Jake and his team took on my case when I had a hard time finding someone to represent me due to being in the military and moving out of state. The case took a while due to all my medical issues and tracking down my records but his team stayed persistent throughout the whole process. He was able to negotiate my settlement and make sure all medical providers and insurance companies involvied were satisfied. Lastly he and his team were able to secure a fair settlement for my pain and suffering. Nothing can restore me to full health but it will help me continue treatment and manage my pain moving forward. Just trying to find a dental malpractice lawyer in the Denver area was not easy. I got Very lucky when I reached out to Bucks office. They contacted me quickly and spent time getting to know me and my case. It wasn't all about how much money my case was worth, as other firms can be. They investigated my claims and realized pretty quickly that I had a malpractice suit. Buck and Alex were great at explaining the process and sharing the things coming to light in my records. I had relocated to a different state and they worked with my current dentists diligently to get the real story. The process can make you a little crazy (at least it did me 😁), but they worked with me to make some difficult decisions. In the end we settled, but I was able to get the money to help restore my dental health and I can't thank them enough. If you need dental malpractice help, Buck should be your choice. Don't sit in pain. If someone should pay for poor dental care, make them. Call Buck.

Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

Needing a lawyer is never fun. However, Mark Hanchey and his team did an excellent job dealing with my traffic ticket case. I had a broken elbow, on medications after surgery and had to deal with the insurance company who just work for their own interests.
I am not the suing kind, but I could tell that the insurance company was just trying to not even pay for what, in fact, were my actual expenses. I was in the middle of a move out-of-state when the car accident injury happened and I finally decided to call a few law offices.
Mr. Bill Boyle scheduled a meeting, went over my case, looked at pictures, police report and other paperwork and immediately took my case over.
I moved out-of-state just few days after meeting Mr. Boyle. I continued my post-surgery physiotherapy in the new state. Boyle Law did everything that needed done in the background (setting up Subrogation account, communicating with all the medical providers, my insurance company, the other party’s insurance company and more) and I only had to worry about getting my arm better.
It was 6 months after the car injury that all my physiotherapy had finally concluded.
Ms. Cheryl Wilson at the Boyle Law office stayed on top of things, constantly stayed in communication with me through my months of recovery. She even helped me get more $ in my pocket with a couple strategies. She communicated clearly on how the case was moving forward and its outcomes every step of the way.
Boyle Law was very diligent and prompt with sending me my final settlement and proof of all 3rd party payments they made on my behalf.
Professional, thorough and they ensured it was an stress-free process from start to the final outcome. The final outcome was way better than I anticipated.

We worked with Justin Pierce of Ross Law, P.C. on a simple trust for our estate. While the estate is not extremely large, it just seemed to be the best way to handle our situation which involved numerous heirs. You can never get ahold of these people they do not even keep in contact to inform you what’s going on and how things are going. I would call and have to leave messages and still will get no calls back I had to let them know how frustrating it was dealing with them. The ladies at the front desk make you feel uncomfortable or like your doing something wrong just calling in to check on your case with your lawyers their so rude. Then towards the end of my case I feel I was then being rushed to settle or agree because we agreed on a certain amount to go for at the beginning but then the other company was taking forever to appeal our law suit and Anderson Hemmat just let them get away with whatever they wanted to do and then turned around and said we should accept a deal that was way lower than what we were going for because I am getting more than I should anyway. Do not do it find another lawyer. I had more emails for proof I have to find them.
