This firm is a scam. Sent my intake they requested the payment for the consultation, I paid $350. And on the consultation call, the guy on the other side tried to get me off the phone within 10 minutes. If it hadn’t been for my dumb questions, or my request for more insight as to what I could do, he would’ve done it. So after the 20 min consultation I managed out of him, he persisted, I seek representation else where because the case wasn’t worth that much. Which they already knew from my intake. So why not come upfront about that before they request payment for the consultation? This firm is a legal system scam IMO. Stay away.

When I needed an attorney to fight for me, I called Steve Weinberg. I told him I needed a bulldog to defend me and when it came time for my trial, the bulldog showed up and successfully defended me. There were a few things that I believe were critical to our victory.
