Wow, what an amazing MAN!!! Mr. Brant gave us HOPE when we had nothing but despair. From the very 1st day we met him, we never lost hope, we found strength from him in a case that was hopeless, he never gave up on my grandson, and he never ceased fighting for us. After my grandson sat in jail for 2-1/2 years we finally went to court, and to say the Justice system had stacked a "tall case" against my grandson with 9 counts of felony murder, along with 7 other felony charges "seemed" to be a case that was impossible to win. But, with Mr. Brant's continuous encouragement, personal phone calls, his enormous degree of COMPASSION for human beings, his experience with the court systems and his ability to demonstrate to the jurors that he had "done his work" by spending countless hours of research to unfold mounds of useless investigative work by the local police precinct - the very people who we pay to protect us, can and will literally destroy our lives. He showed a remarkable degree of knowledge and willingness to serve my grandson with outstanding dignity. In the final moments of my grandson's trial, when the verdict was read, and sweat was popping from the brows of my entire family - as one count after another was read - "all 9 Counts of Felony Murder/NOT GUILTY. My grandson was found Not Guilty on 13 out of 16 felony charges - "SWEET VICTORY", we won. As I sit here on Mr. Brant's page, a week later, "I still cannot believe it" - I am still decompressing from 2-1/2 years of sheer agony. I will never forget this MAN, he will always be my Little Brother, he has found his way into my family because of his love and compassion for humans. Keep fighting for Justice Mr. Brant, we love you and we will never forget you.

My family hired Attorney Samuel for my son because of a drug case. When we hired him people began to tell us that high profile attorney don't have time for you and they don't talk to you or tell you anything. Well this is not all true. When we had our meetings with Attorney Samuel he ask me if I trusted him and if I do let him do his job. He was very positive and compassion about how he said this to us. Whenever we went to his office he was always positive and always laughing with us. He is not the type to call you all day. however you can tex him and he will respond. The most important statement in this review is Attorney Don Samuel got the job done ,he showed up and showed out. He stood up in that court room and I am so blessed to have my son not serve all that time that the DA was trying to give him. The result we got was the best we could have considering the case. Thank you Attorney Samuel for been there and seeing this case through to the end. This attorney is the best and I would recommend him to the world because of his knowledge and hard work and the concern for his clients. My entire family feel like Attorney Samuel and his staff became apart of our family and we will always be very thankful for his hard work and dedicated heart.

I found my self on the wrong side LE. I interviewed three lawyers that where recommended, ALL top shelf. Extremely knowledgeable. Made very compelling recommendations for various courses of action. I certainly believe his reputation in the court room is well earned and goes a long way to his success. My main complaint is the SAME I HAVE WITH MOST lawyers you can not get an unqualified answer. Some times you just want a visceral reaction, not a carefully crafted response. All that being said one of he best in the business.

I hired Mr. Zell to represent my son who was wrongfully convicted in Cherokee County. All the previous lawyers just took my money. My son was in prison so I called Mr. Zell when I had questions. I know he is busy but he always explained things to me. He won my sons appeal and the case was thrown out. I recommend Mr. Zell to everyone I can.

we had Carl to do a case for us and he is a good lawyer but he plays around acting as if you are the victim. he makes deals with the DA and leave you once he's got your money and have made a deal with you such as payment arrangements. these cases are life circumstance. then he goes off as he is the victim of non payment and drop you in the middle of you case. I even referred him to couple of people. he just is the lawyer cut out to be YET , need little more growth .Deals aren't always best when you turn on your client. just for money. if he had stuck with us we would had given him a bonus which we received two month after he drop us. we only own him few thousand ,and we was going to get a couple more, but he rear ended us . sad for this type of Lawyer if you stick with your client ,you never know what you will receive, in the end. everything look poor not always poor

Ok. So I hired this guy around 10 years ago. He made many promises. We hired a private investigator and the investigator interviewed everyone involved and not one story added up. Carl told me the DA wouldn't budge. The DA waited until literally one week before the trail and needed to make a DEAL because she had no evidence of the said crime. Carl could have fought harder but instead just offered me a garbage deal. I learned what law was all about the hard way. Be aware.

