In my experience of working with different immigration attorneys, Mr. Kolken is truly the best. He and his team really took the time to understand my situation, and then diligently gathered information to support my green card application. They also explained each step carefully and clearly, so that I was informed about what was happening during the application process.
I had a previous green card application that was denied, and my last attorney suddenly stopped responding to inquiries (later on I discovered it was due to illness). It was then that I came across Mr. Kolken, and I am truly grateful he was willing to take my case.
No words will ever be enough to commend the work that Mr. Kolken does, and I will be forever grateful to him and his team.

Karl did everything he could for me from the minutes I've seen him. He found out how serious my situation was and was able to assure me of my options. His analyst was super accurate and he helped me with all of the supplement situations I had surrounding my incident. Even the ones that didn't involve him! That kind of closure u won't get from another attorney. He "walked" me through, and I mean walked, the steps I need to take to make sure that my whole situation is correct...not just one part or a piece of the situation. I consulted Layer Lippes through ISB regarding the early lease termination (ahead of time) that was caused by the long-lasting-but-never-solved horrible black ant issue in the apartment. After much frustration in trying to find a patent attorney that I felt would look out after me, and my idea for a patent, I had just about given up. I looked into doing the process myself, but quickly got lost and overwhelmed in the world of patents. Realizing I could not do it myself, I narrowed it down to a couple of patent attorneys and prayed a lot about the direction to go. My father was picked up at the NY state border while coming back from vacation in Canada for an 18 year old charge he wasn't even aware of. The charge itself was a minor, unproven offense but nonetheless, he was thrown into the county holding facility that night. Our family was terrified, especially since we're all the way in Texas and had no idea what to do. We got in touch with Daire who quickly became a source of hope in a time of panic. He treated us like we were his own kin, making himself available to us day and night with never-ending patience for all of our questions. Because of his relentless effort and deep compassion for his clients, he was able to get our father out of the holding facility within a couple days. Without Daire's expertise, my Dad could have remained in jail for weeks, lost in the system. He is a well-known man in Buffalo and has a respectable reputation within the local legal community, which came in tremendous use for us. Although his methods may seem unorthodox, Mr. Irwin has your back and will do his darndest to get you the best possible outcome in a case. I was arrested for a DWI. He was able to work out a phenomenal deal for me. While he is almost never judgmental, for the love of god, don’t let him know if you have voted for trump. I met Edward several years ago when I was looking for an attorney to handle some Landlord tenant disputes/evictions. As it turned out he was very well connected with the City of Buffalo and so he began working on some Housing court cases for me as well. Always got the results I was seeking and since then I have used Mr Betz for everything from a speeding tickets to personal injury defenses and everything in between. I was represented by Mr.Kelly in 2021 and he was amazing. The Superior Court judge I had to go Infront of is the type of judge that favors local representation. So I was nervous actually to be honest I was terrified. Due to this being my third lawyer for the same case I was feeling helpless. But as they say third time's the charm. Mr Kelly handled my case like I was his only client even met with me at odd times and even on Sundays. He made himself available. He never once made me feel like I was a bad person or treated me like a criminal. He was compassionate and respectful. And he knew how to get around the judges tough exterior so it made court dates go smoother and a lot less stressful on me. Anyways great guy. Great lawyer.

I was pulled over for turning on red light and did not see the sign no right on red. North Tonawanda cop pulled me over and smelled alcohol and said I was drunk only after drinking 4 beers in 2 hrs he gave me 2 tickets and dwi charge.
