I had a very serious issue with the courts and I needed someone who could get in front of a judge immediately and have an order ammendee as I didn’t have a case number yet it was very hard to get information and u also had very little resources. Kelly was compassionate kind and thorough and did what he could for me to get the matter resolved in my favor expeditiously. He listens very well and it is clear that he really cares about his clients. Once I talked with him I felt much more calm and assured and when we went to court things went as well as I believe they possibly could have. I also have severe ADHD and was very stressed when I was speaking with him and he was very kind and understanding with like my quirks and interruptions while being able to keep my on point and related the information I needed effectively to me in that state. I cannot recommend Kelly Monaghan enough. He is obviously extremely sharp about the law and will fight hard for his clients but he also is just a very good human overall! Thanks Kelly!

After trying to flee from someone threatening to kill me and my loved ones in my truck at what was supposed to be a family birthday party, I was wrongfully arrested for a DUII. I spoke with several firms and then I found Casey Baxter with Baxter Law online and saw the reviews so I decided to give them a call for a consultation. Immediately I could tell his attitude towards my case was what I was looking for. All of the other firms I talked to suggested diversion because it was “less risky”. I didn’t want that on my record if I was able to defend it. Well when I talked to Casey he didn’t constantly tell me how great he was like the other firms. He gave me his (very qualified)credentials and actually gave me the process of how he would go about this case and I could tell he wasn’t afraid to defend my case. Choosing him to be my lawyer was the best decision I could’ve made. He spoke with the DA on my case and was able to get the whole thing dismissed before my court date. I had a frivolous charge against me, by a coworker who was notorious for assaulting peers. On the verge of being fired from his job for frequent assaults, and in an effort to save his job, the coworker filed 'unwanted touching' charge against me, as I pushed him away during an assault.
The Richland police were unhelpful, unwilling to accept facts, or even call our boss or other coworkers who would confirm the situation.
The prosecutor was unwilling to investigate.
Christine was very helpful. I appreciate her legal knowledge, skill in the courtroom, and her excellent communication ability.
This charge has now been dropped, due to Ms Bennett's efforts. Many thanks!

I have a great deal of respect for Ms. Bennett and how intuitive it was to work with her. Working with Ms. Bennett made my first experience with the law pleasant. Ms. Bennett showed the confidence and persistence it takes to be the best attorney. I felt at ease explaining the most difficult day for myself because I knew she was going to try her best to hear me and help me. When the court suggested fines and jail time, Ms. Bennett suggested alcohol treatment and therapy. 4 counts against me turned into a case dismissed, 8 months sober, and a whole new perspective on myself and my own career.

I was blind sided with a charge and arrest on a bogus Charge created by my soon to be x wife. The butterfly effect of this charge would have been disastrous to my life. I retained Shelby for a very old case. This case was almost 25 years old! I had a felony warrant for a theft in the 1st degree . I am currently finishing up my last year of nursing school and also live out of state and was unable to appear in Oregon. Shelby was able to get this approved for me to appear remotely. She got a plea deal that dropped the charge down to a violation!!! I have had this charge hanging over my head ALL of these years! It's gone! I will expunge the violation in one year. Hired Mr. Wilson to represent me in a misdemeanor case. He had 18 months to prepare for trial. He was unprepared and lost the case to a new assistant district attorney. The kicker is he had the truth on his side. I did not commit any crime. He lost the case because he was completely unprepared and only interested in his fees and not justice. Mr. Wilson has been practicing law for over 20 years but only has two old reviews on this site and very few reviews on other sites. That should be a warning to anyone considering hiring him. Word to the wise, look elsewhere for legal help. Consumer beware!

Mr. Wilson has Defended in two cases a criminal case that he got completely dropped. As well as my DUI I was not able to get a diversion because I was involved in a accident but he got me best possible out come no jail time and very little community service.
He is very intelligent and I highly recommend him.