Ms. Britt seems like a nice person . Unfortunately nice does not win you over in court. She represented me on a family law matter and had NO exhibits. None. No evidence was presented on my behalf and she relied solely on my testimony. She was also not knowledgeable family law , but some how worked at a family law firm. My case was not studied properly which led to her only knowing initial information about my case. I had to inform her about what had been going on during my case on my COURT DATE at the last minute. In the end , the Judge chewed her up and spit her out and we looked stupid and unprepared, which ultimately caused me to lose my case. It's not worth it.

My traffic infractions have been pretty straightforward over the years but for the first time, I was faced with a potential Jury trial.
Ms. Britt was recommended to me by a colleague and she did not disappoint. She was very responsive (within 30 mins). Paid great attention to the details of my case and put me at ease.
My case was dismissed before I even made it into the courtroom.

I had a very poor experience with Paige. My ex and her lawyer were laughing at me because the paper work she drew up was full of mistakes and cut and pastes from some other random case. I capitulated a lot in mediation because I didn’t have any confidence going through court with her. I do not recommend her.

Prepare to wait. Friday Closing
Showed up 15 minutes early. Was told to wait in vehicle and they would call when ready. After an hour and a couple of calls we demanded to see an attorney.
Our lender showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. They told her they had everything and she was not allowed to be there do to Covid.
Then they continued to pointing blame at our lender for not having CD there. CD was there sense Tuesday and they never responded to our lender.
My client and I have closed on many homes throughout the years and have never experienced a closing this unorganized.
Embarrassed for my client and lender for the way they were treated as Smith Calvin & Corbin took no responsibility in a botched closing.

Read your contract with these people carefully. Must be friends of the family leaving reviews. This agency simply robbed me. After a full bait and switch with their junior staff, I never even got to speak to the lawyer I thought I was hiring -- Catherine. The shocking part is having supported her through many political standings throughout the state, you would think they would take a little more consideration with your case, but no. After feeding me a story of how we were going to go after Gwinnett county for their wrongful arrest, this firm collected $2700 from me and urged me to sign a contract immediately, only to tell me that the contract doesn't include any part of going after the people I was hiring them to go after. Instead, the contract indicated that I was only hiring them to get back $400 and a wash of a warrant that should have never been issued. Two things I could have done on my own. Very easily. But with the promise that this needed to be fulfilled in order to pursue a civil case against the county we continued. Then I did all the leg work of compiling all the information they would need to argue the case. Wouldn't you know it in the end they found no way that they could help me in a civil case and put their reasoning on a bunch of legal jargon indicating basically that they can't go against Gwinnett county because of immunities protecting the government. 🤔 Go figure. Lot of talk and no game If you ask me. Considering the whole point is to go against the government for their wrongdoings. My guess is they have friends in the county that they don't want to upset. In addition to the bait and switch I had to hound them weekly just to get responses. And when they got tired of me requesting a response as to whether or not they would represent me they let me know basically that they didn't have time for my case. The lack of communication went on for months. I have since hired a new lawyer. None of the ones that this firm suggested. I really don't want to lose any more money to real criminals. If I had to assume this firm was part of Gwinnett county's corruption.

Mr Grossman did not do his due diligence and cooperated with the DA to cause son to lose a trafficking case. We now have two young girls that will not see their father for many years. Run as far away and fast as you can.

