About a year ago in March I was struck by a snowboarder and suffered several injuries, a laceration between my eyes resulting in 12 stitches, a broken nose, two death teeth, torn pcl/lateral meniscus and broken patella. I also had blood clots for 6 months. It was an event that turned my life upside down and I truly felt helpless. I am forever grateful to Evan and the team for representing me and ultimately come out on the other side vindicated. We were able to reach a settlement and I can't recommend them enough for anyone that is injured on the hill to call this firm!

My wife and I had been putting off our estate planning until we found John and Melinda Buckley. We were comfortable through the entire process. John was patient to explain difficult aspects of our trusts in a way that put us at ease. Their entire team worked on our case and spent time to ensure it met our unique needs. My extremely challenging, high conflict divorce had gone off the rails and on a friend’s recommendation, I moved my case to Amy Goscha. Good at taking my money but not good at making stuff happen. Everything was last minute and I felt like an afterthought. I also had to pay to fire them. I ended up negotiating a much better deal myself. The 3 stars because their billing department is top notch.

If you're looking for an attorney, then you found it. There aren't enough good things I could say about Annie Le Fleur and her team, she is an amazing lawyer. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times. She is tough in the courtroom, knows what she's doing and very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer but even more than that I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me. Annie values family, values the rights of children and pushes to get you what you deserve. She truly cares about her clients and gave me the confidence I needed to get thought a very emotional case. My custody battle took over a year to finalize and I'm so thankful that Annie was there beside me to get me through it. She was a true blessing to me and my kids. Annie was diligent, straight forward and knew what to say in the courtroom. She's tough and will fight to get you what you want and I definitely wouldn't want to go against her in court. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her. You can't loose with Annie. She is a true professional but more than anything just a beautiful person inside and out.

I hired Spencer Kotnik to represent me in a disability lawsuit. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely negative. He seemed uninterested in my case and spent significant time rambling during our meetings. Despite multiple requests, he failed to improve his communication skills, which was particularly frustrating given my own disability. I no longer trusted Spencer or his firm, so I consulted with another Denver lawyer who took the time to review everything exchanged during the process. She encouraged me to ask Spencer specific questions, which he ignored until two days before my deadline. She agreed that he missed a few key points, was all over the place, and " his communication is not his strong point". Working with Spencer and his team left me stranded, frustrated, and unheard. I would not recommend their services to anyone, especially anyone with a disability.

I am very satisfied with the services I received from this firm. Everyone involved with my case was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a divorce attorney, I highly recommend this team. My divorce was complete in about 6 months from start to finish and I’m actually receiving a refund from my initial retainer.

I had several meetings with other immigration attorneys regarding my application for citizenship. None of them answered my questions but Mr. Deere did. He was very helpful. He also provided expert testimony in court at the request of another attorney who was helping me to set aside a plea in a criminal case that I had entered into several years ago in violation of my right to effective assistance of counsel. I was able to set aside my plea and got all charges dismissed thanks to Mr. Deere. He really knows immigration law. I highly recommend his services. My family and I pray for him and his family and wish them health , blessing, and peace .

Mr. Deere was so great to work with. He offered honest feedback to my case and helped me explore my options with great openness. He wasn't trying to just make money, he was trying to help me find what works best for me and my family. I contacted 4, yes 4 other lawyers on a very time sensitive immigration issue. Not only did I get to speak to him, he was the ONLY lawyer that could solve my issue. Michael Faye was my counsel for the last 3 years involving a case I got tangled up in towards the end of 2015. I was not ready for what was ahead of me when I was accused of being involved in a sex trafficking ring. All I can say is that Michael Faye was very helpful and resourceful. I still believe I have a lot to overcome, but at this moment I am thankful for the advice that was given to me through Mr. Faye. I recently was granted an early termination on my case. Our relationship with David Kolko began way back around 2003. We arrived in the US mid 2001 on my wife's H1B visa, with myself and our son as her dependents. We decided we needed more, and so approached David at Kolko and Associates. He was extremely knowledgeable and managed to get me a R1 visa that allowed me to work in Catholic schools. Once this was done he discovered that if we proceeded through the religious visa route that we would be able to receive our permanent resident card quicker, by not having to go the H1B route. This ended up being true and we received our "green cards" in December of 2015. Almost 10 years later, we decided it was time to become citizens and again had David represent us and ensure we did everything the right way. Being immigrants and having to deal with immigration was and is to us a very daunting task, so using David Kolko was well worth the money spent. I cannot recommend David Kolko and the staff at Kolko and Associates highly enough. They will always be referred to by myself and my wife for any person needing help with immigration.

