If I could give a billion stars I would! Daren helped me navigate my custody case with absolute ease which is exactly what I needed during such an emotionally taxing time. He answered every phone call, email, and text right away. He was very knowledgeable and got everything done in light speed. I also really appreciate how understanding and nonjudgmental he was even with the ugliest aspects of my case. It’s not an easy task finding a lawyer that you can trust and that is a 100 percent genuine I really lucked out when Daren was recommended to me. 10/10 recommend and will use in the future if needed.

Received a citizen for a motorcycle crash i was involved in . Kinda wasn't anything I could do to avoid the crash because 3 cars in front of us got together at 75mph causing everyone to slam brakes on at highway speeds and I ended up clipping the car in front of me. Car got a bent bumper and flat tire, I got a totaled motorcycle and completely crushed foot and 3 surgeries and a state trooper who came into the ER room to issue me a citation but the 3cars who left seen got nothing. These guys did me a huge favor fighting to get my ticket dismissed and staying in touch with me throughout the process.

I have contacted Mr Damien McKinney in regards to 3 specific questions in regards to a divorce with children involved and foreign assets pre- and post- marital, and alongside a possibility to relocate abroad. I received an audio document with answers and this really provided me with a very detailed and comprehensive answer to some of my concerns. Mr McKinney's answer was very detailed and he was very poised and friendly, and not using any legalese language. He was also very upfront with some of the caveats based upon the state of residency and the potential financial complexity. I felt Mr McKinney as very knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful. I truly appreciated the fact that the answer was truly personalized to my situation, as this is not typically often the case.

I’m convinced that Jason Wilson is the best criminal defense attorney in Asheville. Great communicator, intelligent, compassionate, funny, personable, and does his job exceptionally well. I was having a really hard time finding an attorney that would take on probation violations. After weeks of calling other attorneys in Asheville, I eventually was recommended Jason Wilson. I am so thankful for that. Jason was so easy to work with, took the time to hear me out, always responded to my calls/texts/emails quickly (even right after Hurricane Helene!), and really fought for me. He made what felt like the impossible possible with my case. He delivered 100%. I am new to NC and was unaware of some traffic laws. I received a pricey ticket for not moving into the other lane on the highway when someone was pulled over on my way to the airport for a work trip. I have an older car and mainly stay in the right lane as a slower moving vehicle so this ticket was a surprise to me. Vijay was able to help me navigate this situation, and I am so grateful. Cory came highly recommended to me. I'd heard that he was a near legend miracle worker in the courtroom (a repeated D.U.I case that might have ended up really bad, he made really right.) . But I"d never needed a D.U.I. fixed. However! Crazy things can happen when you least expect it--a police officer going through your purse and finding EXACTLY the wrong thing for instance. They don't return phone calls or emails. They don't take care of their clients needs and requests. They wait until the last possible minute and then try to back track to maje things right about. I was in a complicated criminal legal battle facing multiple serious charges.