My ex-wife and I hired Grossman to defend our son who caught a ride from some questionable people in you from Pensacola to Atlanta where I live. He was asleep in the backseat of the car when he was rudely woken to being in the middle of a high-speed chase from the police. The driver and his wife were throwing drugs out the window my son was telling them the whole time to pull over and to let him out. Of course they were all arrested and drugs were confiscated picked up alongside the road along with some weapons and other items. None of the evidence that was picked up had my son's fingerprints on it or DNA or any physical connection to him. And yet my son is now sentenced to almost 30 years in a federal prison thanks to the inability of Grossman to object to things like the video of the car chase. Why was that even submitted into evidence when he was in the backseat of sleep. The wife of the driver even said that in a recorded statement. She also said a bunch of other stuff that went along with my son's side of the story and yet no one but Grossman could have gotten him almost 30 years and a federal prison. Now I know Christmas is going to have a response to this and how he did everything he could and what I'm saying is not true. Well if anybody's lying it's him. I'm not calling him a liar but if he contradicts what I'm saying then he's lying. Don't waste your money on Richard Grossman.

Mr. Grossman is an excellent lawyer and we cannot recommend him highly ENOUGH! He answered our plea for a lawyer on a Sunday afternoon and helped us navigate the legal system smoothly. We had never had need for a lawyer before and Mr. Grossman worked several months on our behalf, keeping us informed the whole way, and got the case dismissed. I am so happy I found Doug Davis. I was terribly upset and could not believe what was happening!!! Doug Davis was the only lawyer who Calmed me down made me think of what was going on he open my eyes to so many things I should do and things He could do to help me through the situation legally! So much I would have never thought of and no other Law frim or lawyer brought to me! I was so angry and upset I do not know what I would have done without Doug and his team! I truly thank God for Doug Davis!!! Without him I would've gotten so beat up!!! Now I hold all the cards and these guys have their backs against the wall!! We hired Jennifer to represent one of our family members to appeal a conviction. Initially, Jennifer was very informative and helpful. She has a very nice and trusting demeanor. After viewing the case file, she informed the family about the mistakes that were made during the trial including violations of his civil rights and ineffective assistance of counsel, and gave us her recommendations on how we would proceed. Then we lost contact with her for about a month or so and had to literally search for her and her partner. We were desperate. After finding her partner, she informed us that they had severed their ties with one another, and gave us Jennifer's home address and telephone number.
To make a long story short, upon contacting Jennifer, we were able to pick up where we left off. Things were going great. She filed all of the paperwork and sent us copies. She kept us informed. As time went on, her contact with us became less and less. It was next to impossible to get her on the phone. I left numerous messages with her staff, I left voicemail messages and even paid a couple of visits to the office to no avail. She was paid to file paperwork that we found out was not filed. When she did file the brief for the appeal, she failed to notify us of the outcome. We got the results of the appeal by personally calling the court and inquiring. The court informed us that the decision had been made three months prior and that our attorney had been informed.. She completely failed to notify us. She stopped returning our phone calls and stopped replying to our text messages. We were so disappointed and we felt let down because we are a family with limited means and we trusted her..... We later went to pick up the briefs from her office. After informing us that she was now newly married, she said that we should tell our incarcerated family member to file for "ineffective assistance of counsel."..... She offered no apologies or explanations...

I hired Jennifer to handle my recent divorce. She came highly referred by a friend of mine who hired her to help his son. I was trying to go through the divorce process without hiring an attorney but my ex-wife hired a pit bull who was really trying to rake me over the coals. While I didnt want to spend the money I was told by people that this would really determine the rest of my life-- and definitely define my relationship with my children. I finally got up the money to retain and it seemed to be going a little slow at first and sometimes I had a hard time reaching her which was frustrating. I almost quit the whole process and stuck my head in the sand. Then we went to court for the temporary custody and alimony hearing and I saw her in action. All I can say is WOW. Did I underestimate her. And not to be sexist but I was also concerned about her being a kinda young female. But she completely exceeded my expectations and then some. I got joint legal and physical custody of my kids (one week on, one week off) and no child support obligation as long as we divide expenses. And NO ALIMONY!! I couldnt have asked for more! I didnt even know what rights I could get going in and she got me more than I even knew to ask for. Very thankful I spent the $$ and hung in there during the times it seemed to be going slow or was hard to reach. I highly recommend her to all folks looking to set a good foundation for the rest of their lives with their ex and raising their kids.

