Today in court I watched Mastery , Tanis is a skilled, brilliant, & powerful attorney. After I was falsely accused of domestic abuse in 2014 , and issued a restraining order and re issued again in 2015 , my prior lawyers basically told me to stay quiet and I did , I listened and listened to 100% false accusations my my ex , I hired attorney Yannetti in 2015 , she was confident right away she could have this restraining order terminated immediately , yet she she still made a wise decision to wait until today April 14, 2016 to finally " have my day in court " Tanis made this decision so she could get to work , pulling transcripts, having them transcribed , finding all inconsistent statements made by my ex Tanis found things that Nobody else saw , from big things like Purgery , to dates that just didn't or couldn't even be possible, all overlooked by my former council , she took on 4 lawers today , and stayed so cool , the plaintiff my ex , could not control herself and her lawyers and the judge had to constantly tell the plaintiff to stop , Tanis read every transcript and her knowledge on my case was outstanding, picking up immediate on any inaccuracies the opposing lawyers made and some were small that most attorneys would miss, her objections were timely and perfect and her asking of the relevance of certain items brought in or up kept the hearing in order not allowing anybody to divert the subject of why we were there and that was Justice , I was losing faith in our Justice system Tanis restored it! If anybody needs help with false accusations, and women being guided by V.A.W.A . Tanis is your best shot in a positive outcome . Her closing arguments, were powerful and strong , stating facts . Attorney Tanis Yannetti was absolutely phenomenal. Tanis recently represented me in my restraining order case. I could not be happier. I was thinking of going in alone. That would have been the worst mistake. For what should have been an easy case soon proved to be an uphill battle. There were things that I would not have been prepared for without the help of Tanis. When I initially emailed Mr. Fasoldt, my boyfriend and I had been through 3 lawyers. Criminal accusations and the legal process is stressful and scary. My boyfriend and I were having a hard time understanding what was going on and why we didn't seem to be getting the help we needed.
I saw on Avvo that Mr. Fasoldt had many happy clients who left comments stating that he explains everything. They were absolutely correct. I am so thankful that we hired him. We understand so much more about the process and what our options are. He is ready and willing to answer any and all of our questions.
Continuing with our case, the process is still stressful. However, knowing that Mr. Fasoldt is representing us gives us incredible relief. I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer, I highly recommend Henry Fasoldt. My son went through a very difficult period in 2013 & 2014 and ended up having several legal issues, which ended him up in several different courts. I was a mess and didn’t know where to turn when I was given Henry’s name. Henry was always reachable when we had questions, worked around our schedules when we had to meet and was extremely skilled and confident during hearings.
My son is doing great, all his legal problems are behind him and we owe that all to Henry!

I highly recommend Henry Fasoldt for anyone looking for a criminal defense lawyer. When you are going through a highly stressful situation (like I was), you need someone like Henry who is calm and well-informed. He responded to my phone calls and emails very promptly, was always willing to meet at a time convenient for me, and explained complicated legal jargon in an understandable way.
His skills and confidence during hearings and the trial were very impressive and allowed me to rest a little easier at night.

As an artist, we get taken advantaged of a lot. Not so with Attorney Bogle! I hired Attorney Bogle to do my O-1 Artist Visa. I listened and did everything she told me to do, and it was successful. A couple years later, I hired her to do my EB-1 Green Card Application. Attorney Bogle told me all the reasons why it was a difficult case with my facts, but with her expertise, she built a strong case. Still, she told me to expect a RFE. Imagine my shock when the Green Card arrived without the RFE! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!

My Immigration case was hard and 10 other lawyers who took my money couldn’t help me for 20 years. I was ready to go back to my home country when I found Attorney Bogle! She was honest and upfront with me from the first Consultation that I may get deported, but she would do everything to fight and get me a green card. She took the time to research my issues and give me different options with a plan. I followed her instructions and the plan. She got me the Green Card and it’s really a miracle! Cal is a not only a brilliant lawyer, he is also a kind and compassionate person. As a medical professional, it is my job to make sure that my patients receive the care that they need, and that the laws that protect patients rights are followed. When I reported HIPPA and consent to treat violations to my administration, I quickly found myself being retaliated against. I was forced to leave my job, one which I loved.

