I was traveling a business highway with my borderline autistic son [(who was READY to be home) 23 miles away] when I got a ticket for driving 57mph in a 35mph zone.

Comprehensive estate planning is neither fun, nor cheap. That said, redoing this after 20 years was remarkable in comparison both in price and thoroughness. Extensive time spent understanding our family, finances, investments, wishes, plans and financial philosophy took place before beginning a rework of our entire estate plan. Wills, POAs, contracts, healthcare delineations, trusts and titles were reviewed and improved. All this was done with extensive them providing direct communication with our two separate finance managers and our accountant. The detail of this process and end result made the value of this time with them a bargain.

I was charged with Reckless Driving. A big deal in NC as it's a criminal offense. After reading lawyer reviews I contacted three attorneys. Adam's team responded the best and I hired them.

Absolute Best Attorney around, I recently got myself into a whole mess of trouble and just to start before my court date we had issues with communication due to a phone breaking, and Mr. Litrenta never gave up and continued to try and contact me up until the night before my court date to inform me of my court date which saved my life because I forgot the date.
Second, I will never hire another attorney again, recently I had gotten myself into a whole mess of trouble and I was expecting the absolute worst possible outcomes, but with a phone call and a meeting or two we got everything figured out and instead of me walking out with a whole bunch of community service and probation on my head, I just walked out with some fees and it was all taken care of!!! I have dealt with Mr. Viser's firm for many years but only about a year ago did I first have interaction with Casey Viser. While this first situation only involved a speeding ticket (however, my citation was for speeding in excess of 20 mph in the city) Casey has handled this potentially problematic citation with great care and expertise.
When I had a far more serious situation arise with one of my children involving more than traffic court, I had no hesitation to ask Casey to handle this as well and watching the process unfold was impressive. Casey Viser is a very capable lawyer - hardworking, very bright and diligent. I was brought up on multiple felony charges while I was passing through Charlotte, some that would have obligatory jail time. Stuck in an unl(awful) situation, I was extremely fortunate to find Mr. Reece and his law office. From the first discussion, he was attentive and understanding, taking in my case details as piecemeal as I was able to provide them. From there, he was able to outline each step and likely outcome like a roadmap. Ultimately we followed that roadmap to our current point and it is looking better than I could've imagined at the beginning. Most charges were dismissed, I received minimal fines for the one that stuck, and I am able to work through the remaining issues. There's still a few more steps to go, but I am happy to continue with Mr Reece and his Law Office. He is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and experienced. He really knows his craft, and works to get the best possible outcome for his clients.

I went to Avvo to search for an attorney and Jason Reece was the first attorney I selected. My husband had a felony possession of cocaine charge and a drug paraphernalia charge that was from 2007. Once we hired Jason, he found out that my husband had an additional charge of habitual felon ( which is very serious) and Jason Reece got all charges dismissed in the time frame of two weeks!! Selin was incredible in her defense for me today in the courts. I was up against a jealous landlord that was commiting perjury by lying on all aspects of his accusations against me. Ms. Roberts is the “cream of the crop” of public servants. The world gives a bad depiction of court appointed public defenders as incompetent in comparison to their high priced private sector brethren, but I would choose her over anyone else. She is a great listener, helps reassure you when you think that the “system” is against you, and uses all available resources to defend you to her utmost ability.