I reached out to Chiri Rutledge’s law firm after a previous attorney I hired resulted in me getting my license suspended. My license was never suppose to be suspended. Frustrated with this outcome, I reached out to the previous attorney I had but she went ghost and wouldn’t return my calls.
When I called Ms.Rutledge and signed her paperwork she immediately filed a motion for me. I had to wait 4 months to get a hearing but Ms.Rutledge kept me updated and even thought of creative ways where I could possible seek a limited driver’s permit to help with the cost of Ubers and the inconvenience of not having a driver’s license.
On the day of my court hearing Ms.Rutledge promptly showed to court and she was fully prepared to make her remarks to the judge to reinstate my license.
The judge agreed with Ms.Rutledge and I got my drivers license back after having it suspended for over 6 months because of the mistake of a previous lawyer.
I am forever grateful to have a lawyer who truly represented my case with facts, evidence, and justice.

I hired this attorney from off the record to dismiss a simple traffic ticket. It took many months to do so. She is mostly unresponsive, but I gave benefit of the doubt. Finally, she had me meet up with her to provide cash for this ticket that she said was reduced to a nonreporting ticket. I paid the fine. It took almost 3 weeks to get confirmation of a receipt or case closure despite me asking constantly with emails ignored. Finally she sent me paperwork stating she entered a GUILTY plea WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE FOR THAT PLEA! She NEVER communicated that was the plan. If I knew that I would've fired her immediately. I have 3 points on my license, my insurance went up, I paid a fine, AND an attorney for this outcome? I could've done that MYSELF! I could've gotten a better outcome myself! I am a student which is why I chose to get a lawyer to handle this. I regret my decision. She's also rude with a bad attitude. I am so disgusted with her and her service. Stay far away. You will lose your case.

I Hired Isiah back in 2019 for 2 cases. He took my money and literally robbed me barehanded. He never did any work on my cases. Never answered the phone or communicated effectively. I put in a bar complaint against this clown. I’m not sure how he has not been disbarred. This guy is the definition of a joke. Terrible service. Would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

I pled guilty to a misdemeanor and my record showed as a felony. I contacted him for years to try and help with getting the error fixed he said everything was fine and just sent me the same paperwork I had already. I had to file my own motion to the court to get my court record fixed the difference between a felony and misdemeanor can make or break you finding a better job and housing. If your hiring him on your own I would advise finding another lawyer or if he is appointed please do your own due diligence your going to have to because he doesn’t complete the task he is paid to do.

Mark Campbell represented us in our actions against a very difficult and Ill-behaved individual who had for years been maliciously damaging our reputations and that of our family and friends by placing horribly defamatory false statements about us on the internet and using our names, impersonating us while defaming others. This may have been the most difficult case that Attorney Campbell has ever worked on, as the defendant made every effort to disrupt and complicate every aspect of the proceedings, seemingly without any limits or restraint. Mr. Campbell stayed the course even as the defendant engaged in a campaign to defame him and his family as well, not to mention the Court and its employees, the Court Reporters, and this defendant even dared to post remarks about the Judges assigned to the case and their families. Eventually, we were able to win our case without the need for a jury trial.
Many thanks to Attorney Campbell for holding to his good and honest ethics and keeping our hands clean where we believe some others might have wavered and crossed that line. Mark kept at it and kept it clean. He held us to his high standards, kept us out of the gray areas and because of that (and justice herself) we won the day.

I had a very poor experience with Paige. My ex and her lawyer were laughing at me because the paper work she drew up was full of mistakes and cut and pastes from some other random case. I capitulated a lot in mediation because I didn’t have any confidence going through court with her. I do not recommend her.
