Kayla Upchurch was wonderful to work with and I absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a good attorney! Cannot sing their praises enough! Scott managed to resolve all our issues in a timely and efficient manner. Extremely professional and courteous through the entire process. Catherine at the office made sure to call and inform us of all of our appearance dates and made sure that we had everything we needed to stay up to date as well. Extremely hassle-free! I had a very complex divorce case that was a complete mess. All of the people I worked with were amazing! As a father I pursued custody of my daughter twice due to continued substance issues with her mother. When I was charged with a DUI I knew that if it stuck that it would prevent my ability to succeed in my career and possibly limit my entry into Canada. Mr. Bishop originally was my court appointed attorney, and I carried serious charges. Mr. Bishop was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well respected in the courtroom. He presented my case confidentiality, thus producing an acceptable outcome. Fast forward five years with occasional communication, I hired Mr. Bishop without hesitation to renegotiate the terms of my lengthy probation. I’m grateful for the time, effort, and expertise he demonstrated at my hearing, thus resulting in an early termination of my relationship with the state supervision. Mr. Speights has a reputation for being BEST in his field and is highly respected among his peers in the Law Community. Hiring him was the obvious choice. Mr. Speights represented my father and without a doubt, handled his case spectacularly in a seemingly impossible situation. He obtained plea bargains that resulted in the judge charging my father with the lowest conditions that Georgia would allow. Only 3 months house arrest with no Jail time! This is unusual for 2 DUI convictions. I cannot praise or thank him enough for the outcome of my Dads case. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Walter Lutes has represented me twice now and I have had a very positive outcome both times. The most recent was a violation of probation that could have gone a very different way. I’m glad I called Walter to save me from going to jail because my wife would have killed me if that were to happen. “Not really but you know what I mean”. Walter seems to know a lot of the right people and has a way of getting good results. A good friend of mine referred Walter to me and I couldn’t be more pleased. The first time I met Walter, he got me out of a huge speeding ticket that saved me a lot of money. I hope that I don’t ever need another lawyer, but I know he is the one I will call.

I called Walter from a couple recommendations from close personal friends. He didn’t hesitate to jump on it. He gave me a date he was shooting for a dismissal on, and nailed it! That week!!!! He spoke to the prosecutor and probation officers IN PERSON!!
He was always available and returned calls that day, if not in court, the next day for sure.
I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you sir!

Walter is an amazing attorney!! He represented our family on two cases recently!! He was knowledgeable and very swift to act on our case! He worked closely with us to get the best defense in her case. He had to defend this case at all costs by presenting material to the prosecution in a timely fashion and getting the outcome we desired. He was able to recall her revocation case and do what was right and in her best interests!! He was able to achieve this in one day’s time! That was no easy feat!!
I would highly recommend him as an attorney that will stand by you and be successful at reaching your best outcome!! He listens to your concerns and addresses them in the best manner and gives the best advice on how to tackle the problem and come out the other end successfully!! He knows the court system well and aligns himself properly in your defense!! I would definitely get him to represent you in any criminal or civil case!! Courtney was wonderful to work with. We were seeking assistance with conservatorship and guardianship of my late father. These are the hardest of times and Courtney approached our case with compassion and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. Unfortunately, my father passed somewhat suddenly so we did not continue the case and Courtney handled that with grace as well. I’d highly recommend Josh and his team for any family court matters. I am beyond satisfied with Mason Law Firm. I’ve never needed an attorney before & was not familiar with the process I was about to begin, but everyone there was so knowledgeable I knew I was in the right place. I’m so very, very thankful that a friend in the same industry referred me to this office. From the associates, to the lawyer I worked with, to the communication practices, the ease of uploading documentation for them to access, as well as their methods of handling disputes between parties – I could not be more pleased with my choice.
I worked primarily with Josh, Cameron, Michael, & Chris.
Josh was excellent to work with. He asked all the right questions, dug deeper to find out the root cause of issues, laid out the options available very clearly while highlighting any potential issues. I appreciated his experience & being so forthcoming with what we may have encountered had we taken a different path in this process. I felt supported from the beginning to the end of this process. Even when things would happen over the holidays or weekends, he was able to give me a call or shoot me an email to let me know how to handle the situation or to let me know he was working on my case over the weekend to push this to being final ASAP. Cameron was hands down the most friendly, easy to work with/talk to associate I came in contact with. Being under such stress, he definitely dealt with me during more than one emotional moment during this process and he never made me feel less than, only provided encouragement & positivity. I was so thankful to be working with him part of the time. Chris was also very nice & helpful during any interaction we had and I noticed he made a point to reach out to others if he was unsure of an answer for me. He always returned calls promptly as well. Michael is very knowledgeable, has a critical eye for detail, and super-efficient in his role, however he can be a bit curt, considering clients are in an extremely stressful life situation as well as trying to familiarize themselves with a process they may not have been through before. Regardless, I am thankful for the work he did on my case.
Contrary to my experience, my significant other was referred to a *different firm* who didn’t spell check our child’s name on the documents they drew up, answer the client or my office’s emails/calls within a reasonable amount of time or without numerous follow ups, proofread their own documents or even make an effort to put their own clients’ requests into their documents – but instead added requests for things in their paperwork their client didn’t ask for… Consequently, due to their delays & lack of interest in completing the job in a professional, efficient or timely manner, we both opted to avoid further delays in our process and the more expensive steps coming up, by agreeing to prioritize reaching a settlement to reach a resolution sooner than later. Having seen such a stark difference in both offices’ handling of the same situation, I could not be more grateful for the referral to the Mason Law Firm & their assistance in this process.
I received with the agreement & resolution I was praying over & hoping for all along. In my opinion, the end result to both parties was a fair & a livable agreement for both sides. Again, I’m so thankful & HIGHLY recommend Mason Law Firm.

I would put no stars if possible. Michael was supposed to represent my son in his divorce. He talked a very good game when we hired him. And oh were we mislead. $5k for nothing. He did not fight for him at all! He would have been better off representing himself. So a little advice for everyone. Do not use this lawyer. Save your money and go somewhere else. Michael is very cocky with everyone except the opposing party. So if you already have this lawyer, I'm sorry! But if you’re thinking of getting him don’t do it!
