Mr.Henderson did a terrible job representing me. He worked with the prosecution getting them what they want more than he worked with to get me a fair deal. He coerced me into signing with misleading comments about what would happen if I didn’t take the bad deal I was being offered and false promises about how much time I would really do on a sentence that big. Don’t trust him even if you payed him. I he believes these are libelous lies, I encourage him to take me to civil court and prove it because he can not.

This office absolutely went beyond our expectations. After being let down before, we were hopeful, yet skeptical that we would find someone who would listen to our concerns and wants without telling us we were asking for too much. This office here listened, was up front about possibilities, and never told us we were out of line in what we were asking for. Communication was top tier and so polite and thorough. I was represented in 2019 for a criminal case . I never spoke to them until the morning of court in which he rushed me through the reading and didn't answer my questions .Now I have the same case and same thing court again in the am and i still have yet to speak to my attorney. he also has not returned emails or even asked me any information as to what i have done completed or programs participated thru or been a in regards to my court orders !

I am deeply disappointed with the legal services provided by Len Walker. Throughout our engagement, there was a consistent failure to communicate, with emails and calls ignored completely for six entire months before we chose to sever our partnership. This lack of responsiveness created unnecessary stress and left us uninformed about crucial case updates.
In addition, Len demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. He made no attempts to hide his bias towards his clients, would refuse to communicate with anyone involved in the situation, and left us hurt and confused about where the legal process stood. Attempts to address these concerns were met with dismissiveness and indifference.
Overall, Len displayed a concerning and disgusting disregard for client satisfaction and basic responsibilities associated with legal representation. I strongly caution against engaging his services, as my experience suggests a severe deficiency in professionalism and communication. Seek representation elsewhere to avoid unnecessary frustration and disappointment.

when i made up this will a couple of years ago it included what percent of my wealth went to what heirs.
I updated it a couple of times.
When I opened it this time and asked to view my will I got the first two pages. The site says it is 100 % done.
If i open section 7 in modify your will I get everything but section 7.
I have asked several times for help on this problem and got nothing useful back. Right now I am trying to recreate the section but if this fails your site is usless to me.
You don't know how frustrating it is to open site and see 100%

We hired Steven a few months ago on two separate occasions. It was a no brainer after other attorneys asked me what my address was to that I could use my house as collateral due to a $100,000 retainer fee! Steven's retainer in both cases was reasonable. Steven represented my son and carried a very professional demeanor. He represented him to a degree of fairness with the justice system. He managed to get a felony dropped down to a misdemeanor! A felony would have haunted my young son forever. According to other attorneys there was a slim to no chance of dropping the charge to a lessor charge. He also advised me into requesting a cash bond before I retained him! He stepped in when we needed him the most. After everything settled, he filed a motion and allowed us to receive our entire cash bond minus a $50 processing fee! He answered our phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. At times it was after hours. He listened to our request and used his defense skills to the highest degree. He knows both side of the "system." He has earned our respect as an attorney and overall as an individual who cares about his clients. We would hire Steven in a heartbeat if ever needed in the future!

I am a civil rights activist in Amarillo Texas. I have lived here over 40 years. I have seen a lot of injustice towards black, white, and brown, at the hands of Amarillo police department. All you have to do is read Captain Poole’s book, cops are people too. It only tells half the story and I know Todd Hatter personally and have watched his work in the court room. I have seen him cause innocent people to be declared not guilty who otherwise would have languished in prison, but for him. We on the streets call him, the mad hatter, because he fights like a mad man for what is right. We need more men like him. P.S. Captain pool used to be a captain at the Amarillo police Department. Who would know better than him?

Mr.Hatter filed my divorce and managed my child custody hearing. All of the matters that we're important to me were also important to Mr.Hatter. He explained the law to me when my requests were unreasonable. He also explained to me the things that make some judges frown upon clients. The judge awarded me custody, and the lives of my kids have been peaceful and without incident. Thanks to my attorney for listening to my concerns regarding my kids and for advising me on specific protective measures that we're options to keeping my kids safe and for efficiently presenting the facts to the judge so that the protective measures could be inforced. Mr.Hatter is fair and honest. He helped us. We are so thankful.

Mr. Hatter has been my fathers attorney appointed by the state of Texas but has failed to do an adequate job of listening or even acting like he cares. It is obvious he has already presumed my father guilty without a doubt. I expected alot more . My child was seriously burned multiple times. Judge said mediation was required apparently with little or no fight from her. Idk alot of law but if a child is burned on multiple occasions Id expect a little faster hearing or at least an attorney that wont take no for an answer for the safety of children. Had mediation she sat on her cell phone most of the time she interrupted one time to correct a lie my ex told thats about it. We had no planning or game plan for mediation I recieved a phone call the day before. Ive never been in mediation i dont know what to expect, but Her and the mediator while in MY mediation session were disussing other cases and discussing names in front of me. Very unprofessional imo and when i complained about her behavior the First thing i recieved was a bill. I called to say I've only recieved 2 statements the entire 6 months Next thing i recieve is a copy of the orders with the "wrong address". And other added stuff in the orders that may or may not have been taken out she filed a motion to withdraw because I complained about her professionalism (cell phone use while i pay 250hr) to the court and her boss. I received no answers why the judge forced mediation other than the judge didnt wanna hear arguments.

