I want to thank you for all the work you did on my behalf. The outcome on my offense wasn't anything short of amazing .Unfortunately I've had a few lawyers over the years because of multiple OUIL's and you were by far the best presentation I've could have hoped for .Every time I had a question or concern you answered my calls and walked me thru it .When the judge sentenced me to 5 days in jail after having multiple offenses I was shocked. I chose Sam Bernstein’s law firm to represent me in dealing with an unfortunate traffic violation (drove on left/accident), based on a strong recommendation from my spouse who had a very positive experience with Sam a couple of years ago. True to reputation, Sam and Sherilyn Foster-Tucker, who actually appeared on my behalf, were able to successfully get the original charge amended to a milder ‘impeded traffic’, which carries no points on the driving record. Their rates are quite reasonable compared to other law firms in the area. In fact, a couple of other lawyers I initially approached were quite skeptical since the violation had resulted in an accident. But Sam, Sherilyn and their office staff were right on top of things with clear, prompt communication and constant updates regarding the progression of the case. Larry is a magician. I recently worked with Larry to clear up an old DUI and several other drinking related infractions. Larry was able to get this all reduced to a simple charge which came with a couple hundred dollar fine. A simple fine with no blemish on my driving record or lingering probation. A cut and dry ticket and it was over. Larry and his team approached this with poise and handled my case with ease. If you want to work with someone who truly gets behind your case and works for you I would suggest working with Larry. There will never a point you question the decision you made to work with him.

I am a neighbour who regularly walks my service animal on Washington Street. I was accosted by a sexaganerian in a t-shirt and khaki shorts this morning cominv out the employee entrance asserting dominance over the commons by demanding to know if I picked up after my dog['s urine] from the corner. I knocked on the door to get his name and ask he do not interfere any further in my walking my dog for the rest of time and the meek-mouse receptionist lied to me that she would see if he was there and proceeded to ignore me. She then answered the phone and she claimed they had a right to oversee the public property on their corner and that she would not giving me his name. Based off this lawyer and secretary I have the impression they are busbody wimps and I wouldn't hire them for any litigation that requires honesty in the courtroom.

After 4 months at St Joes and 4 in rehab God's Grace brought me home. Larry helped my family and then me through a very difficult case where he took on a car company and a dealership to help win my case. I found myself in a sticky stituation when I voluntarily appeared for and I found myself getting a little twisted around in deposition. I hired Larry to assist me with some changes to my dep. which pretty much brought my worries to a conclusion. The person I was supporting in the case prevailed, and all ended well. I found Larry personal and straight forward. I felt comfortabel knowing had things gone bad for me, he would have been there for me. He has a great since of humor, and can take it as well as he can dish it out.

From the moment I told Susan about my traffic ticket, I knew she was the one. She understood that I was embarrassed and she told me what the process would look like, the likely timetable, and whether I would have to be involved. I know it was a routine matter for her, but she was great at keeping me informed and making sure I understood my options before she resolved it with the City Attorney's office. In a nutshell, Susan and her office took the problem out of my hands and handled the entire process. I hope I never have to hire Susan for anything serious, but if I do, I will.

Susan Longsworth represented me in a traffic matter. I was issued a careless driving ticket after i slipped on ice and drove into a fence. I was involved in a case and missed the court. When I received the verdict I was desperate. I called 5 different law firms to ask for help, but most of them told me they cannot help me. My colleagues recommended Jacalen's firm. They told me if there is anyone can help me in my case, her firm would be the best place in Ann Arbor area. So I went there hoping there would help me. I was lucky that Jacalen was there and she reviewed my case. She gave me some very professional advises and explained in detail how I could do for my situation. After I hired her as my lawyer in that case, she helped me solved my problem in time. After 4 months, the lawyer from another side in that case came to me again and ask money, saying I owe him about $5,000. I sent Jacalen an email ask for help, she helped me in the second day and the lawyer on the other side admit that the letter ask money from me is a mistake. She helped me again in time. And she did not charge me for this. I do appriate her quick response and very professional, honest, and thoughful service.

I called Attorney Nacht for direction with a complicated legal issue. He had no jurisdiction in the state in which I needed help. But he patiently listened, and then spent considerable time searching out and connecting me with an A1 attorney who specialized in the area of law needed and in the state needed. He took time to contact a a senior and knowledgeable attorney he knew in that state, and then got back with me with a recommendation of someone who 'hung the moon in the sky' as it related to my needs, legal grounds and representation. My family had an incident where a woman accused our dog of hurting her when he backed into her while obeying an order to sit while at the vet. I have known Jeff for many years and I called him right away. He listened to everything I had to say, gave me knowledgeable answers to my questions and afforded a solution that seems to be working very well for us.