To anyone looking for an amazing Defense Attorney - Bradley Stephenson is the way to go!!! He represented us in case that was absolutely ridiculous. The case finally went to trial after a long 8 months waiting for closure. With Bradley's assistance the jury delivered a verdict of not guilty in about 15 minutes. The courts and DA were throwing constant curve balls and he handled them with ease and professionalism. We had to go court several times before the trial and Bradley was always prepared and was able to prepare us for the unexpected. We didn't agree with some of the judge's decisions, and Bradley was always able to reassure us we were on the right track. It is always an unfortunate situation that brings you to need legal help; however, I am unbelievably glad I was able to hire Mr. Bibik to help me through the process. I was in a rough situation that was filled with unknowns and Fred guided me through the journey. He insured minimal impact to my career, bank account, and livelihood. I want to start by saying that I did not know whether my case even had a chance of going in my favor, even a little bit. I had never really had a lawyer that I had worked with this closely before, so I didn't know what to do. I was probably one of the most difficult clients that they've had. Meredith was very patient with me, even though I kept getting frustrated and angry about all of this. She wasn't the type of person to be super effusive and overly reassuring - she was very practical and I needed that. "No, he can't do that." "Yes, that's correct." I was frustrated with the process over and over again, because my ex would say one thing to my face, and then turn around and say something else to her, the mediator, the children, or the court. I want to be clear that I had a lot of responsibility for the situation that required legal proceedings to begin with. But because of Meredith, I feel like the judge was able to see all of the hard work that I've put in and I ended up getting the most favorable ruling I could have imagined for myself and my children. There's still a long road to go. I have to keep proving every day that I deserve what the judge has granted me, but I don't mind. Meredith had the faith in me that I hadn't experienced from someone involved with this case and she helped me show the court that it was in the children's best interest that the court have faith in me too. Meredith did her job and she was good at it. But what made Meredith's work on my case so meaningful was that she could look at me like the mother and human being that I am. I didn't feel like a paycheck to her. I also want to mention Kimberly Kendle. She was Meredith's paralegal for most of the case and she always took the time out to call me and answer the questions that I had. That was really important to me, just to hear back. I can't go into a lot more details because unfortunately the case is still going in another manner. I can't afford representation anymore, because I honestly couldn't afford it to begin with. But I did want to say that if you are in a similar situation and aren't sure whether or not you can really afford New Leaf I might at least just talk to them. They don't do hourly billing, but monthly and there were fewer surprises. Ultimately I would recommend specifically Meredith and/or Kimberly and even though I can't afford representation anymore I feel like Meredith gave me advice I can take into my pro se part of this journey.

Just trying to find a dental malpractice lawyer in the Denver area was not easy. I got Very lucky when I reached out to Bucks office. They contacted me quickly and spent time getting to know me and my case. It wasn't all about how much money my case was worth, as other firms can be. They investigated my claims and realized pretty quickly that I had a malpractice suit. Buck and Alex were great at explaining the process and sharing the things coming to light in my records. I had relocated to a different state and they worked with my current dentists diligently to get the real story. The process can make you a little crazy (at least it did me 😁), but they worked with me to make some difficult decisions. In the end we settled, but I was able to get the money to help restore my dental health and I can't thank them enough. If you need dental malpractice help, Buck should be your choice. Don't sit in pain. If someone should pay for poor dental care, make them. Call Buck.

If you feel financially stuck and slowing sinking in debt, filing bankruptcy is an option and Holland law office is there to help. I was drowning in credit card debt among other various debts and Steven helped me get back on my feet. Donna reassured me on all of my questions when I walked in and Jennifer was on top of all my paperwork leading up to the trustee meeting. All 3 of them walked me through everything while holding my hand and reassured me that the stress would soon be gone. Definitely recommend them if you are looking into filing in northern Colorado.

Thank you both to Attorney Conor Stewartson and Paralegal Diane Barrera at Colorado Legal Defense Group for representing our daughter in her criminal defense case. My husband and I spoke to several Attorney firms to help us and after speaking with Diane and the Intake Attorney Cole Presnell, we decided to go with their firm. I can honestly say that Diane was key in helping us make the decision to use their firm. She was very understanding and genuinely cared, being a mother herself. She was available early on and even followed up to make sure we landed safely in CO that same evening to be there for our daughter. Conor was assigned to our case and I was advised although he was new with the firm he had an extensive background as a Criminal defense Attorney. Initially, I was concerned w/him being new to the firm but after speaking with him, doing a background check and reading up on him, he put those concerns to rest. There were times it was difficult to get a hold of Conor but my understanding was his contact phone was still being setup at the time, since he was new w/the firm. But he did return my call when I really needed him over the weekend on a late evening. Also, Diane was always available even on weekends (not normal or expected) and kept the communication going if Conor was not available due to being in court or working w/another client. Ultimately, the outcome of our case was in our daughter's favor and it was completely dismissed all due to the hard work of both Conor and Diane. Their skill set and ability to do what they do, fighting on our daughter's behalf produced the best outcome possible and we are so thankful to them both! The billing process early on was easy and in speaking w/Diane that was not even a concern at the time with what was going on. Which truly shows the caliber of the firm and their people as a whole of who they are and what they are about. We are thankful to both Conor and Diane and are truly blessed to have been represented by them, but as I mentioned to Diane, we pray we never need their services again!
