With the fear of jail and disruption of my family life , I had a public defender that didn't seem to care much about my outcome, after a quick Google search I found Nona , the initial sticker price for a competent lawyer was a shock , but in the end Nona was very informative and tough with the prosecuting attorneys. Everyone was held accountable. After a very stressful period Nona got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for , where the public defender said minimum jail time, Nona ended the case with no jail time. He has the experience and knows the in and outs of the law , and as a plus he has close professional relationships with everyone that will be involved with your case. I can't recommend Nona enough. If you have the option to pay for representation Nona is the choice.
Nona's paralegal Lisa Wilson was beyond helpful as well, constantly reminding me of my appointments and playing tag with phone calls. She was a line of communication when it was needed. And Always with a positive deminor .

We had to face a some nasty situation trying to access resources for one of adopted children. Randy was EXCELLENT and helped us through all of it. When we were threatened with a felony, Randy came to the hospital to defend us and guide us through the entire situation. I tell everyone I can that have foster/adopted children, contact Randy for your legal needs.

I was referred to Brett about a potential case. He was very rude on the phone. He was belittling and dismissive of my plight. At one time he stated, "I don't have time for this".
I did inform the referral how rude he was, so they might second guess referring him again.

I can't say enough about Michael Larsen. His knowledge of the law, professionalism, constant lines of open communication and rapid responses to inquiries made me feel at ease through this ordeal.
He worked out a plea that reduced a misdemeanor with license suspension, heavy fines, possible jail time and a mar on my record to a simple infraction/citation and $90 in fine/court costs.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. Michael is well versed in defense law as well as having an understanding of the prosecutor's viewpoint since he's worn both hats.
Hopefully I don't need him again but I highly recommend him to anyone who's in need of a sharp, hard working attorney.

I used Taylor Law and Mediation for a quick custody modification here in Boise, Idaho. I have to say, the service was affordable, very timely, and Taylor Law was super responsive. My wife had received a speeding ticket in Buckley for 22MPH over the limit. We were quite concerned about insurance rates going up for the next few years, and decided we should get an attorney. Laura was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and managed to get the ticket dropped down to a non moving violation, which has no effect on insurance rates. Laura kept us in the loop on the process the entire way. She was great! If we ever needed help again, we would definitely call Laura first!

I chose Mr. Hadzic to represent me in a custody case after several dangerous incidents with my daughter's father. The whole situation was a tricky one and there were many things that required a creative approcach, but none of it even seemed to phase him. No matter what issue arose in the case, he was prepared and ready with a solution. He was kind and empathetic surrounding the more sensitive information that needed to be discussed regarding DV incidents pertinent to my case and he was determined and knowledgeable throughtout. Save yourself and your money and *do not* give this firm, specifically Boyd Hawkins, your business. After I thoroughly explained the situation to the rather kind intake woman at their firm, Boyd took my consultation appointment at his rate of $150 per hour. Unfortunately, he clearly didn’t listen to a word I said during it, he kept going off long-winded tangents about matters that I was not there to discuss and I had to repeatedly ask him to stay on the actual topic. I cut the meeting as soon as it was glaringly apparent that I couldn’t trust him to represent me in this legal matter. He wasted over $100 hard earned dollars and even worse, MY TIME.

Went there and they charged me $400 for an initial consultation…They stated that they advised me the cost in a e/m.
I searched my inbox, spam, deleted etc . And there was no record of the e/m.
I never would have agreed to $400 for an initial consultation.
I paid it that day. That was over two weeks ago.
They stated they were going to send me a list of requirements to move forward. They never did
I felt like they were milking me as they wanted to rewrite my entire trust.
Not very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and decided to move.
Update 10/23/24: I contacted Johnson May law and discussed the above issue. To my surprise they agreed it was an unfortunate misunderstanding and have offered a full refund of the consultation fee. I honestly did not expect that. I’m happy with the result and their kind understanding of the issue. They are good folks after all. Much appreciated!!!

I was convinced Stephanie had my best interest at heart. She's great at telling you what you want to hear -- allowing you to feel confident, which is a good thing.
That said, I felt my case was drawn out way longer than needed because she works on her own and is frequently unavailable to take/return calls/attend court dates etc. She also encouraged me to pursue things that I feel extended the length of the divorce process and in hindsight weren't important to me. Those things came at not just a financial cost, but put me at odds with my ex, which in the end, not worth it.

In 2014 I retained Ms. Riley's legal counsel to help unravel a situation that was misunderstood and petty with unreasonable sanctions. A potentially unfavorable outcome (possible jail time and significant fines) was avoided following Ms. Riley's thorough fact-finding investigation which resulted in dropped charges and a small fine to cover court fees.
