and the records where the original attorney had paid the the fines and court costs. She then was able to get the reinstatement issued from Missouri to Texas. Solving a legal problem in minutes that two other attorneys had failed at for years.
