I called Jeremy Loew on a Sunday and he responded quickly. He is by far the best attorney ever! I was emotional and he put my mind at ease but letting me know the process. Jeremy is a straight forward person who doesn't sugar coat what he says, he doesn't say what he thinks you want to hear. Not only did he get my case dismissed I only had to appear one time other than when the case was dismissed! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude! If I could give 6 stars I would! Beyond exceeded my expectations. Jeremy and Matt are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and without a doubt if you’re dealing with the court system the criminal defense attorneys you want on your side. To say I was impressed is an understatement. They walked me through my entire process step by step, all of my options, and even went out of there way to help me get my best friend (my dog) back.
They got me a plea deal that was even better than I could’ve ever wished for, with everything being deferred, and because of them I can enjoy my life again. They reinsured me from the beginning, and what they promised, they kept! I felt confident every time I saw them in the court room by my side.

My case was handled with the utmost professionalism and handled personally by the owner himself Mr. Patterson Weaver. The first time I met with him in his offices he made me feel like my (DUI) case was very important to him and his firm. He expressed a great deal of confidence that they could represent me to the fullest and to trust that his firm could do so. Their services and pricing for his fees were reasonable and they earned it for sure. My case turned out to be a longer than expected case with several continuances and some extensive research involved to reach our desired outcome.

had the pleasure of working with Daniel Kay for my domestic violence case and I must say, he was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I met him, he put me at ease and paid for me to ride an electric bike from his office to the courthouse, which was a thoughtful and practical gesture that helped to relieve some of the tension going into the court house.

I hired Andrew Bryant as my lawyer in my child custody case that was a complete nightmare! Both Andrew and Emily worked tirelessly dealing with with custody and criminal aspects of my case. They also worked with me and stayed on through the entire multitude of the cases, of what ended up being a couple years. They were supportive and informative through everything! Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. His advice to me was spot on and he negotiated a better deal for me than I ever thought possible. Tim knows all the right people in the courtroom, including DAs and judges, and is well respected. In my opinion, it is absolutely critical to have a local attorney who knows that particular court system and Mr Bussey knows it better than anyone. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.
I thank God and I Thank Mr. Bussey.

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.
Brad not only talked to my husband a couple of times on the phone, but was also willing to meet with us in person so I could receive some clarification and understand the situation better.
He spent quite a bit of time with us and at no point did I feel rushed through or patronized. I'm sure he hears about these situations every day.

Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. He never sugar coated things with me and told me what he thought, straight up. He also made sure to look at the situation from all angles to give me the best chance at the outcomes I wanted. My biggest concern was being able to keep my commercial driver's license. Jeremy was able to help me maintain my innocence at every stage of the case and the DA specifically cited the motions we filed as the reason for making such a favorable offer. They went from a DUI (12 point offense) to careless driving (4 point offense) after the DA initially refused and we forced them to trial. I was able to keep my licenses and received unsupervised probation. He was cost-conscious, always gave me a detailed receipt of my costs upfront, and obtained a successful result without even having to travel down and be present at my hearing. I never had a hard time getting ahold of him and if for some reason he wasnt available at the time he was always quick to get back to me.

I hired Catherine after my former counsel quit 29 days before my final orders hearing. It was a complete shock she could even take my case on such short notice. My ex was out to make my life hell and opposing counsel was the same. Catherine was able to get us a 30 day continuance. During that time she prepped and did amazing work for me. She really prepared for my case in that short time and caught up on over a year of drama in less then 2 months. The day of final orders we got an offer that was garbage, so we went to trial. Catherine was amazing and caught my ex in so many lies. She objected whwn needed and truly fought to keep the hearing about division of assests. In divorce cases its never east to know what the judge will award. In this case, the judge sided with Catherine. I was awarded spousal maintenance, which honestly we were not sure the judge was going to do. I didn't get everything I wanted but spousal maintenance was a huge win. I can't recommend Catherine and her team enough!

I was in a very tough situation. Going into sentencing and my lawyer had just resigned. After reading Ms. Shipley's reviews I decided to give her a call. What an amazing and compassionate lawyer! From the start she was straight forward and honest with me about what was going on while being compassionate and empathetic to my situation. When it came time for my sentencing she did an amazing job with her plea of probation instead of jail time. Though a little pricey for my limited budget it was worth every penny to have Ms. Shipley representing me. I just can't say enough excellent things about this Lawyer other than I wish I had gone with her from the start and maybe justice would have prevailed and my case would have been handled better.

Michael is a great attorney. He helped me when two other lawyers had failed. He was thorough and we beat the State of Colorado Department of Revenue. He was competent and patient. Ms. McClintock provided very competent service to me. From the start of my case I felt like she genuinely was concerned and took a real interest in helping me. I never felt like I was just a client or number, but an individual that she wanted to help. I am very satisfied with the work that Alex McShiras performed in my case. The efficiency and professionalism of his work is what I like the most. He has good communication skills and excellent customer service. He always updated me with what was happening in my case, while I was waiting in detention.
The attorney Alex fought hard to get good results and win my case. I was able to get out of the Immigration Detention Center and he was able to erase my criminal conviction and help me get a better plea deal that did not have bad immigration consequences. I hired Alex during the summer of 2014 to do my BIA appeal. My former lawyer was not very professional and so I was pleasantly surprised. Alex was professional from day one. He communicated effectively and clearly. The other lawyer told us there was no hope and that I should give up and go back to Mexico.
Alex told us that he could appeal the case and although he could not guarantee a result, he would work hard to win the case. He delivered on his promise. Its hard to find a good lawyer, I have wasted thousands over the years. Let me tell you why I believe Mr Gentry is the best in town. I had a warrant filed against me for renting a piece of equipment they said i never returned. I called 9 lawyers and they all told me the same thing. That my ONLY OPTION was to go turn myself in at the jail and pay bail($600) and then they could help me once it goes to court. I had a perfectly clean record and couldn't believe it so I kept calling. Mr. Gentry took care of the problem over the phone with minimal effort.