When I made an appointment I knew that he wasn't the attorney I would need for my case, but only because he did criminal law only not family law like I needed. He knew this and yet still agreed to help me and give me legal advice which no one else bothered to even do that much for me. Then he turned around and met with me again to discuss him taking my family members case and he still didn't turn me away. He opened his office and listened to what I had to say and he took it for better or worse and gave me exactly the legal advice I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable in law and is generally a good hearted person. He is a lawyer clearly to help those in need, not just get rich and feel power. Or abuse his power. I give him a top rating because he truly knocked it out of the park.

I don't believe this particular attorney gets the "advice" portion that he's supposed to offer as opposed to ridiculing me and my beliefs. Maybe I am naive and He could have nicely worded that; however, I'd like to still think and believe my Amendment rights stand for something. And, no one, but NO ONE should be able to freely take them from me. However, he says the judge can and I'm whiney. My apologies, whining again I guess.

Terrible lawyer. Got paid way too much for services he didnt do (we called the claimants place to get answers multiple times because Travis failed to or wasn't on top of it). Asked for him to do things on the matter with no prevail. Case was thrown out right away but not because anything he did. All he did was write a continuance. No way that should of cost us so much. Look elsewhere for a hard working aggressive lawyer!

Do not waste your time and money on Adrian Castillo. He is terrible at returning phone calls and does not have the best interest of the client in mind. Dale does not care about his clients!! He will let them sit in jail for years and never let them know anything about their case.
He does not return phone calls, he does not read his mail from the jail.
He should not have a license to practice.
He shows up to Judy trials and doesn’t even know the case.
If you or your loved ones have Dale as a court appointed attorney FIRE HIM!!!! You will be better off getting an imaginary friend to represent you then to have Dale the drunk represent you in a court of law!!!!

AWFUL experience!! The first time I used Stacey in 2018 she seemed caring and attentive. I paid 3500.00 in 2018. I withdrew my divorce in 2018 and tried to reconcile with my husband. I then filed again in 2020 thru Stacey. I still had temp orders in place. I gave her another 2000.00 in 2020. It was extremely hard to get in touch with her. I called the office on many occasions with NO calls back. I was ALWAYS in the dark about everything but my ex knew what was going on and didn’t have an attorney for most of the time. My ex was in her office several times and she told me that he was paying her to do her paperwork. She seemed to side with him most of the time and like I was a problem the whole time and spoke down to me on MANY occasions. She completely denies that she ever did this but my ex will confirm this. I felt like it was a conflict of interest. She CONSTANTLY reminded me that she was doing me a favor and gave me a discount. I waited until 2022 until I’d had enough of being put on the back burner and finding out that my case was about to be dismissed in court due to inactivity on the case. I finally fired her. It was already hard enough to go thru a divorce and my mental and emotional state were completely depleted. To add her arrogance and hatefulness on top of it completely crushed me. I debated about posting this but I would never want a single mom to go thru what I had to go thru with her. After dealing with Stacey my divorce is finally over after 3 years!!! My new attorney was able to get it completed in a few months.

Like other reviewers stated couldn't get a hold of him, wouldn't return calls, and when I finally got a hold of him and set an appointment he stood me up. If he is defending you good luck. He knew nothing about my case file and got me the same sentence as if I were already a convict. No fight whatsoever in this man. He is not a criminal defense lawyer: it's almost as if he works for the prosecutor. He will not even speak up on your behalf, like a previous review said "no fight in him at all."

I had Mr. Clark as a court app attorney back in 2012. He is very lazy, passive no fight in him at all, & very unprofessional. In a nut shell he made me truly genuinely believe he could do this or that selling me dreams. Ended up getting my max for an open plea, and the mfer rubs me on the back saying when I get out of prison if I need any help to contact him, the balllls!!! then Randall came back and bench warranted me back. I had no idea what for, when I went to court he didnt even know what the hell was going on or why I was back. DEFFFFF. Would not put my freedom in his hands from personal experience.

Hillary was hired by the Randall County court to represent my husband to the fullest of her extent in his appeal. She has only visited my husband once while he was at Randall County and has never visited nor contacted my husband in prison. She refuses to communicate with me, KNOWING that I am part of the case. She has spoken with my husband once. She is supposed to represent my husband in the Court of Appeals and has failed to push for the retrial my husband's defense attorney requested. My husband and I have NO idea where the status of our retrial is and we have no word on the appeal either.