My daughter was born with a rare genetic disease in the second year of our visit to the United States. Gary Zerola is by far the most knowledgeable, skilled and resourceful attorney I have encountered. Early on in my adult life I got in trouble and used court appointed lawyers or cheap inexperienced lawyers because I didn't know any better and had no money. Since then I haven't gotten into as much trouble but after some nights of drinking and bad decisions, I again needed a lawyer and a firefighter friend recommended Gary. I've used him that time and on multiple occasions since and without hesitation I would again. Once you meet him, you will realize that he truly cares about you and resolving whatever trouble you may have gotten yourself into. With no judgment either. He's just a compassionate guy. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made himself available for any questions or concerns I had 24/7, even giving me his personal cell number. I am so happy that I made the right choice in having Gary Zerola represent me, he got me more than one dismissal. I was facing very serious charges involving weapons as well as breaking and entry. I was facing very serious time for this. I had just gotten out of the Marines, and going through college and I knew this could ruin my future. I called a few offices, and Gary Zerola significantly stood out. I left him a voicemail, and he personally got back to me almost immediately. I was a completely wreck when I spoke to him, but after my initial consultation Mr.Zerola made me feel at ease and I knew something could be done. I wanted to fight this all the way, since the charges were completely false. He kept me in contact at all times with email or phone. He was very transparent with everything that was going on, and he was always just a phone call away. I had a few options on how to proceed, and I made the decision to take it to trial in front of a judge. Mr. Zerola did an excellent job with the case and proved that there was no case at all. My charges were completely dropped – no probation, not “dismissed”, the verdict was- NOT GUILTY. He was absolutely worth the investment, and thanks to him I was able to graduate college and get a great job instead of spending time in jail for false allegations.

Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. I am a Teamsters local 25 member and was connected with Attorney Melissa Tobin through my union. I had a harassment order filed against me by someone I have never met. It was such a short notice my hearing was a week away. She was super easy to communicate with. She gathered all the information I had (which wasn’t much) and started to build a defense. Her strategy and knowledge with these proceedings was impressive. In fact, after presenting only one piece of evidence the judge stopped her and said he needs to hear nothing further from our defense. Also, the court officer even acknowledged in his 30 years in the system that was the fastest hearing he’s seen. Needless to say my harassment order was denied and the complainants credibility was completely destroyed.I highly recommend Ms Tobin she’s a rockstar.

I can't put into words how grateful I am for Len's services! Len has helped me with a criminal case that lasted over 3 years. Leonard defended me in a criminal trial. He was shockingly good, I don't think I've ever seen someone argue a case better in person or on tv. I had the detectives come to my house months later to ask me who my lawyer was because they were so impressed. These cops see lawyers almost every week and for them to come to my house and ask me who he was because they wanted him to represent them, the detectives said without a doubt he is going to do big things in the future because of how young he still is. Patrick Gioia went above and beyond to assure that I got the best legal service humanly possible. From researching supreme court cases that could assist in my defense to checking in on me in between court dates to giving me a dress shirt to look more presentable in court Patrick made sure I had the best chance I could at getting all my charges dropped and this enormous effort on his part ammounted in just so. He was even able to get my negligent operation charge dropped that I received along with my OUI charge, something that is very hard to do due to the vague wording of the offense making many driving scenarios fit under its description. Patrick was very well spoken in every single one of my court cases and took the time to prepare written statements and memorize then to the dot. On top of this Patrick did this all pro bono, as he was court appointed to me, demonstrating that he was very dedicated to his work. I always thought that people who had issues with the police must have done something to deserve it. I learned the hard way that its not true. I experienced ongoing harassment from the Waltham police who seemed to take advantage of my complicated family situation. I am an African American and a single parent who actually believed that I have rights. Silly me. The police used every opportunity to attempt to get me into trouble repeatedly all in retaliation for my filing internal affairs complaints due to their misconduct. I was fighting a losing battle. This happened in front of my family and friends. They all just said move.
Erin Opperman walked into my life and gave me hope. In my opinion My prior attorney was afraid of the District Attorneys office. The charges were bogus.
Not Erin. After Erin got involved no additional bogus charges were ever filed. She had to fight for several years, not months, years , before the case was finally dismissed.
This included Erin getting my case transferred to another venue. The DA was super angry with her for fighting so hard for my freedom. She had to file motion after motion after motion. She recognized what I was up against and stood by me. Erin refused to let them rail road me. I was accused of sexual assault after becoming involved with a prostitute. I was accused of horrible crimes. I had a dubiously smalll case, with a wicked wench of a local adversary inflating accusations to flying pig proportions! Mr. Kahlish penned out the extraneous but unfortunately non-prosecutable details of my accusers' mud slinging, and did a great job of penning the chase off in snout, err. short order.
